Have you witnessed him saying that, or is this a joke? Financial reports shouldn't take but a week or so, at most. This is not a huge company. I presume he is stalling, but why?

Easy there pardna, I believe that would be his last resort from what fellow posters have stated.

No business owner wants to do such a thing. They realize that truly paints there business a very bad color for some time and is hell. They sound more grounded than this.

The only thing that frustrates me is I have not been successful in capturing a large block at .0001. More times than not I must settle for .0002.

The only thing I can hope for is that it skyrocketed before to 52 week highs from these levels! Who knows maybe this runs again.
I still do not understand why this company has not got financing like every other red blooded American business owner does and pay back after installs! Why know loans???

Here we go again, good news brings debate, but this is no good. Speculating on things such as RS are not good for the general traders.
You are not doing any of us any good. You have no proof and it is premature. The o/s are not near what I have seen with companies like Tivus. The difference is the possible value in the short term for us.
I do not know why the word dilution is being tossed around like a football as well. Who says these are not ordinary traders. Seems to me it is the best volume we've seen in a while. I welcome it but others are finding ways to complain about it.
This is unreal and a bit frustrating.

I have generally been optimistic here and feel this board should take it where they can. It is huge news regarding my position. Trust me, I have built a small fortune in shares; in a short time now, and any positive news is going to be appreciated. Especially when it is going to turn into $ soon for the company!

If we are basing the decision on the website, Tivus has a really classy and professional look. Ledgenet looks a bit washed out and cheap. Just my opinion.

I was under the impression they had fixed the problem with money to install the systems. This is a problem if they cannot supply the support for new sales orders.

I believe that we are headed back to the April optimism though! .015-.02 with in a couple of weeks.
If SP has got a new contract on a hotel or two....how long does it typically take for him to release that news? I would be surprised if he did not have a few new contracts by the end of the summer.

Does anybody know how many hotels host is allowing Tivus to be involved with at this time?
Is there an actual solid number? Is it increasing slowly?

What is your concern about this page? It looks like we are making huge progress. Granted we got screwed, but we're almost over that debt it appears.

Do you think this company has a price? I have not heard anything, but you all obviously know more about the company and if they have mentioned a buyout price?

I would like to see this stock improve back to the .10's range where it belongs. These things are all looking better. With more install orders we'll be over a penny before we know it! IMO
