M7 were on the same page - my "Law Enforcement" friend!
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
Although I disagree with your assessment, I appreciate your honest opinion on the matter. I believe a lot of value is still bottled up in the milestones yet to materialize, and I don't foresee serious management consideration of a buyout on the table prior to patent approval. Unless of course its an offer we can't refuse. $3 - $7 does not get us there in my opinion.
Just 1 Opinion,
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
A Buyout? Ok. Fine with me. But what do you think is a fair valuation for shareholders? I believe I posed the same question the last time the Buyout Drumbeat surfaced? No one had a clue...
Taser (TASR) has a valuation closing in on 2 Billion - just throwing that out there as a potential reference point only.
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
Maybe its just me...but I have yet to understand the value in presenting at a "Security" expo? I understand "some security" have police powers, but what percentage of them are making civilians BLO for alcohol/drugs/or whatever? If - In Fact - we were talking about "Law Enforcement" expo, I can see the direct parallel. Hopefully Kal will provide us clarity regarding our most effective (cost effective) target audience at this juncture. Thanks Shell.
Also - keep in mind. This is a Tri-Level Chess Game we are playing. It's not just about getting our product in front of consumers. It is a legal battle brewing within the MJ Industry. Our presence in that arena is critically important.
Just 1 Opinion,
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
It's a loaded question filled with speculation.
First of all, the 5 mill shares are for final patent of breathalyzer not product. Patent approval may be years from now. We don't know.
Second, no one can predict what the valuation of Cannabix will be at the time of a patent approval, which in turn would provide you with an assumption of diluted share price. However, a rough estimate would suggest the share price may be impacted by as much as .08 cent on the dollar (5 mill shares is 8% of 60 mill shares).
But - I would suggest - the share price may be so far in the stratosphere that dilution will be irrelevant. Also, dilution is already baked into the price now. Everybody already knows the game plan - this is not new news. See Form 2A Page 4 (Additional Milestone Payments). The link is in my last post.
I hope some of this makes sense...its rather late. Load up! No worries.
The Blueprint
Page 11 of Form 2A walks everyone through the process in place since June 17, 2014 as written.
We cannot push a product to market prior to Clinical Trials approved by National Institute On Drug Abuse (NIDA), and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Government Approval. Many of the questions that continue to be asked are already answered in Form 2A. If you have not read it, it is a must read for any serious investor. If you have read it, you should read it again, and again, and again. I certainly do.

Shell has posted multiple times explaining this stuff in great detail. Also, Frain41263 is right. We learned from the last show not to hype the unknown...Haven't we?
Blue Lite On Z Flames!
Alpha. Check Shell's last 50 posts. Shell goes into great detail in many of them regarding milestones.
"No new investors needed". 100% agree. It's a long game not short!
Also...we now have a drumbeat for law enforcement shows. Ok.
However, the NEWS is not law enforcement right now.
The NEWS is the MJ Industry.
The FIGHT at every government level is MJ Industry.
THe continued belief is Cannabix will be the bridge to laws passed that will bring the all states inline.
The law enforcement community is not going anywhere. M7 has previously stated law enforcement cant wait to get there hands on our product.
I'm assuming M7 meant Canada law enforcement? Why wouldn't USA law enforcement also follow suit?
Who else has a MJ Breathalyzer for law enforcement?
I think this Roadshow stuff is pretty simple and not as big a deal as many suspect.
I must agree with Coin. Getting past clinical trials is key. The sky is the limit thereafter.
We continue to question management about a product we never saw coming less than a year ago...I think they have proven their ahead of the curve already.

500 or so gadgets is a far cry from 40000. That's only 1.25% of "potential orders" to be filled. A catastrophic failure by anyone's measure. Don't you think?

Thanks smoki,
Although folks can argue this article is merely another article with an agenda - albeit positive - its content is fairly neutral based on the facts as we know it.
I would agree with a snippet that states "Umansky Law Firm , also hopes that more police departments would have their officers wear body cameras, as he feels that videotaping of suspects driving patterns, interaction with police and performance on sobriety tests would give a better overall picture to whether someone is too impaired to drive after ingesting marijuana."
I made the same point in my last post. Body Cameras and MJ Breathalyzers go hand in hand. They will be an integral part of 21st Century law enforcement. Doctors, Lawyers, Indian Chiefs, Non-Profit Organizations, Advocacy Groups, Faith Based Groups, Next Door Neighbors, Gym Teacher, Dog, Cat, Goldfish, Parrot, iHub Posters, etc etc - can argue both sides of the debate until their blue in the face. However, US Federal Lawmakers will have the ultimate say. Period.
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
Off Rip! The author slams our product as an inferior solution to MJ drugged driving, but then states "While not much is known about Cannabix’s THC Breathalyzer, it may have the same ability." Huh? The author just told us they have no clue what their talking about!
"...Cannabix’s product will face a major problem in being as useful and widely adopted as an alcohol breathalyzer..." Hey Author - The same arguments were made for the Alcohol Breathalyzer and Tasers. Now it's onto Body Cameras and THC Breathalyzers - The 21st Century!
"If Cannabix and their investors are relying on the THC Breathalyzer to take on the same role as alcohol breathalyzers, they may be quickly disillusioned..." The only person disillusioned is the author of the article. The author's "Drug Law and Policy " article directly attacks Cannabix in 8 of 11 paragraphs (73%) with half baked opinions - not facts.
Bottom line - Federal Law will ultimately trump State Law and silence the critics. There is big movement already at the Federal level. Meanwhile, Cannabix will stick to the plan for no tolerance States. Plain and simple.
The article is Agenda Driven Garbage and a waste of time in my opinion. The only thing I got out of reading it was the fact it was written on Cinco DeMayo (May 5, 2015). Most likely - the author was Half In The Baggie (Double Entendre) when they wrote it, and a Breathalyzer Test beforehand may have prevented the existence of this BS article.

