Unique Invest', Thanks for your message. Ambassadors knowing whether a keyword is in the system and is paying a subscription isn't what I was referring to and likely not what mybell was asking for clarification on.
Will keywords entered into the system after June 1 have any amount of trial period ?
Do keywords already in Go800's server but not having a paid subscription have any way to be used in a sales demo ?
Will keyword subscriptions that lapse in payment be retained in some form or status for future renewal ?
Several members of this board are curious about the keyword system and how it'll be managed.
mybell, any assumption on the keywords is a guess. That no Ambassador's have posted the all facts re. keywords implies that Ambassadors might not be totally privy to this part of the system.
But surely Ambassadors who are selling keywords ought to know whats-what.
mybell, possibly HavnPhun has a handle on keyword categories and can explain what will happen June 1. It seems he mentioned 'registered' and 'contracted' categories. It's likely - I'm guessing - that unpaid keywords are still in Go800 LLC's system with certain very limited use/privileges.
Good that you brought up this subject again. Maybe we can get clear , definitive information about this.
Rustler, you're marketing ideas have merit.
However, you're pretty much preaching to the choir. Of course you'll find those who will support Ike Sutton's marketing plans to debate with if that's what you're after. Better yet, why don't you text, call, e-mail or write Sutton (who's in a position to change things) ?
Nearly 29% pps increase & 40% volume increase over yesterday ! That qualifies as a breakout.
28.87% bounce Not too shabby.
Thanks Hartmann, That's the way I see it at the present time. Other factors could be in process that I'm not aware of and things can change quickly so we need to be watchful.
Thanks chuckmon22, I hope those anticipating a very quick rebound in any items I mentioned - EURO,DOW,Small CAP & GOIG - won't be too disappointed if it takes longer than expected.
With approximately 1.5 billion GOIG outstanding shares and beginning from a one month old launch it'll take a bit of time to build the numbers needed to get the pps rolling very fast.
njoynlife, yes I read your post and included your idea along with other's ideas. Thanks for contribution that info'.
GOIG's price is indirectly sucking fumes from the EURO problem which is causing the DOW to take an overdue correction which in turn is putting negative pressure on the Small Cap Index and subsequently GOIG's price. Then the glitter of Go800's launch and realization this is a real live company - no longer a paper dream - has lost some of its shine due to time. Added to these speed bumps
is the 90 day 'long' : ) hot walk through the desert to official subscriber/revenue numbers and the result of such a cumulative negative backdrop is a sub .02 pps.
On the flip side it seems fair to assume the EURO will stabilize a bit, the DOW will finish correcting , additional positive Go800 information and some good to outstandingly good subscriber/revenue numbers will surface this summer.
Just my opinion but I believe this board received some reliable second information from Ike Sutton in the last week or so:
(1) 400 Subscribers now signed
(2) 1-2 Generic keyword subscribers being added each weekend
(3) 20% Monthly subscriber increase
I see a higher share price soon and a much higher price this summer base on conservative estimates.
The current 5th 'leg' of the ongoing triangle has moved downward with its volatility tightly confined like it should. The current overall pattern which I believe began April 23 still exhibits the classic signs of a symmetrical triangle - diminishing volume , up & down swings progressively shortened with increasingly tightened volatility. This pattern seems still on track to do what it's supposed to do.
HavnPhun, Usually a business has to do its own advertising. What you described is a business' dream come true - that Go800 LLC's
subscriber customers will do the advertising ... or at least the bulk of it. Guessing that's one reason Go800's margin might run as high as 80% !
MrDD, hope you're correct about this being a turnaround day. I hear the feint sucking sound of the plunging DJIA growing louder and louder and see it possibly headed under 10k. If the DOW goes there it'll be interesting to watch its impact ... or lack of much impact on GOIG.

Additional Information
HavnPhun, special thanks to you after the
elbow to your ribs lol. Everyone has their blind spots - I'm full of them - and I hate watching Ike not take better advantage of his
communication skills that can help the Company so much at its critical beginning.
