Well maybe the company sees it or maybe they dont. I doubt they will and more than likely if they did they wouldnt care. That is until someone was stupid enough to actually follow through with their threats. Thats not something I would want to be a part of and i seriously doubt that it would be smart to test. Not for me to worry about
You honestly believed I was going to do that DD for you? Come on fellar? Youre smarter than that. If you want to believe that the company is a fraud and the CEO a liar then thats your choice. I do not agree. One of us will be proven right in 90 days. We will see.
Again, I am not disagreeing other than to say up is up. The direction is headed in the right way. I personally dont feel the price matters right now but thats only if there is a merger on the horizon which I believe to be the case. I could be wrong but we will find out in 90 days wont we?
I agree we need more news but I dont think thats in the plan with this CEO. He has stated he wont put news out just so we can trade on it. News has to be important then he will put it out. That said, he did say more news was coming over the next 90 days so we should start seeing news. Lets hope its good.
I agree that the stock price going up matters little but not for the reasons you described. The stock price up is irrelevant because it affect the merger pps little.
My pint was that many are complaining but they are doing so when the price is up! Thats odd to me when they keep stating that they want it up. What would be enough, 30% 50% 100%? What real company sees those gains overnight? few if any. That was the point I was trying to make
FYI: We closed 10% up today. Is that not the right direction yall wanted? Cant help but think many are missing the big picture here
You might want to think about what you are actually suggesting on an open and very public board before you threaten a man and mention his children especially one that has the resources he has. I cant imagine that spreading lies about a man and his family is going to bring you the response you are hoping for. If you make this personal what makes you think that this "proud" man, father and husband that has worked for intelligence services and special forces his whole life wont return in kind and make it personal? Just doesnt seem smart to me and definitely seems illegal. Who are the moderators on this board again? We are going off and going to crazy land again here.
Dont you worry Mr. Inspector. My days of relaying information to share with this board are over. If you or anyone else would like to know whats going on then the company number is public although we both know you wont call. You are more interested in spreading ludicrous conspiracy theories like the debt that is more than three years old was planned three years into the future just to dilute us three years later. Of course you will accuse the company of planning that far ahead while in the same breath complain that they have no plan and dont know what they are doing. That makes complete sense doesnt it?
I appreciate the point you are trying to make but I think you and many will agree that none of that matters as it pertains to where we were versus where we are. It simply does not change the fact that the company is in a much better position than it was 5 years ago. Improvement is improvement no matter how you slice it. This CEO did in fact stick it out and save the company. I disagree with many things hes done but my opinion of those decisions does not change the fact that this CEO didnt quit and turned the company around. If it wasnt for him many of us would be sitting with nothing more than a cow patty in our hand and i can promise you this, you cant deposit that crap anywhere!
The man is delivering. Slowly but he is delivering. Lets see how far he takes it before we call for his removal or accuse him of everything under the son. Running a company is complicated and aint easy but running a public company is for those who love punishment in my opinion. You have to be crazy to want to run a company under this countries regulations and public scrutiny. The man has stuck it out and maybe we should to. JMO
I dont agree. It really depends on the merger terms and who we merge with but I doubt very seriously we will lose. We may not make millions, lol but we will make money IMO and something is better than nothing sitting where I am sitting in all this
Well said. I agree completely. I think giving the man another 90 days t see if its worth hanging in until the end of the year is fair. The man has done alot with very little against odds that I am very shocked to see him come through unscathed. Most companies would have folded by now but the man doesnt quite. For this reason I give him the benefit of the doubt. Hes earned at least that much with me
I agree. The products bringing in the companys first revenue are what matter and the future military products have the ability to really bring this company home. The present operations are a good start. Everything else is as you say it, speculation.
You are correct. What the company has done is far more important than an old mans memory.
5 years ago the company didnt trade although it was at a higher pps, had only a handful of shareholders, had no money, no revenue, no ability to deliver a product, no products, no market liquidity, crooks in the hen house, hemorrhaging cash, no interest in the stock and almost went bankrupt.
5 years later the company trades 10's of millions shares a day, $500,000.00 a month, actual market liquidity, actual market interest, revenues for the first time in 5 years, is actually delivering a product to consumers for the first time, is in the process of delivering a full line of products, has cleaned house, hired professional marketing firms to market company products, hired auditing firm to uplist, settled all their debt off the books, has 1,000's of shareholders and has been very consistent about their intentions to uplist the company.
You are correct, this CEO has done nothing. Lets take him out back and beat the sh@#% out of him! You cant be serious with this dirty CEO and fraud narrative? Progress has been made and the man turned the company around from the brink of failure. You may not like the pace at which he did it or how he did it but this company would be done had he not did what he did. That is an ACTUAL fact and not a theory based on a very limited understanding of this investment.
