Now I understand what's wrong with you guys!!! LOL.
As to all the petty pickin' of the commercial wording, I've not seen one comment about who actually writes the PRs. Do you think maybe its BA? Sure sounds exactly like their MO for any company they represent.
Tie your fingers in a knot for 2 seconds and think...
IMO, something big has to be in the wind. The MMs have been holding to the ask persistently over the past 3-5 days. Feeling real good right now by telling myself the bottom was reached at .0009 and averaging down bigtime. Only positive up from here.
Tampa, when comparing apples to apples, the price diff is not $150. SQUM charges for those items CKYS includes in the price, plus SQUM freight is almost twice CKYS. Go to the NRA site and do a fake purchase and you'll see the difference. GLTY
BTW: lived in Tampa for 15 yrs, great area.
Hey, Dave, yes you are correct: G4 used to be TechTV. FYI, it's on channel 191 on the Dish satellite.
Frankly, I'm not expecting a reply tho' I wanted to give it a shot. Doesn't change my gungho opinion on CKYS. I made my decision re: BA & CKYS before I plunked down my dollars in Sep.
Madmax, I promised you an update on BA. To date I've not found any new details and there has been no response to my 12 question email to CKYS. It appears I've hit a sensitive area within CKYS, as most everyone else has received a response within 24 hrs. My questions were very diplomatic and from a positive direction even though they were very specific. I sent them Friday about 1pm ET.
A call directly to BA was met with laughter...
RedCloudPaint: You indeed are a courageous man with great patience and diplomacy. I wouldn't have your job for all the money in CKYS-land! LOL
Per your suggestion, I've included your suggestions, so feel free to do with as you wish, add or not, with my blessing. My feelings will not be effected either way.
12 Rules of Decency, Respect and Civil Posting
1. Fully read, then re-read posts that raise your emotions, positive or negative. Make sure you understand what the point is of the post before you reply or comment.
2. Slow down, proofread and most important, think before submitting.
3. Do not use “all caps” in your entire post: use only for emphasis of a single point "Bold" accentuates emphasis better than caps.
All caps are irritating, rude, denote shouting, and are hard to read.
4. Do not use posts of 3 words or less, such as: LOL, I agree, .32x.33, Weeee, Kaboom, etc
5. Don’t be so quick to criticize and attack. How would you feel? Inquire about someone’s intent before making assumptions.
This is a learning and questioning venue; each investor has different standards and levels of knowledge.
6. Learn from your spelling errors, don’t take the easy way out by making weak excuses.
7. If you don’t like certain comments, don’t automatically assume there is an “agenda”.
The best method to solve problem posters is to NOT REPLY .
8. Once your point has been made, there is no need to continually repost. If you choose to spam & agitate, you quickly become jail bait. Spammers are simply not tolerated.
9. Don’t continually re-post old information unless currently pertinent.
10. Respect all board members, do your own Due Diligence. Don’t be lazy.
11. Remember, your posts are available for anyone worldwide to see forever.
12. During market hours, stay on topic.
Limit off topic discussions, especially politics & religion, to evenings/weekends, private messages and emails.
Respect & Good Trading To All.
Seabiscuit, thanks for the nice comments and the MemMark, although I do not understand the validity of the marks when one poster will memmark another for showing a pic of a scantily clad woman. But as a red blooded American male, I must admit I sure do like the pics! LOL
Comments to the Board: 1) BA. My experience with this company is a Jekyll and Hyde relationship. To be the "#1 smallcap PR firm" and be able to command the monthly fees they do, they must have an extremely positive side that we investors do not see and can't find out. Therefore, I feel they are not a good PR firm because they are failing in representing their clients in a positive manner to individual investors. IMO, their MO is to treat MMs, brokers, institutional investors, etc with respect and treat individual investors with rudeness and arrogance. If correct, this is a huge conflict of interest in their contractual agreements.
2) we all have extremely high expectations for this upcoming week, including me. May I suggest we temper those expectations by expanding from "this week" to "this month".
3) Commercial: I prefer only the URL be used as this forces
interested parties to view the entirety & breadth of the CKYS product line and exposure to multiple industries for growth continuity. GLTA
To the Board: it's Sunday morning, so time for a little preaching. This is a great board and can become even better. Please take with the positiveness intended. Thanks.

geo39, on Fri early afternoon ET I emailed a substantial list of
very specific questions direct to CKYS regarding Big Apple (aka Bad Apple). Once I receive a response I'll update the board.
