Why did they have to join the group so others have access, doesn't make sense unless TEVE is giving their services away. If not all these other members could have easily contacted TEVE and utilized their technology.
There certainly is a lot of interest here, a total of 10 or so posters posting the same thing over and over and over, regardless of what side you are on. With TEVE going dark it will become boring again as noone will know what they are doing or where they stand financially, that is until the inevitable happens. No that's not good.
And yet when they had 7 out of 10 they made no profit? You think #8 changed any?? Obviously TEVE is not getting paid very much and may be why these companies chose TEVE, decent equipment, very low cost.
So now TEVE is creating multimillion dollar companies?? If TEVE goes bankrupt so does Neon?? Not a chance, Good try though.
We both know that will never happen, dividends are paid out of excess cash above and beyond what they pay for expansion, R&D, rehiring employees etc. Some multibillion dollar companies don't pay the dividends some speak of here. Will be interesting come end of March when the Audited Annual Report is normally due, if they have one at all. I bet the shorts are scared the report just might get published then that whopping dividend will sink them all. And pigs do fly.
MACD means nothing on a pumped penny stock, "negative ones" were watching the pump and unless you were in before the pump you've lossed or will lose money. Two campaigns already, and maybe a third down the road, but as this was not a successful campaign doubtful another will take place any time soon. Had the pps gone up into the .60's maybe but only to .12, not enough money made to try to invest those tens of thousands of dollars to do it again. The word is out, this was a pumped stock and that's it based on consistent misinformation.
How do you expect volume to rise when the only reason its gone up in the past is when it was pumped. Now that the campaign is over, who will ever know of this stock outside of those subscribers?? Volume will continue to decline as people realize pumped penny stocks and charts do not mix. Chartology does not work here as it's not the market that is contolling the direction but those that got paid tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to promote.
Ok, pump is over you are now seeing the dump. Read company profile and what it does, read the part about having representation of "artists" to help pay for what they supposedly do. Read latest financials, assets, and see if the market capitalization is worth anything.
First it will hit again but that's to be seen, second low volume doesn't in itself bring down the stock price you had more sellers than buyers so the price declined so the smart sellers could get out before losing everything. Tomorrow the decline continues with an even greater decline on Monday. Newsletter employees posting here have moved on, just look at the profiles of each.
Buyer beware, not doing well on this or GMEC eh?
When all is said and done, "I told you so".
We will both see very soon! Read the newsletter disclaimers which is as or more important than what they say.
Not in the stockmarket, if your premis is correct, why hasn't the stock risen?? Especially with all the high paying "customers" why has TEVE burned through 30 million dollars over the years. The question is if the masses want to buy this stock the scarcity may matter, but going dark, not providing potential investors the information to want to buy this stock shows that there is no demand or interest in TEVE. The company knows this thus my opinion that it is in deep financial trouble and looking to privatize or liquidate assets.
It should not matter as each person must do their own research, I've done mine, that's all that needs to be said, but to believe a newsletter that's getting paid thousands by a third party is naive. To listen to posters touting this stock as the next get rich quick scheme is not smart, especially when their is no factual information, verifiable information, to go along with the statements. To think that GMEC, base on their history suddenly owns the movie rights and will get the 110 million is also worthless. If they did have the rights, what were the costs in production, editing, marketing, distribution etc etc. No this stock is doomed just like the other P&D's.
That is immaterial, what does matter is what happens in the future and as the volume decreases, the pps decreases, and the newsletters move on anyone buying now will be taking a tax writeoff next tax season.
in order for the pps to go up you need a buyer and a seller, no seller?? pps will not move. Enjoy holding on to your stock at least its not subpenny like another I know.
Remember silver and gold can be bought and sold easily there is much liquidity in the market and the price difference between buying and selling is marginal. Diamonds on the other hand is a different thing altogether, most jewelery stores mark up the diamond cost over 100 percent, try buying a diamond from a retailer and take it to another and sell it. You will be offered half what you paid for it. With TEVE and any stock, you must have liquidity of which TEVE does not. If no one sells, no one buys, then the pps stays stagnant forever. So only way to add liquidity is to increase available shares so the market (buyers and sellers) will then determine the share price via PE ratios and the sort to put an accurate price on the stock. The problem you have now is in order for that to happen additional shares must become available, thus dilution. If your argument was valid, then the pps at such a low float never would have dropped over 90 percent from a high of 102 dollars to 7.60. But it did. But you already knew that.
