LMAO. That article was from January. Try to keep up....
Construction hasn't started on MMCC.... Coastal Compassion still doesn't have a license as of 7-28-17.... Maybe their Twitter account was hacked? I don't do Twitter
That's a load of crap. MMCC is NOT opening this fall.....
I'm not so sure. Seems like this one has some legs. I'm not falling for it. This stock is easily manipulated by insiders
What's fueling this rally? There's still no news. Just a technical bounce or short squeeze? It certainly isn't revenue/earnings.
This POS is going to zero if they don't get a stream of revenue soon. Unfortunately, there's no sign of revenue for this company since it has BUILT NOTHING, EVER!
I agree. Ready to build??...
My feeling is the CEO is lining his pockets with his 144K yearly salary and knows this project is a pipe dream. (pun intended)
Look out below!! Who wants to try to catch this falling knife?
Yep. Another company just got approval to open a grow and processing facility in the New Bedford Industrial park. These guys are too late
Shareholders need reassurance that this MMCC project is actually going to be built and add significant value to this company. This stock is way too rich for a company generating minimal, if any revenue. What about Solanna sales? Any news on that? For this company, no news is not good news IMO
Really? Did Massachusetts write Acan a big check to get the project built?
Just wait until the next 10Q comes out. I'll bet they're a little short on revenue this quarter. I don't think the little Fairhaven project is going to bail this company out
Still nothing going on at the site. Not a single dirt pile has been moved... Just a lonely old trailer and a camera....
So Massachusetts is to blame for this companies inability to execute its business plan? No big money is willing to write them a big fat check and Massachusetts should be blamed? I just can't blame the state. This company has stated they aren't reliant on recreational use so what's the hold up? The state? I'm not buying it. If that's the case, management should come out and say so. For a company that claims to be transparent, they aren't doing very well at it....
Back to the original concern of many. Where does ACAN get the revenue to support the MMCC project besides trying to milk private investors? The latest 10Q filing shows ACAN losing money at a furious pace with no sign of new revenue. MMCC appears to be their golden goose that may never lay an egg. Principal, interest and $5,000/month in fees from 10,000SF in Fairhaven isn't going to get MMCC built. CCI isn't required to pay for 6 months after they start selling. Probably won't get a dime from the Illinois project and already collected on the Colorado project. So again I ask, where's to money coming from?
I love this statement on their website.
AmeriCann, Inc. is a national leader of sustainable cultivation and processing infrastructure for the medical marijuana industry.
What cultivation and processing infrastructure have they developed? Is it generating real revenue? Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul is not a sustainable business model. They need to actually "open" a cultivation and processing facility. Revenues comes from finished product. Maybe they should look into warehouses like the companies that are actually producing finished product....
Way too much debt and virtually no income to speak of. How does MMCC ever get built? Inquiring minds want to know...
If they ever get it built, they will then need some get tenants to grow marijuana. According to their reports, there is only one tenant committed. ACAN doesn't grow MJ. They build and lease buildings according to them. I'm not as optimistic as I once was
Sounds like the law is being revised to 28% tax instead of 12%. From what I'm reading, people will opt to buy from underground dealers who will be growing "12" plants in their homes. ACAN is already late to the medical party....
I live close too. Do you know if they have a building permit yet? Last I heard, not yet.
WallStreetAlerts.com are scam artists. Every recommendation I've read from them, promptly drops 50%...... DRNG, DSGT, EPTI... Just in the last 2 weeks.
I'll bet I live closer. I checked the site Monday morning. Just a fence, some heavy equipment, a lift and a rusty job trailer. No people.
I believe there's litigation with the Illinois project according to 10k reports and I don't believe they've built anything in Colorado yet.
...
Smart or not, unless something gets built soon, this stock will never see $7.00. I don't see this company being worth $133 million when they have yet to produce a place to grow cannabis. I'm just hoping to not get caught holding shares should they become worthless....
There seems to be some securities fraud going on with this stock. Pump and dump scheme.....
Check out the latest 8K filing just released today. They may be getting something going soon. Then again, maybe more smoke and mirrors....
Pretty optimistic. That $475,000 they made from Colorado won't even get the parking lot installed in Massachusetts....
More unimpressive news...
I think your decimal point is in the wrong spot. .75 before $7.50.
