made a mistake..my apologies..[on www.southendstockpickers]Dr.Uzo[not Joesph] Uwaga is not on the Nigerian medical board[thought sure he was,but as far as I can tell from the exectutive list he is not a member?...] but is,in fact, the President of the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Research & Development,NIPRD,who of course will be approving or has already approved[yes we have approved Nicosan but you really need to contact Xkem & talk to them rumor...] the herbal Sickle cell drug Nicosan for use in Nigeria/Africa..the statement is correct[on southendstockpickers]& will add this to that portion of statement..."the development will go a long way in saving the lives of Nigerians suffering from the disease as the cost of treating it will go down..it is a most welcome development for any body or company to go into research & come out with a remedy for Sickle cell Disease which is yet to have a cure"....Dr. Uzo Uwaga- President of NIPRD...this coming from the President of NIPRD speaks volumes about Nicosan approval folks IMO
It's called "NAFDAC APPROVAL" & in case you haven't noticed there isn't one...it's the 2nd week of June now & still no approval... 3-4 weeks to get drug launched ring a bell?first part of July maybe ?..this company has a history of telling tall tales unforunately for all us longs & they think/feel this is just another repeat of 2003,04,05?Not bashing, but you asked why & I'm giving the answer..the boy that cried wolf etc, etc, etc
when we get the NAFDAC approval, the $8.2 mil loan,& the launch date PR's, you can toss the chart in the trash..CHARTS MEAN NOTHING IN PENNYLAND...why? 95% of penny's are scams for starters[IMO] & the company your charting,Xechem, which is,I might add "the real deal" & one of the few penny stocks that isn't a scam, has zero revenue for the last few years[well,if you can count $6,000?]XKEM.OB "could" go to a dollar or more if the launch has a huge PR campaign behind it[which Steve says it will] & dignitaries from around the world will be there...US television news/coverage is questionable as big pharma is responsible for 75-80% of the advertising money generated on FOX,CNN,CBS,ABC,& NBC so don't be suprised one bit if they don't even mention Xechem... as the last thing big ol'synthetic pharma wants to see is the broadcasters they give oodles & oodles of ad money to,is to cover the launch of a "herbal"non-synthetic,non-toxic drug that is so incredibly effective with zero side effects. I expect to see A. Jolie,Bono,Nelson Mandela,Rev Jackson,Al Sharpton,Kofi Annan to name a few..they are still tellin me Bush/Condoleeza/Bush cronie is a possibility,[a democrat is more likely to be there IMO] but I won't stick my foot in mouth on that one again... sorry again for that although I might get redemption soon..we shall see, but think many of these folks WILL be there...this will be an absolute huge milestone event & I expect Dr. Pandey/Xechem will be up for many achievement awards for all this/his hard work/dedication to bring this great miracle drug Nicosan to Africa & the rest of the world.Xechem will eventually be a household word to herbalist types in a few short years.A truly landmark event coming very soon..stay tuned.. accumulate,accumulate,accumulate.. .03 a share?if ever there was a chance for a middle class guy or girl to hit it big with a penny stock this is your chance.I put it all in Xechem & feel good about it & feel I will be rewarded very very soon. Not worried one iota. You only live once & this is too,too good a opportunity to pass up AIMHO
XKEM.OB.. up 190%[past 2 weeks] will be marketing herbal Sickle Cell drug,Nicosan, after NAFDAC approval..any day now....brief mention in Barrons over the weekend on big volume last week..looks to keep going up,waiting for approval from the Nigerian drug agency NAFDAC..just secured $1.2 mil loan from reputable local bank to expand production facility in Abuja,Nigeria..negoiating $8.2 million loan with UBS right now..1.5 billion O/S[approx.] shares but they will address pps share dilution situation soon[share buyback plan IMO].. Nigeria has 4.5 million w/Sickle cell Disease..Africa has over 12 million w/SCD..government & insurance to pay most of the estimated $30 a month per patient cost for the drug[4.5 mil x $30 =$1.6 billion revenue per year just in Nigeria alone]..drug must be taken once a month ,every month..3 out of 4 patients in all clinical trials have[73%] achieved "total remission" from SCD after taking Nicosan for 6 month period..recieved orphan drug approval from FDA & EMEA[Europe] for Nicosan & got orphan approval for new SCD drug called 5-HMF last week..Southendstockpickers has $1.42 short term target pps & $7.08 long term pps target price..80,000 thousand suffer from SCD in U.S. so they decided to set up production shop in Nigeria[6 mil worth of equip to produce drug Nicosan brought in] where they have the highest Sickle cell rate per capita in the world.. 