Thanks Thurston'. HavnPhun made a good point that he wasn't confused re. the Company's issuance of seemingly different starting dates and numbers and that those who've been following the board's 65,000+ posts : ) probably aren't confused either.
However , there are those who said they sold their GOIG claiming they were spooked after reading too many seemingly double tongued press releases. I'm sure there are others that still aren't sure about Go800's initial revenue garnering dateS along with the registered/contracted/ keyword thingy that's very often non specified in the Company's PRs.
I believe Ike Sutton is busier than a one armed paperhanger and is doing a great job. But I am also sure his PRs can achieve more positive results if he'll reign in his press releasing system for an overhaul and make sure future PRs are concise, better written and without seemingly conflicting information.
Seems there might? be a Cord Blood America,
rewind2grace, Go800 connection. Anyone
remember rewind2grace ? : )
Thurston', GoIP Global's press releases are often so poorly worded and opposed to previous statements most of the Company's cost of paying MarketWire to effectively reach investors in a positive way is lost.
In today's (May 17, 2010) PR Two items were stated:
(1) registration of over 10,000 key words by 2011...
(2) we expect to start generating income in July ...
Previous PRs stated:
GOIG's April 22, 2010 PR stated "Go800's first month reoccurring billing (June 2010) is projected at......."
GOIG's April 4, 2010 PR stated "...Ambassadors will have the ability to reserve and provision up to 100 keywords each directly into Go800's platform, this process will register over 10,000 Voice Keywords this month".
Apparently Mr. Sutton thinks confusing investors and prospective investors is good business or he would employ an IR company that
can help him communicate straight facts in a manner less confusing.
Could someone please forward this to Ike.
CaptBob' nice explanations and thank you for sharing your charts.
Brad', The total number of possible generic word-subscriptions is exciting to think about. If a concerted effort to sell these generic words has been ongoing for say...8 weeks at 1.5 (ave.) a week sold that would amount to $120k in monthly revenue. (Of course the 8 G'Words number might be higher or lower).
But lets say there are only 4 generic words sold @ $ 40k monthy revenue and 400 'other mixed bag' short code words at an average of $ 300 a mo. That would amount to $160k in revenues each mo. Yep, it's exciting to think about !
SkorzBIG, thanks for your reply. Seems you're an original thinker and I hope you never loose that gift. Things look good for Go800 at this time and of course I hope your price prediction is right.
SkorzGIG, interesting price forecast. Perhaps you're clairvoyant
enough to describe competing Google Android & I Pad technology based services that will probably inter the market place and their impact on Go800.
Gee whizz folks , based on the available financial records there is no way to ascertain the facts re. Labwire's loan balance to K-9 past September of 2007. While the '07 balance sheet wasn't audited I figure it was probably correct.
The only available fact is .... we don't know if or when the loan was repaid.
Outstanding Shares.. Did we ever get a consensus ?
I've read 1,605,065,765 and 1,300,000,000.
$ 36k for Labwire's 5% finder's fee. Anyone want to calculate what
K-9's cut was ?
The thing that bothers me the most is
that Labwire's Virtual Owner , CEO & President seems to have had less regard for his shareholders than I imagined during my first years as an investor. By looking at things it seems one could get the idea Mr. Morris doesn't relish having shareholders or any oversight of what he chooses to do. Other items that could appear to support this are:
* Word is he was urged to make what became Labwire a public corporation instead of a private company - apparently didn't want shareholders but needed the money for a faster, bigger takeoff.
* After deciding to incorporate he retained the majority of (common) shares which some say caused many prospective big investors to shy away.
* By having the majority shares and being a pinkie listed company it's the nearest he could get to owning a private co.
