The former CEO responded on Facebook after the FDA rejected the companies medical diagnostic device and someone published the actual FDA comments through the use of a FOIA. Let’s just say he wasn’t exactly truthful!
Based on what? A single Liquor store does more business and they are profitable at the end of the day without the burden of a gigantic overhang of cheap convertibles just to keep the lights on!
You got that right. Kyte-Bigger Lane... I’m sure I’m leaving a few out but old Math McMullen might be the longest employee on record.
What a testament!!
Previous incarnation used these tier
changes to infer uplisting when everyone knows it’s just trade craft for trying stimulating excitment where there is none. Former management used to pull the “uplist” card when ever they had nothing to report.
June update
You can buy as much as you want. Plenty of supply of cheap shares as their converted debt floods the market.
It’s unbelievable anyone would tout a stock that is wildly unprofitable even with a claimed disruptive product. Especially since it’s previous incarnation did primarily the same thing. Maybe it’s the lack of transparency on the underlying patents or cloudy licensing arrangement that is floated but never appears in any disclosures. The question remains:
1. Do they own the patent on this delivery system?
2. Do they have a US exclusive licensing deal with the pharma that’s owns the patent?
I think it’s safe to say none of these points are true for GPFT. So at best they would be one of a thousand cannabis companies that is just authorized to sell it. Since they are poorly capitalized and leverage to a property that will be months if not a year to complete. Given that I don’t see how this company is worth anywhere near 12M.
Well there are now (10) power supplies linked together in series so I would expect Qsep management to have 9 more excuses to use when it is discovered AOT still can’t turn on!
Imagine that...another endorsement of a job well done. Somehow that doesn’t surprise me.
It’s absurd to believe anything this company reports as fact. Each newly installed CEO has misrepresented the facts and bent the truth while the CFO keeps pumping out as many convertibles deals as humanly possible.
Must have missed that science class in middle school. Qsep does not understand why Voltage is decaying or “leaking”. This indicates the field generated is finding an alternate path through the the treatment vessel even though they had the chamber retrofitted and insulated and done this dance for years! They don’t want to call it a “short circuit” but it’s not a good thing anyway you look at it. In engineering it’s good advice to be able to account for the bulk of the generated electrons!
Instead Temple is happy to collect 10% on over a million past due dollars plus $187k a year reoccurring fees. Thats over 20k a month just for Temple. Add salaries , office overhead, pay to test fees, marketing, sales etc etc. the prepaid 500k now gone. Qsep will be paying more out of pocket just to turn on. The horror...
Lol..so the dark underbelly forced Qsep into the dilution tap dance! Haha haha. Forget about the years of bloated expenses, extortion licensing and it’s horrendous cash management and layoffs of previous executives. It’s SG&A was 10X what it should have been. Basically if Qsep was an ice cream flavor it would be liver and onions. How’s that for vitriol?
Oh yeah it’s always the naked shorts or the MM screwing up the works! Especially when no one can show ANY concrete progress on any product or service they claim
to have invented! Forget the revolving pick a ceo spinning wheel and the “I pat your back you pat mine” corporate culture. It’s a farce...and with the glut of oil nobody needs or wants this product on a pipeline that now has greatly reduced volume for lack of demand. Never mind the fact that these guys can’t even turn it on without all kinds of engineering issues.
Must be those “choo choo” engineers!
I’m seeing that happen to several otc listings like QSEP that could not get the demo out of testing or failed at its commercial applications. Imgg morphed into gpft prime example. From 3D imaging fluoroscope to a weed distributor and oil extractor. You can’t make this stuff up fast enough!!!
Yep I’m thinking CBD oil extraction will be next! That’s the logical snake oil side step!
Yep...Houston we have a problem Again!!
The flange held but the quantum flux spindle voltage is below baseline. Wow...Thanks for the update.
The reality is that applying a high voltage micro amp field within a giant pressurized capacitor which has free flowing flammable liquid flowing with it... is either impossible or commercial not viable. Decades of the company research has never produced a viable product. Until they do the news of this or that test result is inconsequential.
"Our engineering team was on site at the Demonstration Project this week to complete the system installation, startup testing, and commissioning, with the intention of achieving treatment voltage levels. During the startup cycle, the system initially established a baseline (below operating/treatment level) high voltage. However, once a baseline voltage was achieved, system voltage would decay well below the baseline value. When powered up to a baseline level, voltage and amperage measurements were within expected levels, generally indicating the newly installed grid pack and blind flange assembly have been properly specified and configured, and that the new power supply should have sufficient power to achieve treatment voltages. In repeated tests, once that baseline level was achieved, voltage decayed well below the baseline.
It does not seem likely the problem we are experiencing with voltage decay is related to the short circuit indicated in previous tests since voltage can now be repeatably applied to the AOT while operated under pressure with crude oil flowing through the system. When we experienced the short circuit while operating under pressure in previous tests, it was not possible to apply voltage to the AOT without the system exhibiting characteristics of a “dead short”, or electrical short-circuit.
It is unclear at this time if the voltage decay experienced in our startup testing cycle is due to power supply operations or is occurring internally to the AOT. Our engineers gathered data while on site and are reviewing data and observations with third-party experts, and we are working with the manufacturer of the power supply to gain their assistance in diagnosing the problem."
You cant make this stuff up! Epic failure at all levels. Obviously they do not possess the engineering prowess to solve the most basic of problems with just turning the magic pipe on.
