Does WDLF still get the profit % split and equity stake in the event of an acquisition versus some other type of liquidity event? That is significant if that is the case.
The article posted here on the cannabis space is ridiculous and has no connection to CUBT.
$QSAM Very big step today. Priority Review Vouchers, if obtained, are typically with north of $100M. Current market cap is $13M. Way undervalued here.
Deep thoughts by Jack Handy.
There’s a lot more owners of the stock that do not post on iHub than those that do. I have buyers are not driving the stock in my opinion
The stock moved based on someone wanting in at these prices. There was no pump. So the question, what is wrong with getting excited when a holding actually moves in a positive direction without news. The alternative is to go down. No thanks. Some people are impossible to please.
Some here will be griping even when it hits $.50. It’s a given.
If anyone wants any big volume purchase they will have to pay.
My hunch is that the 1M share bid at .0596 did not get their shares early in week and they upped the ante on Friday. Some peeps wanting in.
I don’t think you are correct on the legal side. I have seen plenty of information about the requirements around a RS that contradicts your claims. If they were breaking securities laws I would think there would be some lawsuits. Beyond that I believe Florida law was on their side in taking this action.
Beyond the legalities, the majority of the shares are owned by insiders. They would have the votes. Why go to the expense of a proxy vote for something they have the votes for? It is a waste of time, energy and money. I would much prefer them to focus on more pressing matters, which is to develop their portfolio of rare disease solutions.
Lastly anyone who sold on this news was selling on intent of a future event not on the actual event itself. They have not announced a split. They may at some point but as of the letter a few months ago to now they have not done any split. It just gave long shareholders like me the opportunity to buy cheaper shares.
If you do not like the intent of their future actions, which is being driven by the desire to uplist to a larger exchange and get some institutional investors to invest I suggest selling your shares and moving on down the road.
As for me, I love the business plan, the leadership team and the forthcoming partnership with the National Eye Institute to help get Metformin eye drops to market for the treatment of AMD. It is a $10B+ market opportunity per year and the current treatment is an injection in the eye. This has huge potential.
Long and strong CUBT.
Sincerely,

CUBT Cult CEO Candidate
I got my letter. Did you not get the letter? My understanding is that the letter was communicated through the transfer agent to the brokerage houses who hold shares for their clients. Don’t think this was some diabolical plan as some here state. I got my letter after some others. This is how they chose to communicate their plans.
I have read here that some feel this is “shady af” stuff. They did not report an actual split, but only authorized the ability to do so down the road. The reason for a future split is to move to a larger exchange.
I don’t think their communication was “shady af” at all. What is shady is when other companies actually execute a split without having stated their intentions.
There sure are and I’m one of them. Is there a problem with holding millions of shares of a stock?
You have no idea who has sold. All speculation.
Let’s get that price creep up before news then she goes. Let’s knock out .07.
If I hear the CEO say “the company is well positioned” to…what a joke. I talked to the CEO 2 years ago who said anticipated revenues were $150M for 2019. He’s been saying woulda, coulda shoulda for how long now? And if he is hitching his wagon to Uncle Joe’s “infrastructure” plan good luck with that. When he delivers on a fraction of what he has said in the past, please let me know. Until then no thanks.
Most definitely.
We can speculate all we want. If anyone thinks insiders are selling and that is a concern then why not just sell and move on? The speculation of insider selling or without solid facts is is just that, speculation. Show me who has sold what and then we can evaluate. Beyond that I am waiting for NEI news and the IND news.
They had the shell warning symbol at some point and it ain’t there now, and has not been for a while. That’s all I know.
The company used to have the shell symbol in the OTC markets and was eventually removed.
Added more shares this week in the mid 5’s. Price here is a gift imo as we wait on news/communication on a research agreement with the NIH. CEO’s last blog mentioned this. Doubt insiders have been selling at this level.
Yeah Angela Merkel. Say no more.
Back to the wife beating schtick eh? Someone here needs some new material. LOL.
Here we go again. Beating a dead horse on insider selling.
Wonder if people were wondering if Jennifer Cook was pimpin chit at Gyroscope Therapeutics as a board member and advisor after the company announced they they were being purchased for $1.5 Billion. Kinda doubt it. LOL. CUBT Board and CEO Advisor Catherine Sohn is not pimpin anything. They are in one of the same businesses as CUBT in combatting age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and Catherine and Jennifer are both board members at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. AMD is a multi billion dollar opportunity. Stay tuned. Long CUBT.
But then again it might. I wasn’t drawing any conclusion. I just found it interesting for my wondering mind and thought I would share. Merry Christmas to all!
I can’t help but wonder if bears called Jennifer cook arm candy, you know since she is a Board Member to Gyroscope Therapeutics, and not a “full time employee”. LOL.
Here’s a little tid bit for wondering minds…
If you look up Jennifer Cook on LinkedIn you will find that she is a high powered executive. You will also find she is a Board Member of Gyroscope Therapeutics, the company that was just purchased by Novartis for $1.5B, which CUBT Chairman Paul Michaels posted about today. If you look closely at her bio you will also notice she is a board member of Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Guess who else is a Board Member of Jazz Pharmaceuticals? Yeah, CUBT’s very own Catherine Sohn, Advisor to the CEO and the CUBT Board. Hmmmmm. I wonder if they ever chat about being Board members of companies trying to create solutions for AMD? My guess is that they have had a chat or two. Where does it all lead? Stay tuned.
Do I sense a hint of sarcasm here? LOL.
I would prefer that as well. Just taking a guess here. Hopefully they will go your direction.
That would assume they do a RS at .05. I don’t they will do a RS at these prices. If and when they do a RS to uplist my estimate would be in the 1:20 range.
i Robot I’m liking more of your posts recently! Totally agree.
Completely disagree. Most people have not connected the dots. And what is coming through this collab is not baked into the price. The beauty of the free market system is we are free to disagree. Kind of like there zero evidence of insider selling. LOL.
I doubt insiders are selling. Once they announce the collaboration with the NEI which CEO Garr has been working on the stock price will move. Doubt any insiders are selling knowing what is coming.
AMD is a big problem in our aging population for sure. Combine this with the Metformin Press Release last week by the NIH. The work is being lead by Dr. Bharti. Not sure how much more clear it needs to be. CUBT is in the middle of it all with the same Dr. Bharti leading the way on CUBT’s Metformin eye drop. Connect the dots. News is coming.
CUBT very good read. It’s long and small print but lots of good information, particularly around AMD. The devil is always in the details.
CUBT will be part of the NEI strategic plan moving forward. Count on it.

People are sleeping on this gem.
The thought that insiders are selling shares at this price given what they have in the pipeline is so ridiculous it’s not even worth arguing the point. If anyone thinks insiders are selling here should really sell their shares imo.
Sure they have brought the price down, mostly on days where the volume is frequently 1/10th to 2/10ths of ONE PERCENT of the outstanding shares. Patience will pay off.
Maybe not smiling but buying? Absolutely!!!
