I'd like to know where that contract is also.
I'd be curious about that also... I suspect that this is equivalent to the aero muffler vs. vortex muffler controversy. Turns out the vortex muffler wasn't being sold anymore by the site posted and the now sold really fringe items such as 9-11 fraud books and holistic medicine. But to each their own and we embrace diverity here at ihub.
Closed up 27% Charts look good. Traded really odd this week. AUTO UBSS and DOMS sat on the ask. Then pulled off pretty much Friday
Looks like OTCBB is filed. Nice tidbit for the summer doldrums
A LOC would be easier to get with OTCBB
I expect an update on something next week. AERO's been fairly quiet lately thought the last pr was pretty intriguing for me :)
The filing of a 15c2-11 exemption isn't really surprising the 14c did half the work for it already. I don't really expect it too take alot of time either. My guess is AERP will go local and there are a few MM's based out of Salt Lake. My gut feeling is the mm that was used for the 14c was Jav pick and now is either being replaced or has been replaced. CFO solution has some experience in this aero.
CFO solutions seems to have a pretty good repuation.
LOL Keep posting links like Vortex mufflers and nutech2000
You'll have all of us convinced.. :0)

Another Little CFO Solutions Nugget ...

CFO Solutions founder made the list.
CFO Solutions ...little nugget :)
http://www.launchutah.com/article-coverstory-mayjune2007.php
Founder of CFO Solutions, Kent Thomas said it best, "The one thing that we see as the single most common missing link is the marketing analysis. Who is my customer and how do I get to that customer? What's the distribution channel? These are the questions that investors want answered."
Investors want to know what drives your business. Identifying a need, showing the opportunity and providing a solution are three critical components of your execution strategy and should also be a part of the business plan.
A key to getting funding is having a great idea and communicating it well. Whether that be through a good elevator pitch followed by a 30-minute phone call, or a two-page executive summary forwarded from a third party, communication is critical.
Additionally, if you progress with the investor, he or she will want details about how your business will make money. Truthfully, the investor may or may not read the whole document, but, in the end, will require documentation before investing. Being ready by having something written shows that you know what you are doing and have prepared for the process
Wonder why AERO brought them on ...:)
They already have a MM since they filed a 14C...
Did you buy your vortex muffler?

I'd love to know how it compares to aero?
Aero Muffler VS. Vortex muffler... :)

hmm.. you be the judge...
I agree Magnaflow looks hand drawn also.
Millman checkout the "vortex" site...You'll enjoy the laughs
They just don't only sell mufflers...
http://www.nutech2000.biz/
They sell holistic medicine kits,9-11 Fraud Books, and the Joe Fuel Cell...
The Ultimate Energy device harnessing Orgone Energy in ways we do not yet understand. Nutech 200 is committed to promoting research into this truely amazing phenomena
Yup Magna flow does a great job for their Dyno Test... ;)
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/dynos/15652.jpg
Here is AERO's dyno
http://www.aeroexhaust.com/popup.php?img=seehear/images/dyno/2003_hemi_5.7_dyno.gif&w=520&h=330
They use the same type of charts and provide the same info
Whats even more interesting is that there is not a 3rd party verification or EPA certified lab provide by Magnaflow. They must be lying just like aero since they don't provide any epa lab certifications or independent 3rd party results..
Heck aero actually posts their results on their website. You think flowmaster has the money to do that.
Nope direct from their website. That's why I posted the link. No charts, diagrams, EPA independent labs... nothing.
Flowmaster's Dyno Test's... Don't laugh

It's summer time and it starting to be vacation time. Folks turn off their machines and go away for a break.
I'll see what I can get out of them. Though from the last few years they have pretty much left the overseas oil ventures and went domestic. The kazahistan venture left a bitter taste in there mouth. I'd love to know what the staus of that is. As far as I can can Gazprom took the money told them sorry and them left it to the highly efficient russian courts to sort it out... If they could get the 5+ mil back they invested back it would be a huge victory.
The company is pretty bad about getting back to inquiries. I'm about 1 for 7, in 4 years.
Thank you for checking in. You bring an interesting perspective here.
http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-utdce/case_no-2:2004cv00276/case_id-21731/
Filed as TTR they won, no money, but it strengthed their claim. Which is why I laugh about this patent talk.
AERO already won one patent infringement case against Dynaflex...
News Out- AERO Racing News
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080529/0401735.html
It's a pre-arranged script with talking points...
Actually MMM failed becuase their team performed poorly for 2 years in a row. They couldn't find another sponsor and the McClure family pulled the plug
I'm sure they have a direct line to javelin
Well I guess Ihub likes promoting AERO mufflers. It must be a scam
You forgot about the damaging elements from california that work with the damaging elements in Vancouver.
Pinksheets don't have to file a thing. So why the chant they have to?
Andrew Beyer doesn't get into the office much before 1030AM EST does he?
Aren't all Westerners in the Pacific timezone. I do think Javelin is in the Pacific timezone also? Anybody know for certain?
TIA
Another thing to watch for is for the bid ask never seemingly to change even though there are trades happening. IF there is a big AON(all or nothing) it can influence the trades. IF I put a big AON for 10 mil shares, that means I won't sell until someone buys all 10 mil in one shot. Tough to do. So I could lower the ask with not selling any shares forcing folks to sell at a lower price. The risk is that someone buys it all. But on a low volume stock its minimal. Buts its a good way to cover your shorts and walk the pps down.
They aren't phantom shares per see. Basically when someone shorts they get someone to buy at a higher price(sell) and then cover at a lower(buy). For example if I shorted at .0015 1 mil shares and then covered at .001 I made .0005. You made roughly $500 dollars. Now in the US you aren't allowed to short stocks under $2.00. It can be done with an offshore account. Mostly its done in canada and europe. I think mm's are allowed to short but thats a grey area.
Well Thats less than 20k a day. Which to be honest is pretty rather small. I really don't think there are many folks trading this on a daily matter. Looks to me folks shorted a bit at the high from a week ago. They look to cover. FYI buyins.net still holds the FCCN symbol thats where most websites pull their short interest info. So whatever the short interest is it may not be accurate but they do a month to month. So if you short and cover in the same month it won't be reflected in the reporting.
The other MM that I find which is a bit sleazy is ARCA. Another short and cover mm. I'm pretty sure they use an algorithm to determine stocks for shorts and cover. They seem to be more logical and methodical than AUTO.
Well the L2's are always interesting to watch. I love seeing AUTO on the ask walking it down. They are such a fine reputable trader on the OTC and pinks... LOL