I will say that they have over promised and under delivered as well as having fallen behind on projections but I dont think they intentionally lied to hurt shareholders. I just think the CEO is too ambitious in his goals
Yes it is and if the company did that they would have issues but I dont recall them doing that
That is very true as well and wouldnt be all that bad for us but I just dont see this CEO giving up control of the technology. When you speak with him about the military stuff he is very adamant about not selling it to anyone other than U.S. government. I know they had an offer to buy the company several years back from two countries and he turned both of them down. He is very concerned about some of the technology getting into the wrong hands. Plus he is the one with all the relationships in government so I dont see the company surviving without him unless it was like a Lockheed or Boeing. I just dont see those companies needing UATG though. I could be wrong because he use to work with both of those companies through the government and still has very high level relationships with several large defense contractors so who knows. I d know he speaks with folks at Lockheed and Northrup Grumman regularly so maybe a JV of sorts?
Thats only true for some of their technology. They have developed their own technology and that has cost millions over the years
That is completely true. My partners and I have manufactured equipment for oil and cattle industry for years and the tooling costs would make your heart skip a beat!
I have been saying the same thing but for a different reason. The price being low helps the company with the merger conversion of shares. This is what they re focused on: Building business and merging into a higher pps company to uplist. Its not like they havnt told us what their intentions are for almost 2 years now. Everything they have done points to a merger. We will see
They cant do that. Its a securities violation and wouldnt be allowed. Securities are regulated thats why there is an SEC
Where do you think this is coming from? Cant be directly from the company but someone else?
Another T-trade today! I will never get use to seeing this
makes sense.
A/s was 400M then 600m the 1B correct? I will look it up in their filings. Give me a few. I will need to go through their filings from last year
Court filings and the TA already confirm this. If you call the company They will tell you the same thing
No, you are correct, its definitely an issue for sure but its not the only issue. Conversions were done weeks ago so the recent downturn is more to do with Alpine. I was told that Alpine sent out a letter encouraging reverse splits across the board! While I think UATG should have done a r/s a year ago I do NOT think every subpenny company on OTC should be doing a r/s. Its irresponsible for a clearing house to promote that on such a large scale. Many people are being effected by this
I agree. Supposedly they are coming. We will see
I was told you cant pay to Amazon Choice. As for product reviews its widely known that people will write complaints more than positive reviews and 13 reviews dont equal 13 sales. Also, the reviews on Amazon are from people who bought the socks. You are also forgetting the reviews on the company store. They sell from two places so its more than 13 reviews
I am surprised we dont see more reviews saying how much they love the product though.
You did say that. Thats true. You also called the trips. I doubted you but apparently you were right
I dont disagree with you on him being more consistent but he does take calls and return e-mails as many people have experienced. I would also say that the stock trades more now than it ever has of course the price is low but for me its a wash because even when the stock was at a $1 you couldnt sell anyway because there was NO liquidity.
Regardless, the situation is not good but I honestly believe that the price will not effect a merger and I also believe that they took this into consideration. We will see in 90 days
If you leave a message the Marketing person will call you back. I am not sure the person I spoke with was marketing though. He was a man and God help me I forgot the fellas name but you can call and see if they tell you the same thing they told me
price low because of Alpine event and those capitalizing on it. Shorters paradise
based on?
A company is not just a stock price. lol. company has and is delivering products with revenue. I dont think the price reflects whats going on with the company. its a reflection of many things including the market as a whole and the recent regulatory issue with the broker dealers. Its unfortunate and effects us all
pretty sad we went trips. Doesnt prove anyone conned anyone though.
you cant. They obviously have a warehouse and use the virtual office for order processing and customer service
Of course you cant buy medical equipment without a medical license. Call any medical device manufacturer and tell them you want to buy implants, fixators, casts etc. See if they sell you anything? lol
We havnt seen tht reported yet. Maybe in this Q or next. depends on when they start selling the Nextcast system. I called last week and spoke with a gentleman that said they made an improvement to the design and were testing it before going into production. I also confirmed that they still have a contract with UAT. He said that UAT manufactures the silicon "sleeve" for them and that UAT already delivered the first few "units" for testing for their antimicrobial effect. I asked if they passed and he said they have not come back from the lab but the units were delivered from UAT with certifications from UATs lab that certified 100% "efficacy". Nextcast send units out to verify results because of product liability insurance requirements.
I would recommend that folks call and verify for themselves since the company being real is in question. I have found no evidence that supports those accusations. I will be in Austin this week so perhaps I will try to swing buy the office and see whats what.
I agree. News comes out when its important and no news is 100% solid. Its always based on a companys optimistic view of something and that is no guarantee that everything will come true
CEO has said repeatedly he will not put out news just for people to trde on. News will come out when its "pertinent" I believe thats the word he used.
