OMG. . . the year 2014 had 198 mil IR scripts versus 25 mil (approx.) ER oxycodone+ER/LA scripts. Yeah, sure thing. . . 25 mil ER scripts are worth more than 198 mil IR scripts. LMAO
doubtful, the IR market is only somewhat interesting due to the number fo scripts, but the real $$$ are in the ER segment
scripts does not = $$$$$$, sorry
You are correct. This proof was posted on July 7/2016.
Yeah since over 90% of scripts are for IR. Lol. And yes we've posted proof over and over and over and over and over again. Thanks.
Just more unsubstantiated BS.
doubtful, the IR market is only somewhat interesting due to the number fo scripts, but the real $$$ are in the ER segment
That near $5m fee kept them going but now, in the recent fiscal year, that fee is no longer propping them up... Uh oh
Thank you for the info.
I guess the underlying message I was trying to convey was that the one time milestone payments are not considered to be one of those ongoing activities of ELTP that produce revenues (i.e. sales of products, manufacturing fees, etc.). Milestone payments are not regular ongoing events nor are they a revenue stream. The misleading implication is that there will be a 2-3 mil shortfall from the previous fiscal period resulting in a financially unstable business. This shortfall, if it occurs, will be the result of diminished milestone payments and in no way reflects financial weakness. This is why Nasrat made reference to the approximate 10 mil annualized revenues to be expected.
Of interest, I did note (if I am reading the addendum notes correctly)in the last 10K the milestone payments were lumped in with the licensing fee revenues.
Again concocted logic by saying a PROMO helped the stock rise.
Unsubstantiated and just not true.
Toldya the sleaze ball, PAID FOR penny stock PROMO would only last 2-3 days!!
YES they are.. lol
Seems you're confused by the terms REVENUE and SALES
Revenues will be off this year by at least $2-3million, so that kinda puts things in perspective
I suppose what the CEO stated at last call about Elite annualizing at about 10M annual rate is BS then!! lol
Ya mean Elite has $8.3m revenues in for 9 full months but will surpass $4.2m in the last quarter to top the $12.5m it did last year??
Gee thanks for the heads up. Cant wait to see Elites 10K
This is BS
Revenues will be off this year by at least $2-3million, so that kinda puts things in perspective
revenues were $2.3 million for the quarter and $8.3 million for the nine months ended December 31, 2016 and that's compared to $2.2 million and $7.3 million for the quarter and nine months of the prior-year. That's a 6% increase for the quarter as compared to last year and a 13% increase for the year-to-date as compared to last year.
Savvy investors don't look for links, they talk to people with "boots on the ground".
No one believes he is only getting worthless shares out of this.
Pursuant to his August 2013 employment agreement, and as amended on January 12, 2016 (the “Hakim Employment Agreement”). . .The Salary is paid in shares of the Company’s Common Stock pursuant to the Company’s current procedures for paying Company executives in Stock.
Gee. . .I don't think Nasrat would have any difficulty in recognizing sarcasm.
Now I didn't say that but if the CEO does not seem to understand English, what else is he missing ??????????????????????
So why would Nasrat answer, "We don't have to pay ANOTHER fee." ??????????
Why would Nasrat say, We don't have to pay another fee, when he never paid a fee in the first place ???????????????????
Gee so there is no resubmission fee as claimed. Got it!!!
nasrat said it would cost Elite another $2-3m prior to resubmitting Sequest.
Sorry if the TRUTH is troubling, I understand
Does the company have to resubmit the entire application with the additional information and will the FDA have to review the entire application and you have to pay $2.3 million? No, we don't have to resubmit the entire application. We don't have to pay another fee.
How much will these additional studies cost? About $2 million to $3 million
PRove they are not being investigated. I can prove they are
Yes, I agree. Incomplete completion of DD would result in an opinion like this:
Fyi, Elite is being investigated
Not all Elite insiders have held all their shares !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
link?[/quote
Exactly. The only link to this table leads back to this:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=130613878
There are no other links and there is no such info originating from the ELTP website either. I have been here long enough to know AJ has posted other tables and charts on the message board in the past. In fact one of his tables regarding projected SequestOx revenues was posted as part of the ELTP IHub intro for awhile. Again, the info posted in the table are his estimates and projections. . .not Elites.
