For once, I agree with you on this that should’ve been a long time ago and I feel like it all revolves around them wanting to stick to the 400 and one reverse, split and keep the price of .02.
I feel like part of the reason they want to uplift so bad as for the liquidity so they’ll be able to dump large amounts of shares that they currently are unable to dump on the OTC but let’s hope not
Insidersselling
Yeah, why 02 because as soon as they lock it into that like they’ve done for months, nobody wants to buy it for over that which keeps the price down, so why are they stuck on .02 and reverse split 400/1 if they had set the reverse split at 201 the price would’ve gotten up to that nobody will buy it for over .02 when they know the offering is getting done at a pre split price of .015.
I mean, obviously, the stock is manipulated. Maybe we should haven’t looked into like GNS did , because the last buy or sell was two dollars who the hell is buying or selling two dollars worth of stock?
Well, they obviously wanted it at .02 they’ve stuck to that if they would allow it to go up, people would invest, but nobody wants to invest at it at two cents, knowing as soon as the reverse split goes through, we’re gonna lose money, nobody will invest knowing that if it gets up to three or four cents, then all that’s gonna do is give extra money to the people doing the offering like trader said they will just give them more leeway to dump if they would’ve set the reverse, split lower there would be more interest in this
Do you know if potential investors see a one for 400 reverse split and they know that in the future they might have the same thing done to them management doesn’t seem to understand that they need to get the price up and do a smaller reverse split but they won’t let that happen for some reason because they want the price to stay at two cents now that doesn’t benefit investors but it somehow benefits management
You obviously know that’s not how it works. The S one doesn’t get changed after the deal is completed the S one stipulates what the deal will be
Does anyone else find a questionable that at $6 a share that that would put the pre-split price of .015 a share, which is what most people loaded up at on this stock. And also if they’re selling 1.3 million shares isn’t the outstanding share account after the reverse split supposed to go down to under 2 million that means that one investor or accredited investor would control 70% of the stock.??
Or were those buys at if you look at the analysis of the boys versus sells it says that those were buys at .0290 but if that’s the case, then why did the bid go down instead of going up?
So how does the bid go from 2:30 to 2:90 in the blink of an eye just long enough for someone to sell 69,000 shares does anyone else find that fishy
So they raise the bid to .029 just long enough for someone to sell 40,000 shares Yep that seems about right with his company.
What does this mean? https://stocktwits.com/Newsfilter/message/506936158
Yeah, they won’t let the bid go up
So when’s the upper list? Did they just drop another S one so they can go silent for another three months
What did the ratio change to? I thought it was still 400/1??
They had to have change something otherwise, why would they file another S1
I never had it in my head. I was asking if that’s what they would do if it’s the time of the reverse split, the stock was worth more than it is now or double if they would change the reverse split to a lower ratio I didn’t know that’s why I was asking because I think it’s shitty to keep the reverse, split the same and open up on the New York Stock Exchange at over eight dollars because it will just get beaten back down why not lower the reverse, split and retain more of our shares if the share price goes up before then wouldn’t that benefit all of us
That’s what I hate about this board. You asked a question, and nobody has the decency to answer, unless it fits their motives.
That may be possible, but what I’m saying is for the last several months they’ve seemed intent on keeping it at .02 if the price goes up, will they have to update the S one or can they just change the reverse split ratio as long as it stays at eight dollars a share up list? How
4 or 5 cents not .45 if the price goes up, can they still go through with the reverse split based on the newest test one or would they have to alter it?
Are they going to let it move up is the question? I mean say it gets up to $.45 will they have to file a new S one or can they change the reverse split ratio without changing the S1?
One of the problems is every time the bid goes up in the stock somebody always sells and brings the bid back down, very frustrating
Well, I sure hope that you’re correct because I’ve been sitting in the stock for almost 3 years by the time things get done it’ll be probably closer to four years that’s a long time to stay in some thing waiting for results
Announce a cancellation of the reverse split as soon as they announce news it was going up over 2 to 3 day. Then as soon as they filed the latest s1 talking about the reverse split. The price went right back down if they would drop some news, maybe even put a little bit of their own money into it considering they have 50 million shares each. They wouldn’t need to do this horrible reverse split. It wouldn’t take much to get the price up to five cents which would cut the reverse split in half.
If they could just get the price up to even five cents or $.10 they could do such a smaller reverse split that would help but a 400 to one reverse split is horrible and investors Hate it.
Yes, that looks like it is my point is after releasing news the price seems like it was starting to go back up with the possible prospect of may be a different reverse split and now the prices went right back down
Price was starting to go back up and then they announce another offering in the reverse split and the price goes right back down. It’s like they’ll never learn that the reverse split is killing the stock. There’s no reason to do such an aggressive, reverse split they could’ve let the price come up and done a one for 200 or even a one for 25.
according to their PR they haven’t even figured out the final formulation of the eyedrops
What I’m asking is if all the animal studies are done to the point where we are now going to start a clinical trial with the NEI and Dr. Emily Chou is that the next step to get approval I filing an IND with the FDA which will then proceed to the clinical trial with the NEI is that we were at in the process?
So then the next step will be to do clinical trials at NEI then manufacture and file for Ind ?
So have they got the animal trials done or do they have to do another one before the Crada with the NEI?
I thought they were trying to get far enough along that someone would buy them out and complete manufacturing and distribution on their own. ? So is this good laboratory practice trial that they replicate? Is that the Crada or is that before the Crada with the NEI?
Buy volume is 68,000
Sell volume is 112,000
If people would quit selling, maybe this would go up
Is that estimate based off of what we currently know with a higher estimate to come as progress is made?
How is it the GTSM has unlimited shares they keep putting up big walls then when they get taken out they put up another big wall. I will say this these market makers are the worst most scam, a manipulative, corrupt market makers in the business, that’s about the only thing I see is a benefit from uplisting is getting away from the scumbag market makers.
It’s obviously easier to get a Stock with promising news to $.20 Then it is to get a Stock from $8 to $100. We’ve already seen it run to .22 off of basically nothing more than speculation and a little bit of volume. There’s no reason It couldn’t do it again and then some
On the over the counter at $.22 I can make the same amount of money that I would have to have $100 a share to make after a 1/400 reverse split, now is it more likely of good news for it to go to $.22 or is it more likely for it to go to $100 seems like a no-brainer to me
Furthermore, do you honestly believe that it wouldn’t be better for us to get back up to 30, 40 or $.50 before we do a reverse split, or at the minimum $.20 that would help us all out instead of us going from hundreds of thousands of shares down to just under 1000 where the stock price has to go to $150-$200 to make the same amount of money that we could make off of $.50 on the over the counter
Oh really just trying to make a quick trade huh? I’ve been here since February 2020 how long have you been here with several thousand dollars tied up in this ? and what did that great news do for the share price today we finished a 10th of a cent higher big whoop. Do you know in February 2021 we were at $.22. Off of no news just speculation now we actually have news and the price doesn’t even move. , and gar our CEO is horrible. He has kept none of his promises.