25% of Nigeria population are carriers of the Sickle Cell trait & as I said 4.5 million actually suffer from it..2-5 excruciating pain crises per year the norm per patient as well as organ failure & premature death & other awful effects from it..Xechem has other herbal drugs in pipeline too.. could be easy 10-40 bagger.. worth a look..XKEM.OB the hottest penny over the last couple weeks..this penny has the most potential I've seen in years ..been following Xkem for 4 years been out twice, but jumped back in in Feb.. IMO Xkem is the real deal after doing much, much DD.. thought they were scam many times in the past[R/S 2002] but think they are for real now..[too many businessman are invested now & do not forsee a R/S] really think this could be 10-15 dollar stock in a few years.. lots more DD @ XKEM board LOL
SOUTHENDSTOCKPICKERS ups the target on XKEM.OB again..$1.43 short term[from $1.35] & $7.08 long term[from $7.00]

"BEFORE" June of this year... 4 more days...?
article legitimizes Xechem big time, that the drug,Nicosan,is the real deal, the upcoming launch of the drug in Nigeria, the production facility in Abuja,NIPRD is real deal,Import/Export Bank of Nigeria[NEXIM]is indeed working with Xechem on a loan.It legitimizes EVERYTHING & important also that article was not a carefully crafted PR written by Ivy league educated attorneys/lawyers[forward looking, anticipate, hope, maybe, possibly, etc.] as many, many, many investors have been waiting on the sidelines[what I've heard] for some piece of news like this... as they've seen so,so many penny scams..[me included] This is also a grant & grants do not have to be repaid...interesting [but still fantastic] that they would give Xechem a grant at this juncture when they are waiting for a 8.2 mil loan?Maybe they understand/know that Xechem is in "survival mode" financially & they do want to see this wonderful hope/drug for total remission of SCD in Africa have any possible chance of failing because of money woes?..& would bet Ex-Im Bank are also major XKEM stockholders & don't want to see any further dilution/conversion as well & if they hold enough shares they could get their money back really fast with a XKEM run after an article like this...HHHMMMM
something to think about...even if Xechem fell apart today, went belly up,they still own[have the rights to,I do not see this happening...not a chance but you never know?...] a wonderful, miracle Sickle cell herbal drug,Nicosan, that has proven to be effective in achieving total remission of SCD in 73% of patients[3 out of 4] taking Nicosan for 6 months, amazing results, incredible in fact, better than almost ANY drug on the market today used to treat the worst diseases known to man.. that can ultimately help millions of SCD patients around the world & in Africa & from an investment, financial standpoint this drug is worth 2-5-10 billion [or more] IMO.If XKEM.OB has 882 million O/S shares & there are 12 million SCD patients just in Africa,& treatment will cost $50 a month[thats the latest figure I'm hearing],that's $600 million a month revenue,& $7.2 billion a year revenue just in Africa from Nicosan sales once the 8.2 million production facility build out is complete. That should realistically be Xechem's maximum revenue just in Africa.Back to Xechem not making it for some reason.Lets say then Eli Lilly or Merck buys out Xechem... believing that the rights to Nicosan/Hemoxin & 5-HMF is worth 10 billion dollars or more,[which I absolutely do].We will offer you $ 11.33 for each share of XKEM.OB or 10 billion $$$.That is,IMO,is the WORST thing that could happen..."THE WORST" & with that said I am buying as many shares as I can at a penny a share.
