absolutely, have you filed a complaint with the SEC. I have and was told it has been forwarded to the correct department. several others have. can't let this be swept aside , just white collar thievery.

you may want to do some due diligence and check messages that go back on this board to get a real picture of whether or not it is advisable to buy into this. Promised financials never delivered and shares traded from sdvi to graf are worthless. just trying to help you make smart decisions. in my humble opinion of course

it could have great potential if the financials were revealed, and graf/sdvi sorted out. that is what is so sad. Real products, reals sales, and an unreal ceo.... so sad for so many - does he care, we'll see......

what is sad is this company actually had ( has?) products being sold. A very good children's program Reader Rabbit, unfortunately the prior ( cough cough) ceo got hooked up with other people who were going to build a roller coaster in NYC - shows how gullible he was .The new ceo Mart had/has lots of shares and has promised a couple of times to show the financials so any one investing has a clue about this company. Mart so far is a no show but there still may be programs being sold - the problem is it is a secret. One other huge issue is when the prior greedmonger thought we would take off there was an exchange (don't remember exact ratio 200:1? ) and unfortunately some sdvi stockholders switched as they were promised that once Grafitti went public it would be at least $3 a share. Well, exchange was done but lo and behold ken the crook and gutless wonder didn't do anything so now people are left with useless shares. Well, mart as I have said several times are you a man or are you a mouse ( or smelly rabbit) just the truth folks , hopefully we go up but not until mart keeps his promises

nice work for one day but I am guessing based on the number of shares he used to hold ( and maybe still does) that if he put out financials and handled the sdvi/graf mess he would make a lot more than this.