OMG You do realize the table being referred to was prepared by the message board poster and not Elite? These are the poster's time line estimates. Geez
Even Elite doesnt expect Sequest FDA approval until the June-Aug 2019 time period!! lol
No thanks. I will take my DD sources from SEC doc's, PR's, insiders who actually know what is happening with ELTP. LMAOSHMSFOAIDMT (laughing my ass off so hard, my sombrero fell off and I dropped my taco)
Take it from a pro
shall I continue with more of the BS..????
Fyi, Elite is being investigated
Thanks but this is nothing but pure conjecture. . .and is pure BS about ELTP
IPCI is being sued by Purdue and so will Elite!!
naz nay be that stupid, I never thought if it that way, thanks
of course he is paid in shares, no one said otherwise
He gets paid in shares
No one believes he is only getting worthless shares out of this. I know he is stupid but he's not that stupid.
More nonsense. The original thread started when it was stated Nasrat was not paid entirely in shares. An Elite PR has already been posted confirming this was BS.
No one believes he is only getting worthless shares out of this.
I know he is stupid but he's not that stupid.
Please tell me if [Nasrat] holds ANY restricted shares.
I guess he has never been paid and works for free.
So I wonder what's he getting out of this since the ELTP shareholders aren't getting anything.
Pursuant to his August 2013 employment agreement, and as amended on January 12, 2016 (the “Hakim Employment Agreement”). . .The Salary is paid in shares of the Company’s Common Stock pursuant to the Company’s current procedures for paying Company executives in Stock.
More unsubstantiated BS.
So nasRAT already knew how he was going to screw the Elite shareholders from day one. Maybe he is not as dumb as I thought he was.
Complete BS When Nasrat was hired he indicated he would accept shares as a salary in lieu of money.
No one believes he is only getting worthless shares out of this.
I know he is stupid but he's not that stupid.
As part of his employment agreement, Mr. Hakim has elected to receive his salary in restricted common stock in lieu of cash.
There are thousands of publicly traded companies out there and not all them host CC's and they also have something to hide? LMAO
seems those companies also have something to hide
Absolute BS You do realize hosting a CC by a company is not mandatory. There are a lot of pharma companies out there and not all of them even have a CC. Here is but two examples: Pain Therapeutics (PTIE - no CC since October 30/2014) and IntelliPharmaCeutics (IPCI). To ridicule ELTP for not having a Q&A session is just laughable nonsense.
Longs always speak of Elite as an exchange listed company... how many exchange listed companies hold Earnings Calls without conducting a live Q&A session?
Wow. . .one whole link that was posted in what was it. . .a year. LMAO
Thank you for showing the insider, Nasrat, has a large holding in ELTP and combined with the other insiders confirms they own a large part of ELTP. The SEC filings tell the true story.
Gee total BS - and Elite's SEC filings proves Nasrat owns 19.3% - 174 million shares of the company as of the last 10K.
Question. . . why do the investors on this board provide all of the links and nobody else?
Actually there are three links leading to the info and I am supposed to provide these when other links or verifiable info are rarely provided when requested by myself? Its been proven there is a large insider holding, end of story. The BS about insiders selling out is just that. . .BS.
ah, ok, can you provide a link to precisely where in these SEC docs the float appears?
Thanks for the info. It really dismisses the BS about insiders selling a lot of their shares.
The same stats can be found in the SEC filings where Yahoo obtains its info from. LMAO
Well that is a first, yahoo being cited as an course credible course of financial information lol
I really like the insiders 240 million + shares out of the 917 million + shares outstanding.
No failure. It's just a goal. I am not holding Hasrat to the "requirement" of submitting a new application every quarter like it has been interpreted by some.
so nasrat failed at another one of his goals?