This company does not have a billionaire CEO.
The Director and major shareholder is but he's stopped supporting the company.
A small float is not a good thing, no possible way to liquidate as spread is so far losing money is ineviteable. Being illiquid is bad for investors.
Customer base is one thing, profitability is another, obviously with all these customers TEVE still lost millions of dollars.
Probably going with TEVE is because they continue to give away the technology if it was so good they'd be able to charge a premium and actually cover the cost of creating that revenue.
You forgot to say anything positive about TEVE going dark. That's also negative.
And if Dell computers can go private, won't be very difficult for TEVE to do the same.
You can say double all you want, but there is no evidence of such, always nice to stay positive as noone wants to lose money but in the penny game unless you are in prior to the pump, you will lose money. Remember how you heard of this stock, from a pumping newsletter. The masses have never heard of this stock so once the pump is over and the insiders or third parties sell, the pps will only go in one direction, down. as you can tell the volume is already declining, pps is struggling. Newsletters are moving on to other stocks and with only one newsletter having a one month contract the information flow is dying as well. Try contacting the investment contact of GMEC and see what they say, and see if they are even aware of the massive pump campaign that took place.
That's funny as it's the newsletters employees that are tasked to inundate message boards to support the hype along with spambots. Take a look at SEC filings of other pumped stocks and why the lawsuits happened. Here's an example of massively misleading statement from one of the penny stock newsletters, the statement of GMEC getting 110 million in revenue is wrong, they don't own the movie they only represent one of the actors, and since no one here is willing to go to China to validate any of this, its totally unreliable yet easy to state as there is no one to check the accuracy, by the time the pps is .02 or less others will be screaming fraud, but by then it will be too late, the parties hiring the newsletters will have made their millions, and many unsuspecting will be fleeced: (and to answer your question: Zero) The ones who state any opposition to these pumps are labeled as "bashers" until the dump, then its I told you so but by then the reduction in pps is blamed on the shorts. Happens every day. See www.pumpsanddumps.com to see the latest pumps, then go to those boards and you'll see the same thing.
Like I said before, pump is over, now volume and pps will continue to decline to or below pre pump levels. Same as all the other pumps.
GMEC going down to .02 prepump levels. I believe!!! JMHO
BMSM also a pumped penny stock, has had 4 pump campaigns, all these do is prey on the unsuspecting thinking this stock will make them rich, you can make money if you are in before the pump and not get greedy, but once the campaign is over the dump happens. Newsletters are not paid tens of thousands of dollars by third parties because they just want information to get out, they pay that much because they make millions on the pump liquidating their holdings. GMEC campaigns are coming from newsletters paid for by third parties, not the company!
So now they belong to an organization, wonder what that costs but does nothing for revenue.
First a few corrections, a reverse split does nothing, percentages and amount you have remains the same, In order for the "institutional investors" you need to have a secondary offering of additional shares, this will raise capital for TEVE yet dilute your shares tremendously, especially since they have little capital or influx of capital. Second The dividend will only be paid when profits are made, if you think they'll pay a dividend in shares, again that keeps the percentages the same as far as ownership yet also includes a great deal of dilution.
No, spambots or paid employees of newsletters pumping stock even though the majority of newsletters moved on as of Friday. you will see continued decline of volume with a steady decline of pps. Until the next pump do not expect the pending "short squeeze" which is a myth in pennyland. Many posts are dishonest making the unsuspecting think GMEC is getting the 110 million, that's wrong. Also since the unsuspecting who received the newsletter pumps have either bought and lost or ignored there is no more interest until the next pump if there is one. Not too many people read these boards so it really makes no difference what is sent here.
Beware of the netbots all feeding on each other and all inserting $GMEC into the post. Misspellings and gramatical errors to make it seem "human". Buyer beware, pump dying and so will the pps.
Penny Stock Day Trader Disclosure at the bottom of their alert, telling potential investors today was the day to get in, those lucky ones lost 10 percent, but PSDT was paid 188,000 dollars for a one month campaign. Anyone investing in this thinking it will make them rich needs to read all the newsletters and think who would pay that much unless they were liquidating to the unsuspecting. www.pumpsanddumps now showing 16 newsletters touting this stock. And if all of them are being paid, someone is expecting to make a killing at your expense.