Great Find Smoki! Just wanted to highlight what you shared with us.
The following are excerpts Posted on Wed, May, 7th 2014 by THCFinder:
"The oral swabs are not approved for use federally in any capacity, but some private companies use the swabs in employment situations. No state has adopted laws like the one proposed in Michigan."
"The manufacturing, accuracy and safety of these oral swabs are not regulated by any federal agency and are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration."
"As a result of testimony given at that hearing, and subsequent appeals to the office of bill sponsor Rep. Dan Lauwers, R- St. Clair, the saliva testing portion of the bill is expected to be amended out."
Bottom line - Roadside Spit Testing is DOA in the USA. Period.
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
P.S.
The ridiculous promise to put a Wocket in consumers hands has been on going since 2013. Whoopie...NXTD claims to have found a way to deliver 500 or so gadgets in 2015. Meanwhile, the jury is still out on any product delivery thereafter. My bet is it will be a permanently hung jury.
No - It Screams of Pump and Dump. Plain and Simple. ROTFL!
The Spit Test Machine never even got out of committee. Meaning, only a fraction of California Lawmakers needed to weigh in to determine saliva testing will not become law. The fact Law Enforcement officers supported the testing and Lawmakers still rejected it - is evidence the hurdle is the law itself (Fourth Amendment), not the mousetrap (Alere DDS2). Lawmakers are waiting for a better mousetrap that clears the constitutional hurdles in place.
Spit Testing Machines are DOA. Period!
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
Hey smoki, I would also point out the first paragraph of the article is very misleading.
"SACRAMENTO (CBS/AP) — An Assembly committee has rejected making California one of more than a dozen states that allow police to conduct roadside testing for marijuana and other drugs."
What states are roadside testing for marijuana, and by what method? None!

It appears that is what Dr. Goldberger was eluding to in the interview. I thought that was the most compelling part of the story. However...I don't see what the hype is if that's what bobalou was referring to as big news? It's still a local story (of many) based out of Florida where Kal and Company are posted up. Honestly, we may need USA National News Network coverage. How and when we get there may be the question?
CNN/MSNBC/CNBC/ABC/NBC/FOX - not myfox.

I would say more than one. Some still want folks riding their coat tail. How soon we forget. Hedging "competitor" bet's against BLO/BLOZF? You have got to be kidding me?

The most important words I take away from coins analysis of Vantage is this line :
"Going off on a tangent to try and beat a superior product would be a bad play..."
Those words say a mouthful!
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
Coin, this is your analysis of Vantage - our "competition." Right?
A Cut and Paste from Yah** Finance:
coin8300 • Apr 14, 2015 4:15 PM Flag
The Cannabix product is by far in the lead for police and commerical applications. Vantage included a single slide in their presentation that mentioned that they might pursue developing it for narcotics down the road after they develop for disease detection; I would hardly call that a direct competitor. Further, Vantage has a negative $1.5 million equity position while Cannabix a positive $1.3 million equity position. Going off on a tangent to try and beat a superior product would be a bad play and a huge expense to an already hurting balance sheet. Also, the vantage product relies on paring with a bluetooth devices such as an iphone or an ipad - this is not a robust system nor is it cost effective and frankly the system due to the reliance on personal software might not even fly in the court of law.
Revised msg:
I keep hearing that rumor. Are you sure it's not Vonage (VG)? I mean - I keep hearing about Cell Phones, Lap Tops, Satellite Connections, NASA Moon Walks, etc, etc.
Yeah...A law enforcement officers nightmare. Maybe they will have competition in the Secret Service industry (tiny niche market)?
There is a reason our marijuana breathalyzer resembles a Firearm and not a Kazoo (vn*h). It is going to BLO the "competition" away.
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
I will agree there is "competition" when there is actual evidence. Currently folks are peering through a crystal ball with wild and mostly inaccurate assumptions based on "news reports". Can someone please point out the competitions stock symbol? I gotta have a piece of that action!

I would argue it being of "interest" is up for debate as well. Especially once you consider the source. Also, the posters name is geodcan. His post you referred to as interesting is still near the top of the page on Stockhouse. Its an easy read to surmise what's really going on here. Simple DD.
Blu Lite On Z Flames!
So your post was a cut and paste from a poster on Stockhouse that is considered unstable by many other posters comments I have read, and this board needed to know about the proclaimed unstable persons interpretation of a phone call with Kal Malhi? Is that basically the source of the fear?