Xechem is in a very good position here. They have a Sickle cell treatment in Nicosan that is a herbal treatment made from 4 herbs indiginous to the jungle of Nigeria meaning the 4 herbs needed to make Nicosan can only be found in Nigeria.Their production facility is very close to being ready to produce if it is not already. They are presently awaiting word from the Nigerian drug agency NAFDAC on the approval of Nicosan AS A "DRUG".Lets back up.Nicosan is a combination of 4 non-toxic herbs. Then is it a "drug" or a "herbal combination/remedy that is going to be used to treat Sickle cell Disease?I say it is a herbal combination, therefore as a herbal treatment it would not be subject to any drug approval agency in the world except the E.U. where herbs are classed as drugs I believe. So if Nicosan is marketed as a herbal remedy to treat SCD, everyone in the world would legally be able to order it online, therefore the order form we see online at the Xechem Nigeria website? The FDA in the U.S. is the only "possible"problem that I see in marketing Nicosan, but that is not a problem either....The FDA in the US says that "only a drug can cure a disease" correct?all right then Xechem should sell Nicosan in the U.S. as a herbal remedy & not a drug. Why? Because the FDA approval process would cost 300-800 million dollars & take 6-8 years & there is still no guarantee it would be approved & we know that this is entirely impossible right now with Xechem's financial situation & there is simply no reason to put Nicosan thru that phoney baloney called the FDA anyway & waste 800 million dollars & no guarantee of approval......it simply can't be done.Forget about it.But Xechem can sell Nicosan online immediately in the U.S. as a herbal treatment/remedy to treat SCD.Remember Nicosan does not claim to cure SCD.Because it doesn't.It treats the symptoms of SCD.90% of Nicosan patients got relief from pain crises & 73% were in total remission after 6 months of treatment with Nicosan.Truly amazing results IMO The big issue,IMO, is protecting Nicosan from being copied either synthetically or herbally but we are protected either way. How?This is so important...The Bristol-Meyer,Squibb lawsuit from last year was soooo so important Why? because Xechem defended a herbal supplement,Paciltaxel, & won. That has never been done before as far as I know in any court in the world. So now back to Xechem marketing Nicosan in the U.S. as a herbal remedy/treatment to treat SCD.If any big drug company like BMS,Eli Lilly etc etc tries to copy it synthetically,Xechem's legal council simply shows the judge the ruling from the BMS-Xechem Paciltaxel case & whala!the judge rules in Xechems favor because judges 99% of the time look at how previous, similar rulings on those "rare" type of cases & rule the same.In other words, Nicosan the SCD "HERBAL TREATMENT" can be protected in the U.S. That means no FDA approval nightmare,no 300-800 million dollar outlay to get Nicosan approved by the FDA as a "drug",and Xechem can begin to sell "Hemoxin" [Nicosan] in the U.S. as soon as it is produced. If Xechem doesn't do it this way IMO, [Nicosan]Hemoxin will never be available in the U.S....at least not in my lifetime.IMO.The FDA approval process is way too long & waaaay too expensive for now. I would guess that Nicosan can be sold to just about anyone anywhere in the world except the U.S., as a "drug" after NAFDAC approves it.Selling Nicosan/Hemoxin as a "herbal treatment" rather than a "drug" will pose less problems down the road IMO although I still think for sure Xechem wants NAFDAC's blessing[more show than anything IMO]to sell Nicosan as a "drug" because Africa will by far be Xechem's biggest market. My only real worry to this point, was being able to sell Nicosan in the U.S. but I don't see that as a problem any more...just sell Hemoxin as herbal treatment in U.S..In addition to the BMS-Xechem lawsuit there is also the fact that NIPRD holds the patent to Nicosan which further protects Nicosan from being copied.OK lets say NAFDAC shoots down Nicosan[I don't even see the slight possibility of that] but if they did...same thing... sell Nicosan as a "herbal treatment" for SCD in Africa too.It still looks to me like the Nicosan packaging at the top of page & on the Xechem Nigeria website looks like Nicosan will be sold "over the counter" ?Hard to tell.So 12 million in Africa have SCD.Dr. Pandey says income potential just for Nigeria to be in excess of $500,000,000 & all of Africa 1.7 billion.1.7 billion market cap is about a $1.92 per share w/ 882 million O/S.

