Clawmann, I just spoke to Relaywing (Neil) who is set to go to NY tomorrown to attend the hearing. I told him that the TX lawsuit was being combined with the NY suit and he wondered how he could check to make sure that the hearing is ON and not cancelled.
Howard
except, Clawmann, wasn't it felt that SB had an advantage handling their case in TX. Why would they give that up so easily unless they were talking settlement?
Regards,
Howard
Yes she is!! The best.
My son-in-law has a private pilots license. When he goes on a long flight, he carries a gadget that lets him wiz hygenically while aloft. We should all get together and buy one for you, with a proper brass plate afixed saying "For gallantry beyond the normal call---for NEVER LEAVING HER POST!"
h
Mike, do they sound desperate for funds---just the opposite. (Also, do you know how many months it takes to register a public offering? MANY.)
Relax, NEOM isn't going anywhere but UP.
Howard
hc, don't be a stranger. It's nice to hear from someone who, like many of us, is so excited by future prospects.
Regards,
Howard
"this is purely and wholeheartedly aimed at the corrupt MMs involved and the weak mineded investors who help them execute such decivious practices!"
You mean like the ones that flip for a fraction of a cent!?
Howard
You are wrong. The new management is working through the mistakes of the old management and they are doing a great job.
This dilution is only a pittance of what it could have been and NOW it's over. I told you the other day that the near term financials would contain items being "cleaned up."
Plus "rooting" for anything as a small shareholder (if you have purchased yet) is just CUTE...nothing more...just CUTE.
Howard
It just went up 2800%--what was that? chopped liver?
Dr. Mike, back on the meds..!
Howard
I'll bet that really scared the market makers. Aren't you still short at .087?
Howard
It looks like there won't be as many shares outstanding as we figured before.
I'm amazed how many really bright people we have on this board. What was just made official is what they thought was going to happen, with scant evidence except, their brainpower.
I'm saying Congratulations to Beam, Claw, JP, YJ, and a few others for figuring this whole thing out.
NOW...what's going to happen next?
h
Agreed. I played with the words.
h
PS: I knew I couln't get it by you.
h
He gets it. He just doesn't want it!
(Thanks, Mike Douglas)
He's a very bright guy, just spinning what sounds best for
THE PUBLIC
THE VCs
THE PARTNERS UNDER CONTRACT
Do you really believe President Clinton didn't get it when he said, "We never had sex."
h
I hope you're really not that naive, Robotified.
He put the best spin on licensing that he could, under the circumstances. What a great job Scanbuy could do with Neom's technology. They have money and strong leadership---it would be a terrific marriage.
Howard
IMO the financial report and the conference call will only give us hints of what is really happening. Both will probably be disappointments and may cause some selling. They may cause that same trough that occurred right before the pps went on that magical ride to .75
That drop may be the last chance to buy in the single digits.
To say that "much is riding on the CC" is to talk about the OLD neom---the neom that needed PR's and gobblygook to stay alive. Can't you see and feel the difference?
NEOM is a REAL company, building infrastructure to carry itself into a dreamworld of income! They're not wasting time on garbage PR's or taking chances putting out information that could bite them in the arse later.
"NEAR TERM" is really not an important term for us anymore. It's time to think "longterm" and just have patience.
Regards to all,
Howard
PS: One of my fathers cousins--Isadore--- worked after school as a janitor for a company called Haloid Corp. He began buying their stock for less then $1.00---a share here and a share there. It split a few times and he kept buying it. It was only semi-public and you bought directly from the company or privately from another stockholder.. (Remember, this was about 80 years ago and the regulations were different.) He ended up with 1000s and 1000s of shares BEFORE it went public. We all know what happened to Haloid Corp. AFTER it changed it's name to Xerox and became public. When I was a kid I used to see him one time a year, at the family Seder, and the adults used to whisper about how much he was worth. I know that he had a huge estate in Delaware. He used to tell my father to find something that would change the world...and have patience. True story.
Beam11 and Yellowjacket, it is obvious that you both had wonderful holidays. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this mornings conversations. You are both in top form.
Thank you,
Howard
Hey, Streets, you didn't tell the board you're getting married. Congratulations! She's a lucky girl!
Regards,
Howard
PS: From now on, make sure you keep your "family" (here at the Hub) in the loop.
Dear Beta,
Right, the market values NEOM "TODAY" about 2500 percent more then it did before the patents were confirmed. That would lead a reasonable person to believe that when the infrastruture is further confirmed, the PPS will go higher.
There used to be a poster who screamed at everyone who purchased on the way down. Singlehandedly he convinced many stockholders to leave early instead of buying on the way down. (He left our board for greener pastures, when he was proven to be 2500% wrong.) If you wait until you see CONTRACTS, IMBEDIMENT, PARTNERSHIPS, ETC. will you make money? I think so, but you'll pay way more then .028 per share.
If you wait until you see INCOME---you'll pay more.