Jimwj, if your friend is indeed aggressive, in addition to contacting JP, I suggest he also contact the new VP of Sales (note: a VP of Sales is not limited to just a few areas, although he may specialize):

Klon, thanks for the name change info Citgo to Petro Express. I was aware of Citgo/Chavez and not only do I not buy Citgo, if I need to use the "facilities" or just want a snack, I make sure I tell the clerk I won't buy gas from Chitvez! Now I'll stay away from Petro.
My 2 cents: I'd prefer CKYS not buy SQUM even if available. JP is a sales/marketing guru and I want all his time & efforts concentrating on sales/revs. He's finally grabbed momemtum, after 5 yrs, now needs to ramp up continuity.
BTW, to RedCloud and all, Wild Blue is based in Colorado, so if they can't solve the mountain satellite issue, no one can. My mountains are mere hills compared to the Big Sky region.
Jeesh, this full moon has me posting more in the past 3 days than the past 6 months! Ow-oooo LOL
RCP, yes have talked with them. The local rep company just recently discontinued offering DirectWav due to the local problems and customer dissatisfaction. I'm in a real conundrum
that I've battled for 5 yrs. Every 3 mos I add my phone number - again - to Bellsouth for DSL service. They've been telling me for 3 years that service will be available in 90 days! DSL is available 1/2 to my east & 1/2 mile to my west, but their story is it will cost them $75,000 for upgrade to bring DSL to my location (and my neighbors). There's also a local WiFI provider only 1/2 to my NW, but he's not line of sight. I'm at 3000' elevation and so is he, but the Blue Ridge at 3200' is between us.
Anybody want to buy a 3200 sq. ft. log cabin with 60 mile views? hehe
OT: thefasted, beer sounds fine, shoot me an email (profile) and I'll let you know the next time I'm in Charlotte. We can argue over who's buying with our CKYS profits! LOL
NC Rookie, OT: thanks for the tip, but already visited Verizon and they won't contract in this area due to the poor signals. Seems I'm right in the void of every type of option. I have researched ISDN, but Bellsouth wants $500 upfront and will only guarantee 9600 kbps!! And that's at $120/mo... House is up for sale - seriously. I've considered a trip to HISC HQ myself since they do not respond to emails and phone calls. GLTY
OT: thefasted, I'm at Deep Gap, just east of the Parkway and get only 1/3 the average snowfall as The Rock. Yes, believe me, I've tried every conceivable way to get off dialup and no go. Verizon signal is horrible at my location. Tried Nextel last fall when they opened a new store here, and the speed was definitely satisfactory, but connection was only 40-60%. Took me 5 months to get my "free trial" deposit back, then the local store closed.
What really gets my goat is Charter Cable is only 150 ft. from my house but they refuse to hook me up - "freeze on new connections". Very frustrating to say the least. Looks like my only option is Wild Blue satellite, but that's a $1,000 gamble cause they provide no guarantee and do not allow "test" periods so the 12 mo contract is unbreakable. I'm visit Charlotte on occasion, so next trip I give you a shout. GLTY
Thanks for clarifying RedCloud, since I'm limited to dialup at my mountain location, I tend to rely on memory a bit too much. Even the satellite providers have left the area due to the local problems - right between the Blue Ridge and the Smokies. Wild Blue will hook me up, but require a cool thousand with no guarantee they can provide uninterrupted service. Pretty steep gamble. Once CKYS hits a nickel I may give it a shot.
Catty, must be something in the air the last couple of days as I rarely post but have gone crazy the past couple of days. If this keeps up, I may have to pull the trigger on a premium membership.
Catty, me grey beard looks the part, but my silver tongue continues to tarnish on occasion! hehehe Heard on the news that NYC is now under a tornado watch this evening so stay inside.
Catty, someone said yesterday that Aurora's CEO is Matt McGuire of BA (if I remember correctly), so you may be right that the contact info could have been omitted from the commercial. I just can't imagine that happening except for any tie in to BA means that "Murphy" is likely riding in Jim Plants back pocket. LOL
Hi, Catty, I live outside of Boone, NC about two hrs north of HISC's HQ's. I agree that CKYS will likely make some good profits much faster and has a great chance of some unheard of profits over the next 2-3 years. My belief in HISC is still strong, but has changed to a much longer time frame and I've reduced my exit goals significantly.
I didn't get a response from my email but didn't expect one til Monday or later. I'm sure they will have to discuss how much they want to reveal. There was 16 very specific and pointed questions, although very tactful and diplomatic with no indication of my true feelings for BA. BTW, 12 re: BA and 4 re: SQUM.
