If DJ uses MoneyTV to release an FDA announcement I will slit my wrists. Besides Don would soil himself! Maybe Dean's cellphone will go off while he is doing the interview.
Well I'm sure there both sides playing tape. The reality is we are not trading on a metric or even the FDA assumption. I frankly don;'t exactly know what it is. I would say the company is worth 200-300Million at the tops for where we are now. If they ramp up and show they can make 25 million in profits than a 1.50-2.00 pps would make sense. That could be a year or more away.
The run up has been one the most spectacular percentage moves I've seen in a long time. Thankfully I sold 90% of my position but I'm thinking this may come down significantly more as the speculators are here in droves.
IS Sponge every going to release a PR addressing the SEC investigation and when it expects to resume trading off the greys? They release product related info by the gallon yet no word on whats up with the float, sales etc, investigation. I know the company front men are part carnival hucksters but really how much longer can they operate in a vacuum?
I think .75-1.00 before approval would be a good entry point. I think you'll get your chance if there no word before the show.
This stock correction is healthy. I think we are all getting ahead of ourselves with the hype. Let things unfold with FDA without a bunch of pumpers saying it's today or tomorrow and hopefully Dean will walk away from the show with a deal in hand.
Isn't there a real channel reporting agency that can actually track retail sales of items SPogetech makes? I mean if they are retailing out of wall mart and target they have every invoice and sku in edi reports. Anybody subscribe to any of these services?
<<it's an unreasonably small production rate>>
For GE or Toshiba your right. But for Imgg it's more revs than they ever dreamed they could generate and if they don;t get bought they must have plans to setup a production line ASAP. If this happens I would estimate 10/ month max for at least 12 months. Hey I hope they can make sell 1000 a month...but it's just not the way the world works. After that and market acceptance the sky's the limit. They will have the time and money to put the manufacturing piece in play. I'm hopeing that doesn't happen but it's a possibility. Also you must consider any company that buys IMGG may be valueing the company from a different perspective especially if DOM displaces a large chunk of existing products. They may buy IMGG to kill it..or at least delay it until several cycles down the road.
I per day...surely you jest. Last CC the number was something like 10 a month, Hey if they do that it would be awesome! I'm thinking if they choose to make these units themselves we are in for a long road as it will take months to get this rolling. I think Dean does a deal with a well positioned manufacturer before that. The 64K question will be for how much!
Kimble obviously no one does..I'd rather be on the more conservative side. I took some off today at .95 IMHO this is a high side valuation for imgg...hey it might be a bad move for me but I'll sleep ok knowing my 20 bagger has paid some dividends. I'll let the rest ride. Goodluck
El Hefe...I'm with you and I am totally surprised by this move to a dollar. Thankfully I have taken some off the table and will let the balance ride up if thats in the cards. IMHO the sales potential and or buyout doesn't justify the valuation at this point but I happy to wrong and long.
I think sometimes must be leaking...volume and this runup suggest something is happening
I understand Sponge acquired the manufacture for 4 million dollars. What exactly does that include? Patents? Machinery, Buildings ...any ideas? Seems pretty cheap although I'm assuming the equipment to do this is an adaptation of some sort of injection blow molding machine. Anybody have boots on the ground on this one?
10-100 first year was the telling answer. I think imgg will be on the lower end of this range. Dean did mention he is ready to manufacture at whatever level is needed.
How does Spongetech quantify the 32 oz claim? Is it 32 oz after you add water? How much active ingredient do you get as compared to a liquid dispersion you buy in a store? Clever marketing idea perhaps even works in other areas... I sent them email wanting to know if they could encapsulate a water based dye or discharging agent for apparel processing. They sent me back a 2 page letter saying they don;t accept any unsolicited ideas....blah blah blah..Looks like they are bit gunshy
Understood...I would just send my Uncle KK to pay him a visit. But really it just brings free PR to him and does nothing for IMGG other than having Dean defends his honor. Let IMGG get an approval and start firing on all 8 cylinders and this guy will be lost in shuffle. Frankly I don;'t mind it. He brings up some good points about dilution and such that I think are valid. The name calling is out of line but thats how he generates PR for his site.
