Nice (weight loss), my dad was on that diet for years. Got down to hardly any body fat. Then sometime last year, collapsed on the treadmill at the gym and had to have a quadruple bypass @ GWU hospital. Same heart surgeon as Dick Cheney. The cardiologist said that since this trendy new diet, heart attacks have increased and will keep going up.

Just eat veggies/fruits and exercise =)

No, he didn't accuse me of doing drugs but he accused my friend of "smoking crack."

I don't deliberately look or initiate fights nor am I the argumentive type. I simply stated what someone told me and asked if anyone else heard the same. Some people need "proof" of everything.