If you wait until you see EARNINHS---you'll pay even more.
That's no different for NEOM then it is for GM, F, or C
You use what evidence you have (dots) and hope that you are right...by the time it happens the stock has many times made the majority of its move.
You sound like a brand new investor looking for guarantees---there is no such thing as guaranteed for emerging technologies & penny stocks.
Good luck and please, keep asking your questions. Some may see them as naive and irritating, others will be challenged to provide answers which will benefit everyone.
Regards,
Howard
Chapter One.
Howard
at what price?
h
I don't understand how you could buy 500,000 shares and say that you are "naive to this sector"? Did you buy based on the charts? momentum? a tip?
Howard
Thank you. Sounds nice and solid.
Howard
What's neom doing this morning. I'm away from real time quotes
TIA
Howard
Good job, James. They only issue one a month, now they've used up April's with really stock-moving news.
Howard
Thanks, Beam. I've been telling them but they won't listen to me, but they'll listen to you...I hope.
Howard
Thanks, NEOM, for your help. It is much appreciated.
Howard
I can't believe that we're still beating this thing to death. You wouldn't even know about it if JP and Relaying hadn't gone to the hearing.
Let it go. Clawmann got it right!
Howard
Like a bunch of old chickens pecking at the same kernel...
le-bon,
You're right, that things have gotten a little crazy here but I take that as a good sign. We haven't been visited by so many newbies, bashers, pumpers, and just plain weird posters since that wild ride to .75
If you go back and review that time you'll see that right before the big push started the pps dropped like it was going to zero-- on no news. The posts were crazy, holders became sellers, and the next day the stock started on its' way UP!
Very much like we're seeing here.
Please don't let the nuttiness stop you from posting. I never miss your posts and find them of great value. I know that I'm not the only one that feels this way.
Regards,
Howard
Thanks, Success. Although I don't think we'll hear anything earth shattering I want to get the flavor of what NEOM was doing, who they were doing it with, and how they were treated by others.
Regards,
Howard
Thanks Clawmann for clearly and definitively putting the "no show" subject to bed.
Howard
PS: I think the CC was rescheduled because of the delayed financial report and I believe the financial report was delayed because there are things to be reported that are not all tied up yet.
h
Did I miss an indepth view of CTIA?
Howard
Crusher, welcome back! I agree with your post 100%!
Most of the people here do not realize that this is REALLY the new NEOM. It will take a while for them to learn.
Regards,
Howard
Here's what I was told by phone and later posted:

The guy who orchestrates the courtroom procedings walked back and motioned for the Scanbuy attorney to go outside with him. When they came back, he went over to the other attorney and said "lets go, we're out of here". We got up and walked out with them.
If my memory serves me correctly, I believe it was the Scanbuy attorney who told us that the other counsel (Neom's) did not know about today's court date.
Hope this helps.
It was my understanding that the Judge was not present. That his Clerk gave the news to the Scanbuy lawyers.
Howard
Nicehit, IMO, the way that it's going to work is that Neustar has signed a licensing agreement with NEOM to use our technology and to pay NEOM for every click. Vendors, phone companies, etc. will sign a contract with Neustar for the whole kaboodle--including NEOMS IP.
This way, the vendors won't be nervous about NEON's financial situation or penny stock status because they'll be dealing with a NYSE well-financed company with a strong past history.
This works great for both NEOM and NEUSTAR I feel this was really a marriage made in heaven.
We haven't seen the details of NEOM's contract with Neustar.
The only real hint we have is the PR that came from Neustar.
Howard
All just my opinion--
MY OPINION CONCERNING SCANBUY:
I'm amazed at what they've been able to accomplish. They seem to have been well-funded and exceedingly well managed. I want them to survive and join the group. With their many deals already in efect it would help this whole space advance much more quickly.
There is no way that the VC's would have given them so much money without a PLAN B being on the table in the event that NEOM's patents came through the re-exam successfully.
Now we're going to find out what Plan B is. I can't see any alternative except for them to contract with NEUSTAR---which is a lot more palatable then licensing from NEOM.
Just my opinion.
Regards,
Howard
I just spoke to JP and Neil outside the Federal Courthouse in NY. There was no hearing. The lawyers for NEOM did not make an appearance. We'll all be hearing from JP and Neil (Relaying) during the next few hours. JP had much more to say but I'll wait for him to post his comments on the board.
Howard
Thanks for the address. Relaying (Neil G.) needed it for his trip. He will report back to us as soon as he hears anything.
I ran out of posts before I could thank you last night.
Regards,
Howard
Does anyone know the address of the Scanbuy hearing tomorrow morning?
Howard
JP, Wake up. I know that you have to get up tomorrow extra early to take the ferry to NY, but we want to hear from you on this exciting new developement.
Howard
Thank you. I got it.
Professor, you're saying I'm the one dumb kid in your class that you can count on to ask the right question.
Howard
I am.