Gabeh, yes, I agree; I learned that 1.5 years ago after numerous calls with questions that were never answered. My 30+ years told me BA = huge horses hangdown!
Catty, I included your questions re: BA in my email to CKYS inv. relations just sent. Will notify when response rec'd. My gut feeling is that JP is very satisfied with BA and no change will occur. But what we know about BA and what we know about CKYS & JP seem like oil & water...
OT: yes, the other co. is FAR better off now w/o BA and their unbelievable monthly fee. After much soul searching, I just tripled my position in HISC. I've believed for 1.75 years, no sense in changing now. LOL Feel much better about my positon now as I averaged down significantly. Batten down the hatches, I hear you are expecting heavy winds tonight. GLTY
Madmax, just returned to the 'puter after a day of appts. Have sent a multi-question email re: BA to investor relations CKYS.
Let's hope all the questions are answered straight forward. Will notify when response rec'd.
Max, I'll try to do some digging tomorrow. CYA
I would assume the contract agreement would be filed with the SEC, no? Might be a good question for Mr. Plant. I agree, I was very hesitant to invest in CKYS when I found out BA is their IR after horrible experience in another stock I was in and researching BA's background. Once CKYS moves to the OB, smart money will take a hard look at all relationships, and BA will be a noose around our neck. JMO Sleep time for me, GLTY.
Max, that's exactly what I'm referring to,the discussion the last hour on SQUMs 2 wk deadline. If there was high risk for CKYS, I don't believe Mr. Plant would have agreed to the 2.25 mil contract. CKYS is tight with BA, hence the tie in.
You're not familiar with BA putting together financing deals? usually taking part of the action.
If SQUM's financial position is indeed a major concern, I'm sure Mr. Plant has it covered IMO most likely via a deal with Bad Apple since they get their fingers in all kinds of pies.
Rob, I'm with you on the medical applications. The population numbers worldwide is staggering. Just focusing on Baby Boomers in the US, Europe and Australia would make the military numbers look
teeny tiny. Glad to see they are very interested in the medical side. Thanks for your post. GLTY
Mind, I agree; after reviewing the daily volume for past two weeks and factoring in EOM, Telecents and no news, I took the heavy volume as a positive and pulled the trigger yesterday. BTW, thanks for all your DD. GLTY
Capt - hmmm, intelligent? Don't know about that, but time will be the deciding factor. Rather appear the Big I than foolhardy!
Just couldn't resist the temptation to ave down significantly. Now when we get back to a penny I'll be even and have a 10 bagger under by belt! LOL GLTY
Ward, yes 9 - held my ground and tested my patience. Was actually modifiying my order when 8 appeared, but the MMs popped me at 9.
Ok with me tho' as 9 was my goal, and as it turned out 8 was extremely difficult. Have a good day!
Yup. I finally decided we've hit the low and added another 4 mil today. Placed the order at 9:45 am and finally hit at 2:30 pm.
I also feel our confidence in Fred W is well placed, but he sure was handed a mess. If he can get us back to .05 in a year he'll be a genius in my book. Some solid & significant contracts will be the best elixir. Time for sleep. GLTY2.
you couldn't hold a candle to the decibels my frustration would release ! hehe It's been a very long year.
Shhhhhhh...don't wake the giant...
OT: WardoffMonkey, didn't see your post reply on the 14th, sorry, not intending to be rude. After 1st buying into HISC in Jan 05, I made half a dozen calls to BA over the 1st 3 months. The 1st two calls they actually answered my questions in detail, and actually returned a call with some details I wanted. But then
their attitude changed from white to black, so after the next 4 calls I realized their true agenda and ignored them after that.
I've the belief that HISC management didn't consider BA's attitude toward IR in not renewing their contract - rather it was solely based on the dollars. I now see people are getting upset with BA on the CKYS board, where I am also long.
I've never seen any comments from any poster and have not been able to find out myself what BA brings to the table for so many penny stocks. Any idea what they do to earn their huge contracts?
OT: Who, I'm single so it's background noise while I'm surfing!
If I'm really braindead, I usually watch 3 show at once: history channel, discovery, nature, or animal planet and maybe 1 mindless drivel like CSI. hehe
If I don't post again, Happy Thanksgiving to all!
The Quantum Sniffer was just used in the Monday night episode of CSI:Miami to identify PETN in a dockside container. The CSI had the portable unit hooked to a strap around her shoulders and stood at the container door and scanned for about 10 seconds when PETN appeared in the monitor.
Quantum Sniffer lettering was easily visible in a quick shot at around the 52 minute mark of the show. FWIW