I wonder why that if your idea is so great that the entire market place isn't begging the DOW and S&P to go down and stay low so they can accmulate year after year without making a cent, but good thing they don't, January was a great month and is to continue. Too bad TEVE does not have the revenue or business sense to move forward thus rewarding its shareholders instead of burying them.
Where is the illegal trade you talk about?
A fond farewell to those posters who's marketing contract ended today, better luck on the next stock. Who'd think that pumping this stock with all the PR's day after day, ended up only trading 800+ thousand shares on the last day with a 10 percent loss. And a rise of 7 cents after all the PR's and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on the newsletters themselves. GMEC should not gain one cent unless the audited financials support the market cap, but then again this is in China, you will never know.......
Based on what??
So now its a modeling agency, boy, this gets better every minute, maybe next week they'll be in the space program launching cosmetics to the space station.
Really and where are you "hearing" this?
RIght, so its a pr, that info is coming soon, but i'm sure in a pr not an official filing, also the vague statement does not include what exact role GMEC would have, what upfront money will be required? What is their cost to produce this movie, and from what funds? So now they are in the Movie business?? From a beverage company to a name change to move digital to paper and paper to digital to talent agency to movie maker? None of this makes sense and even shows more that it is not a legitimate investment. 13 newsletters come out and all of a sudden daily PR's. Its an orchestrated Pump, the naive will soon be the bagholders beginning next week. Newsletters already moving on to their next Pumped stock.
Go ahead and tell me what "in the works" means, they only represent the artist period, and if the description is wrong, why don't they update it, where is the 8K's that should be filed, where is the revenue statement that all this will generate. Its all BS, next week the newsletters and half of these posters will be gone to the next pump. PR's will be few and far between, updates the same, volume will continue to decline, just like all the past P&D's. This is no different. So which of you is flying to China to verify all these PR's. Or better yet try calling the number on the PR's and see what you get.
True, show me a legitimate 8K filed not bs PR's. And the latest PR is their client is now a spokeswoman for cosmetics?? Well if GMEC is making 110 million in the movie, maybe they are making that much in cosmetics.....NOT, Movie and Cosmetics mean nothing, then read the bottom of the latest pr which states:
About Great China Media Holdings, Inc.: GMEC (OTCBB: GMEC) is an electronic content provider that provides leisure and lifestyle-related electronic contents through portal websites and major cell phone network operators. The Company also utilizes these electronic contents to produce traditional paper magazines. In order to support the provision of electronic contents, the Company operates an artist management company to leverage on the popularity of artists and celebrities in stories and event creations.
So THEY DON'T MAKE MOVIES, THEY DON't HAVE A COSMETIC COMPANY. All BS, and who here is going to fly over to China to verify a PR?? Nothing about finances, bottom line is pump and dump soon to fleece the gullible.
Its not their movie, they have a star represented that's it, sales # are not profit, massive disinformation about the movie is perpetrated by the newsletters, read the PR again and what this company does. Heading down and next week will be worse. And still there will be people who don't understand what happened, and start blaming the shorts.
Today is the last day for most of the newsletter coverage or marketing campaign, after today, pr's will decline, posters will suddenly disappear, and newsletters will move on, at least one hired for a month, but the majority will stop promoting this stock. One last final push, after that, lookout below. Buyer beware. The third parties that have hired these newsletters have made their money, they accumulated at .02 sold between .10 and .12 and have made their money, I'm sure not as much as they hoped as other stocks have had much better pumps. On to the next pump on Monday, I'm sure they are getting ready to send out their "next awesome pick to be released at 0930 Monday morning" alert.
I don't believe in the short conspiracy in penny stocks, not when they are being pumped like they are, any shorting will take place at the end of the pump once newsletters stop promoting and the pps tanks, Hong Kong reverted back to China in 1997. "it has engaged cameron hood". How much money did it cost them?? The below quote from the press release states clearly that mr cameron will be an employee hired by GMEC, so again how much will this cost and no guarantee that this is accurate or will happen, thus the forward looking statements.