Last Q shows cash down to "sticks and stems" and they will again run of cash in JULY. Its no wonder they cut expenses to a 100K a month. Looks Remple not getting their FAT yearly 187K licensing extortion bill paid anytime soon. NO worries they collect 10% a years in interest on past due fees whcih greatly excess $1M.
“
YES - they have an exclusive license to the underlying nanotechnology that makes the topical effective.
Sources tell me that Grapefruit is already discussing pre-orders of the Hourglass. “
I see no such license in any disclosure. Please post a link
To the 10k/8k that proves this theory.
Magnificent now they can turn it on after a decade!
I have there are no listed patents on the books or any licensing deals reported. If the company owned the patent rights they would pay for its yearly maintenance and list the patent and its expenses within its disclosures. They have not...so basically if it’s not in black and white it’s just fluffery.
No large player is going to give one dink operator an exclusive. Show me the licensing deal that is material to that claim.
Here is the closest match.
Sol-Gel/Hydrogel Therapeutic Delivery System and Methods Thereof
Publication number: 20200030247
https://patents.justia.com/patent/20200030247
The short of it is that GpFt does not have an exclusive on distribution and will only be a customer of Hoth/zylo therapeutics. So much for the Uber analogy! I love the human comedy of the pinks!!
Patent number? Inventor? Crickets! Public companies cannot hide their patents from the public if they intend on advertising it as patented and disruptive.
They must disclose this info along with any licensing fees or other monetary obligations that allows them exclusive rights to market and produce said product. What’s management afraid of???
Where is the patent? Let’s see how this magic squirt packet works. A one off test isn’t exactly a clinical trail.
Funny story too bad it doesn’t magically transform DVIS into an FDA compliant product and as such the asset has no value.. if you check the proto hardware was being held hostage by a machine shop for non payment. Maybe they should start with getting that back.
Assets are worthless. Entire new industries were created during the time the magic 3D scanner was pitched as the latest in medical tech disruption despite it not ready for prime time. The FDA response was pretty clear. They booted them on each filing and the inventor and CEO was sanctioned and removed for lying about the reasons. Do some research the facts are there.
Imaging3 spent mostly all the funds on SG&A and promised a cheap C-Arm that supposedly used new software to knit a 3D composite all in real time. The FDA saw it differently and rejected the predicate based application numerous times. Medtronic, a multi billion dollar device maker, is the market leader. The tax loss benefit outweigh any realistic change they can reactivate and compete against this well established company.
Please...that dog is long dead.
I’ll bet they will blame it on the LA
riots
Yep the dilution train Is rolling. Nothing new for this company even as it’s current configuration has little to do with its former entity imaging3. They will be at 1B issued in no time. Interesting to see no real discussion on the “patch less” patch in it’s S-1 disclosure.
Lots of complicity! From my view it’s as much Temple and Tao for letting this charade go on. They did so simply because they got paid. Sad state of affairs when our colleges need to resort to license a product that has never proven itself to do anything of value.
Yep... if Qsep put as much effort and tenacity into developing useful products instead of selling fluff and pipe dreams & then at min Maybe they would have stumbled on to something. This never ending saga is like an LA covid19 lockdown.
Even if Qsep had the best management in the history of OTC they still would not have a commercial contract active today. The AoT or any of the products that came before it are simply not commercially viable as the repeated testing and retesting have shown and the total lack of commercial success the hired inventor has achieved. Blowing a series of tests over a 7 year time span pretty much tells the story. During that period everyone got a paycheck and golden parachute.
Well if you going to take shots at someone for what you think is a misunderstanding of the underlining science or ultimately the efficacy of such claims then at
minimum you need to substantiate your theory on why it is wrong. Simply calling me a Schmuck and implying fake hype is a good driver of Momo for a pink sheet stock is not an answer anyone would rely on. Sounds like there is few different personality residing in your head! I wonder if risperidone is available in transdermal or subcu!
Lol! I think we learn you know nothing about what I know. Happy to debate any subject of science and engineering you like to take on. I hold several patents and have custom built specialized equipment and owned operated a manufacturing facility. I would advise sticking with you’re momo theories. You’ll get smoked if you actually want to step out and defend what ever fluffjob the lawyer brothers have sent up! I’m still awaiting patent or patent pending #. Anyone? Let us read the patent and determine what is real and what is made up. The truth will set you free!
Listen I very aware of the science and the receptors in skin bond with the main active psychotropics so delivery of the “high” in some measured amount that rivals smoking a j is simply a pipe dream and a concocted story by the ring leaders. It’s a topical treatment and any delivery of THC will very low and certainly not comparable to recreational products. Comparing lindocain topicals and poison oak to Thc in the bloodstream is apples to hand grenades!
I dunno seems to be heavily weighted gamble with way to many nuts in the fruit salad to make any real bread. Especially given the product claims. I’m still awaiting to hear the company’s description of its “patchless”topical delivery systems that supposedly magically bypasses the skins natural ability to block absorption of chemicals.
Marti I’m confused. You agree that gpft fundamentals are upside down yet you are bullish on what the action? Vegas will reopen soon. Have to believe craps hard way bets are more enticing than this none sense. At least one knows the odds.
He actually just did a side step. Stays on board gets paid rent NNN which covers his operation with his own business.. Funny how when the salary got axed Lane hit the eject button.
It’s China.