* For the usual intents and purposes of having a BOD he has none to help 'cover' his blind spots. It appears the two other Board persons are Eric Linden who looks to be basically his co-partner of K-9 and John Maring , the person who sold him Labire's initial core business that included the Labwire platform and who still carries a long term note at a very generous interest rate.
I wish I could believe Labwire has a CEO that cares a great deal about his shareholders and who is able to accept more oversight.
creede, good point. I knew Dexter had let it be known that the K-9/Security company was being used as a Trojan Horse within the petroleum and chemical industry to get Labwire clients. Apparently that old dog was used and fell dead on the hunt some time back. Maybe ? persistence is the key but it has not worked in the 5 years it's been tried.
So , what have Labwire shareholders received by playing banker for its Virtual Owner , BOD Kingpin , CEO & President's 50% owned private co. and how much money has Mr. Morris received from his basically majority ownership ?
creede, whether the loans to K-9/security co. were ever paid back is not my point. Obviously every penny loaned including reasonable interest should have been repaid. Maybe someday we'll get to read and see how this was handled.
Labwire diverted large amounts of of its cash resources to another company. (I'll add that interest was by law supposed to be charged on the loans).
The paper trail ended with Labwire's last detailed 'Consolidated Comparative Statement of Cash Flows' showing Sept. 07 an $ 85,201.97 balance of money loaned as 'Advances to Affiliates - K-9 Bomb Search '. After this Labwire went to an abbreviated statement leaving out its quarterly information of this.
The point is - and I think it's a reasonable point - that Labwire could of/should of used the loan monies to further its own operations instead of diverting it to a different company that was 50% owned by Labwire's virtual owner , BOD boss , CEO & President. It looks bad and smells bad and suggests Morris was feathering his bed in another co. with Labwire money .... that could have been used to further Labwire shareholder's investment.
: ) Go Labwire !
Sorry for the echo. Thanks Robsct.
Great point creede, Scammer CEO's typically don't give investors enough information .. filed or otherwise .. to find fault with
and then proceed to dilute the cr*p out of the OS.
Labwire's virtual owner : ) , BOD chief , CEO & President has attempted regular detailed filings and has kept a near perfect lid on expanding the OS. Kudos to him for this.
(Shame on him for diverting large sums of Labwire resources to his 50% ownership in the d*mned security co. from which Labwire gets a measly 5% finders fee. IF this security co. is in Labwire's best interest he needs to explain to shareholders in detail why).
I'm patient and believe Morris will put this company with all its warts in the profit category.
Thanks inspro. I'm going to give Dexter Morris plenty of time to return Labwire to reporting status and profitability and will return to this forum later.
creede, looks as if the Labwire
hit squad is here again rearranging
some of the facts in an effort to
discredit the entire operation to
investors and prospective investors.
Obviously there were several areas
where the Company could have been
better managed.
The fact is that with all of Dexter
Morris' talents the Company got
in a financial bind and couldn't deliver
what had been promised to investors. The
buck stops with its virtual owner ,
BOD Chairman , CEO & President Dexter
Morris.
Morris has blind spots to go with his
many great business talents and
until he includes others steeped
in areas of his weaknesses to either
advise him or join him in the Company's
operations I'm not sure Labwire will ever
appealto investors as it could.
I still have my original investment shares
plus more and have confidence that Labwire's
profits and pps will rise from their current
status.
So 2.4 million is millions and millions of shares...
ROTFLMAO
Interesting.
The numbers I'll be interested in are 2010's and I don't expect to see them until nearly middle of next year : )
All right Captain Bob, now you've got to splain all those red, green, & purple lines. lol
jchristiang, couldn't Labwire do business in FL without registering
as a corporation in FL ? If you have the time explain further. Thanks
sherwood', low volume is the expected norm during symmetrical triangles. It appears you might want to hide & watch - learn a little something to help your entry points in lieu of what you've been attempting.
sherwood37, going down every day. I'm confused and wondering how I'm sitting on a 400% gain if its been going down every day ?