looking at the packaging, boxes again at the top of the page of Nicosan, they don't put prescription drugs in boxes like that, that I,ve ever seen anywhere??? That certainly looks like packaging[boxes] that you see in over the counter products to all of us.I might/could be barking up the wrong tree here but all here agree it looks like it's been packaged, boxed to sell over the counter.I just can't imagine waiting for 6-8 more years for the FDA to approve Nicosan & the possibility they might not ever approve it after that long wait too.]all opinions by my group here.
And we don't need to worry about protection of Nicosan as a herbal treatment IMO.The 4 herbs that are in the Nicosan combination can only be found in Africa & there is only a handful of people sworn to secrecy[locations of plants I think?] if you read the entire 10KSB that just came out, it was in there so the only way it can be copied [if it even can be] is synthetically & one would think NIPRD's patent for Nicosan will protect it from copy infringement anyway.A perfect example of this scenario is the Xechem-Bristol-Meyer Squibb lawsuit.now I see why that lawsuit was so important.Paciltaxol is the herbal Cancer supplement/drug & BMS copied it synthetically.Xechem & BMS went to court & Xechem won the lawsuit. This would be the exact same thing ? if someone copied Nicosan synthetically?.So it makes you wonder why they are getting NAFDAC approval at all except Nicosan being sold as a "drug" would cost more? than if it was sold as a herbal combination supplement to treat SCD.?I just think it would be soooooooo much easier to sell Nicosan as a herbal treatment for SCD in the U.S anyway, than to wait years & years for FDA approval that may NEVER come..The FDA approval process for a drug can take many, many years as you surely know[don't call me Shirley!]....1.pre clinical approval 2.Phase I approval,Phase II approval & Phase III approval. This way they can begin to sell Nicosan in the U.S. as a herbal supplement immediately. My money is on selling it in the U.S. as a herbal treatment for SCD.I doubt seriously if Nicosan can even be copied synthetically by a big Pharma company anyhow?
I see there is an order form on the Xechem website & I see the boxes of Nicosan are back up.If Nicosan is sold as a herbal supplement[not as a "drug"] Xechem DOES NOT NEED APPROVAL FROM ANY DRUG AGENCY IN THE WORLD.The FDA says that "only a drug can cure disease" well Nicosan doesn't claim to cure SCD because it doesn't!It only supresses the symptoms of SCD.Therefore if Nicosan is sold in the U.S. as a herbal treatment for SCD,it could be sold in a health food store or any store or drug store Walgreens,CVS,etc "over the counter" like any other herbal supplement NO DRUG AGENCY APPROVAL NEEDED TO SELL HERBS Not anywhere but Europe I believe, but in the U.S. as long as they don't make any claims that it cures anything it can be sold in a health food store?that would explain the order form on the website?as you can see on the boxes of Nicosan at the top of the page I don't see anything about SCD on the box.At least what we can see.I might be off base here but then again if Xechem for some reason does not get NAFDAC approval they can sell Nicosan as a herbal combination with no drug agency approval at all?.Which means Nicosan is a winner regardless of the FDA or NAFDAC IMO just guessing here but something to think about.I don't know since the formula has several patents it would have to be a drug right but maybe the combination of herbs can be patented without actually being a "drug".
I've got every penny in this thing & I'm gettin too carried away. The truth is I'm scared to death but to late for that.. wanting to see it happen to the point of getting carried away is not good or fair I'll just keep prayin it happens for us longs.I'll just read the postd from here out...sorry again
is it possible?just being optimistic? over did it though.. your right prenz wording made it look like maybe it was..sorry I'll just read posts from now on.
Hurley-can you tell me what pfrenz is refering to? If I've knocked out a site of some sort or whatever I'm unaware of it & it was accidental... whatever it is they're talking about. Thanks -Newfy
I hope for goodness sake that folks don't get the wrong message with the name ya know? Nicosan ?
kramer- Do you know what pfrenz is refering too?Taking down a site & not replacing it?I'm lost here Thanks
What site? If I did I was not aware.Sorry whatever I did... Please explain & please don't talk to me like I'm your dog or child either.
by randynewland@sbcglobal.net.there is a bunch of stuff over there at Yahoo by him including that one.He picked the last CNES run up to the tee.
