I forgot, is this their 4th location or the new 5th? This is getting bigger.
Look at them! WORKING!!
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Agreed
Slojab.. https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/difference-between-president-and-ceo/
You said, Thang was President, as well as CEO, until the last filing. Usually the head person in charge holds the CEO title and not both CEO and President. Please see link for explanation.

Inthesky, you missed the point,
After a REVERSE SPLIT, the price is higher, so you can uplist, so no more stinky pinky.
Not necessarily. I understand you think if the price is higher in a R/S there's more downsize, but have you ever seen this: 0.000005 per share. Plenty downsize with quintuple zeroes. But either scenario, we are heading up, not down. Just need all filings to put this all on paper and to remove the stop sign and have the attention of new investors looking out way. Patience = $$$$$
What's different now is that you keep repeating the same question, lol. He gave you a proper answer. With Canoepool, it was an agreement with an expiration date. They bailed. This one, they already bought controlling interest. They aren't planning on buying controlling interest in a letter of intent, they have already acquired controlling interest. As he said, DONE DEAL. YAY!!
Jet101, See post 93588. Yes, second in command.
No problem
Highlandernew, If they do a reverse split our ticker will be uplisted and many institutional investors and individual investors will flock to our little shell and BANG!! Instant riches! Can't wait for the reverse split! Awesome.
Nope, it changed. Frank is President, 2nd in command. Go to sanp OTC markets. It's all there.
Now now, stop bickering... "In general, the chief executive officer (CEO) is considered the highest ranking officer in a company and the president is second in charge. However, in corporate governance and structure, many permutations can take place, so the roles of both CEO and president may be different, depending on the company.Jan 8, 2018"
Ok then, months it is. At least you point out that it will take some time.
$$sanpAsama$$
Jeez! Let time go by. Not just minutes, hours and days, in a few weeks we'll be saying, "WE LOVE YOU FRANKIE," "HIP HIP HOOORAY!"
Here we go again, nothing wrong with an R/S to get the share price up for uplisting, just a cosmetic change to the share structure. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.....
This is new. I use TD Ameritrade and I used to only see chart for the day only. Something changed. Now I can see the chart for all time ranges. Even 5 yrs.
Finally!
Waiting on financial's highlander, HELLO.... Anybody there?
These wallets cost money to make. They are relatively expensive'ish. I'm sure they are selling them. Their's look pretty cool. Wireless is the most up to date tech for these wallets. Usually you would have to plug it into a USB port.
It is complicated. But once you get it started it gets easier. Riding a bike is complicated the first time too, lol.
This link for a hard wallet ad should give you a better idea. If it's not enough, google more info.

Awesome, thanks again
Ease off. Dates are always appropriate. They will be here shortly, today, tomorrow, next week, whatever, they will be here. I'm fine with that and so is everyone else. We are all here for a reason........and so are you.
Thanks for the screenshot. Most people who post Twitter stuff forget that almost half of us have no access. Thanks again.
Happy memorial day weekend all you future rich peeps!
The music on the videos could use some attention. Perhaps a simple piano background would be nice. They use the same music all the time. So dramatic. And redundant.
Good to know. Thanks
It worked for Cecil Turtle when he raced against Bugs Bunny didn't it?
I'm still blocked though. It's great they show consistancy when updating. They remember to block. Awesome dedication!
Me too. I'm done. Lol
That's why i say no R/S for at least 1 - 2 yrs. Go slow to lead. It will happen. Remember this post
That's not bashing. That just realistic.
Thank you! :)
My thoughts too. If it happens it wouldn't happen for a while. IMHO maybe over a year from now. Maybe even 2 years. But I believe it will. Eventually.
Thank you. I'd just like to touch on a couple of things you talked about.
"A reverse split shows extremely poor leadership." OK, I agree. Look at the history of our diluted stock. From where it was around 2 billion to where it is now with over 8.2 billion. This was done by SANP, not Asama. Yes, again I agree with you, extremely poor leadership. Again, SANP, not Asama.
Also you said, "I stay away from companies that have ever had even 1 R/S...Unless something major changes i.e. they completely re-structure the management." This merger is considerably the biggest change in management I could ever imagine to occur. If this isnt a change in management, I don't know what is,
"There will be NO R/S here, and talk of it from any educated person is just silly."
"Frank" said their will be no reverse split, not Assma. So it would be silly "not" to expect the "possibility " of a R/S. But what are the new management's agenda. Do they see a problem with the share structure that would be a hurdle when deciding to uplist so their new shiny shell will attract serious investors and Institutional investors as well. A simple R/S would work fine in this case, for the company Asama. Why not. The stockholders dont loose value.
You also said;
"You drastically reduce current share holders trust and faith in your company i.e. "If you've done it once, you WILL have no choice but to do it again, and so the cycle will continue to repeat itself until the company will be forced into bankruptcy."
You are describing a company, or companies such as you pointed out, that went through this cycle. I agree. Pennyland sucks. Can't trust them. Yes, they do a reverse to improve their share structure so they can uplist, but their company sucks, so the price continues to fall because they all sucked.
One question to ask yourself. Does this company, Asama Mining, suck?
All situations are different, i feel that this company would need to do a R/S because the share structure was compromised by the previous management of SANP. It's a simple fix for Asama mining.
I dont "want" a reverse split because if this stock goes to 2 dollars on it's own merits to uplist to a better exchange, I'd have 90 million dollars. Yippee! But we all know that wont happen. So if they dont R/S then they will just be another OTCBB stock in pennyland with very little interest in the major investment land.

Sure. Let's hear it
No problem. Regardless, we're golden!
I see you think that since you have 1 million shares, 5 ticks up on 1 million is better than 5 ticks up on 5000. What people aren't getting is that the multiple of the upticks increase accordingly too. For example. If we had a huge reverse split, the stock wouldn't move in thousandths of a penny anymore. We would be closer to a dollar a share. Or let's just say $0.50. The outstanding shares and available shares and float, etc would be drastically reduced by dividing by the same multiple. The price would be higher, the cash you invest would be the same, the amount of shares you own would be less, but equally higher share price would make it exactly the same. The price would fluctuate in cents or nickles or dimes rather than thousands of a penny. EVERYTHING CHANGES. If it effected value why would the SEC allow it. Who would invest in the stock market. It would be fraudulent. Just think of it as a cosmetic change to the share structure. It's all cosmetic. And dont say that just because you put lipstick on a pig it's still just a pig.
I didnt check your math, but looking at your answer, your formula is all wrong. You have to apply the multiple to ALL numbers, not just the shares.
Patience is tough, but yeah, me too