Dean shouldn't respond IMHO...he has to run the company. If some blogger wants to trash the company so be it...there will more of this as the company progresses. It's just a matter of fact and goes with the territory. I think it actually helps a bit as it balances some of the over enthusiastic posts here and on Yahoo.
Sounds like My wife
Drinks on you in Hawaii at the 4 seasons
Took some off today. This is a free ride now! What ever Dean did to create this pps movement I applaud! It's been a long time coming but it's been worth the wait! I hope he can bring this to market and fetch an even higher price.
I would agree. Up and running production is many months away so in the short term I can't see how they would be able to run these numbers.Hope I'm wrong and hen spit out as many as they need.
I think .75-1.00 we be amazing.
Dean gets 70K and the commission is another 75K to raise 500K. That 15% kinda steep yes? I hope 300K is enough...
Looks like a sweet deal that flys under the radar and is exempt from costly reg fees. Does it come from the original float or is a new offering?
Not going to happen anytime soon. If and when FDA comes they will be able to produce MAYBE a couple of units a month. THis talk about 10 units per month is pure sizzle and IMGG without a cash flow partner will have a very tough time reaching this level. a .50-.75 level in the next 12-18 months is realistic target.
Guys all this talk of 2-3 a share is completely insane DO THE MATH. Do you think imgg is worth a billion dollar market cap? 500 MIllion....sorry no way no how. Lets keep our feet on the ground.
he free bases it!
Sleepless,
Heres how I see it. If the software issue is a safety one then we are in more trouble than we think. I.e system crashes putting patient in harms way. I can't believe there would not be an easy safeguard to cover these issues but I am not privy to the mechanical layout of all the controls.I would think the the mechanic aspects of this device would be handled by a PLC directed by a workstation.
If its purely a requirement to give the device an added buffer of computing power than this should be a quick fix but I do agree that coding geeks think they are all rockstars.
All this talk of FDA conspiracy is complete BS. If the FDA wants headers and a hi rise on this puppy give it to them and lets light this candle!
I agree if coding is the main hang up this cannot move forward without that being settled. Hopefully it's a straight forward fix....All this talk of imagery constructs and processing algorithms is making me dizzy. How about a Dominion for Idiots book. Push button...irradiate customer....get image from 3 axis...assemble in real time stop make pdf charge insurance.
Yes on a stock that has some sort of history. We all know this is a crap shoot and maybe a longer one than many here believe.
TA for IMGG surely you jest! Would be like kissing your sister.
Also everyone a 50% is great but it happened on 30,000 dollars in total volume. That tells you everything you want to know.
Yep that's what Bluto would do..I can see much movement here as I think managment has said all it's going to say.
MT let me get this straight you'll ride this to 0.0? Mister
Blutarsky!
BTW I use my testicles for more important functions other than picking penny stocks. My brain is best suited for those matters.
Good luck with that "Go big strategy"
I think we are in for a very quite period from management. They might throw out another Money TV spot or two but I would not be expecting any news until FDA has made their call.
Looks like they pushing the other side of the business. I don't see the merit of reformulating the website unless imagery for Dominion is also included. I clicked video and images gallery and it says coming soon..
ahem....a customer is something that pays for service or a product. Everything else is just a prospect.
Kimble don't punish yourself!
Dean said that he is working on a "work around" bu that the problem is not a short term fix. I would take this to mean a redesign of a portion of this device. Yes more RD cost for sure.
Can somebody post link to recording CC?
I dunno I would bet this Dean selling shares to raise money. Does the CFO ever come out of the closet?
What makes you say that? imgg burns 60K a month. They don't have
any real source of income so it has to be Dean covering the payroll.