Nicosan sounds like a pill, capsule or patch for cigarette smokers to kick the habit don't it?
hurley-Is it possible they took down the new website to fill in the "news coming" that was empty putting in "NICOSAN APPROVED!I saw that NAFDAC approved another drug today & they often approve drugs simultaniously don't they?
great post Kaki aggree 1000% as I have saying the same thing kinda...in a different sorta way...anyway nice post-Newfy
12 million people in Africa suffer from SCD mostly in the sub saharan region.NAFDAC is close to approving Nicosan for sale in Africa. Here are the revenue projections "just in Africa" IMO.If Nicosan treatment is $5 a month[I don't see how it could be this cheap but it well may] for 12 million sufferers "JUST IN AFRICA" revenue for Xechem would be $60,000,000.00 a month $720,000,000.00 a year...pps =.87 $10 a month[this is still low IMO] $120,000,000.00 a month $1,400,000,000.00 a year...pps =$1.74.Lets say $100 a month[just in Africa remember] $1,200,000,000.00 a month $14,000,000,000.00 a year...pps = $17.40... this is all figuring 882 mil O/S & selling Nicosan "just in Africa" the .013 pps is so undervalued it is a joke...utterly ridiculous.I'm buying as many shares as I can afford. This is almost stealing.
as soon as we get a PR we should hit .10 at least IMO
FYI-"Currently our herbal cancer drug "PAXETOL" brand of Paclitaxel for injection is being prepared for marketing via stategic manf, distr.,sales, & alliances in domestic & international markets".When Xechem gets it in gear,Nicosan/Hemoxin will go a long way in proving to the world that SCD & other disease can be controlled with non-toxic herbal remedies with no side effects unlike man made synthetic drugs with horrible side effects."You can't fool mother nature"
I got it ...very nice..the new website yes we are about to turn the corner... a babies breath away..hope & help for millions who suffer can't wait expect a big PR very soon to announce the 8.5 mil loan- NAFDAC approval-the website & much more- this is really gonna be exciting...
Do you suppose they are purposely keeping the pps down & not releasing any PR's so Nigerians can afford to invest in Xechem? thats my reasoning anyway...I can't think of anything else as to why they want the pps to stay at this level
And it looks like they will be selling their Ginseng & Ginko, etc. herbal line of products online as well online?herbal products are so hot right now too...
They're telling me there is 250 mg. & 350 mg. capsules of Nicosan & a mail order form? This is fantastic folks!
I'm still getting "under construction" for www.xechemnigeria.org Is this correct address?
Bristol-Meyer,Squibb at it again JeJeJeJeJe.sabotaging raging Bull board
Yes can't post at all on RB
Even when the Nigerian banks comes through with $$$, it still couldn't hurt to have the Gates Foundation involved
xkemlongyahoogroupers:
Please feel free to forward either of my e-mails to the gatesfoundation @ the xkemlong site.Their fund is set up to help children with treatable diseases in Africa.Nicosan/Hemoxin is a perfect fit for their fund IMO.We must take control of this situation if we can.Xechem/Burg/Nigeria is moving much to slow on this thing IMO.I don't know if it's money problems or what but nothing seems to be happening...If you feel the same as I please e-mail the Gatesfoundation or forward my e-mail @ xkemlongs yahoogroups.I think the Gatesfoundation is our best bet followed by Oprah.good luck to us all & God lets hope SOMETHING happens! We got to make this happen & together we can Thanks much info@gatesfoundation.org -Newfy
sounds like Nigerian gov behind local drug industry & Xechem 1000%.Good article. Was First Bank named as the loaner in the 10K?
Realistically 2- 5 bil would be great to start with
Bristol,Meyer,Squibb deal... as long as they don't bury Nicosan.....$18.75 a share minimum
$18.75 a share minimum.12 million SCD worldwide.$2000 a month Nicosan treatment.12x$2000=$24,000,000,000 a month revenue $288,000,000,000 a year revenue 800 mil O/S= $18.75 per share
