MC,
Oh, I think we can handle it..lol.
td
Nope.
You're not getting my shares..lol.
td
Thanks Cowboy, great DD!
td
According to Ameritrade,
Barring any hold ups with the transfer agent, it should take 2-3 days.
td
Just got my cert in todays mail.
Now I can relax.
td
Nice find. Murphy Sand & Gravel is on pg 12.
Thanks,
td
TFN
It's a better investment.
td
Just some information about pulling certs.
I saw in my account that the shares I requested sent to me had disappeared from my account this morning only to show back up again later.
In checking my account history there were two entries. One said "Internal transfer between location codes (PBLS)"
The other entry said "Movement involving hard seg (location code 80) PBLS."
I called Ameritrade and after a search was done client sevices told me that in a margin account the stock must first be converted to a cash account. At that point the Transfer Agent will issue the certificate. The total process takes 2-4 weeks. I contacted them on the 22 of Dec.
If memory serves, I believe in that call I was told 6-8 weeks.
td
Good Moring All,
Looks like it is going to be a good day.
Nice movement.
td
Kimac 1,
Welcome to the Ihub board. Yes, there are many good posters here who have done a serious amount of DD and have been gracious enough to share it. I have been in PBLS since Sept. and have friends and family who hold shares as well.
Of course, there will be the doubting thomas group who will not believe anything that is posted printed or photographed.
To them I say, too bad for you. Your loss.
I do not understand why The Free Nebula and Dontbelievethehype post here other than to get under the long term investors' skin. They have an agenda. I have also wondered at times who they may work for.
I believe in the company and it's concern for the shareholders.
At this time, they are very busy making money with the various operating businesses, researching future potential acquisitions, focusing on the ProGas addition, drilling oil wells (having two sucessful ones right off the bat was excellent with up to another 10 wells to be drilled on the Ky sight).
We will have news of the Wyoming and Nevada leases in time also, and getting all the necessary documents ready for audited financials from past years up to the present to be fully
reporting. This is no small feat and being in the process of repurchasing 100 million shares of their own stock is a wonderful vote of confidence.
When all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed the audited numbers will be released and I am confident they will knock our socks off.
PRs' will become more polished over time. This is a learning experience for them as well...I am patient.
I really enjoy reading posts of those who have visited PBLS and their reception by management. Thank you all.
I am adding to my position whenever I can.
td
Good dot connection.
Some need this.
Thanks, good post.
td
Not a whole lotta love happening on this board today...lol.
td
I think Progas knows they got a great deal.
The transaction, which was concluded on Wednesday, is expected to add significant production and distribution capacity to Phoenix's energy businesses on an ongoing basis. ProGas, which also has offices in Houston, Texas, has reported audited revenues in excess of $190,000,000 for the past fiscal year (y.e. 8/31/05).
Paul Alonzo, CEO of Phoenix stated, "We are very happy to have finalized this transaction. Along with the intrinsic value of ProGas' business operations,
(I especially like this part)...the Company is also fortunate to be gaining a talented, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated team in Oil & Gas operations that will undoubtedly enhance the Company's future position in those markets."

Fundamentals exactly. Time is growing short for the
shorters...lol.
td
A correction is to be expected after the continuous rise.
The difference between the Sept spike and this one is that Feb is very close at hand and we know the PBLS is making cash and the financials are being worked on since last April.
I am patient.
td
Looks like you did too.
Good luck to you.
td
Anyone who flips this stock is crazy IMO.
There is way too much going on with this company and it's
various businesses. They will ultimately get left behind.
td
Thank you in advance monkeyfrog.
As an investor of this company, I see a very positive future for PBLS however, I want to base that on facts.
td
Yes it is but what a bargain..lol.
td
Hard to believe isn't it.
td
I would think that PBLS would steer clear of releasing that kind of PR until the 100 million share buyback is completed.
You know, buy low, sell high...
td
Good Morning Investors
With all the news coming out of La and funds flooding in
from the govt and developers I can only be amazed at the trading
range we've been in. However, as little by little Paul A and team
become a polished efficient cash generating machine, interest will pick up for our diamond in the rough.
This is going to be a great year IMO.
Slow and steady wins the race.
td
This is excellent news.
We are very close to reporting I can feel it!
But who's Mike Muashine?..LOL
td
I believe they already are and PBLS is supplying both sand, gravel and soil.
"While these videos rolled around the world showing the worst disaster in American history, an incredible effort to stop the rising flood waters was being orchestrated during which you may remember seeing three-ton bags of sand being dropped into the breached drainage canals at the 17th street canal (this canal separates Orleans Parish and Jefferson Parish) and also at the industrial canal (this canal connects the Mississippi River to Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans). Guess who supplied much of the sand to the contractors that did the work? You did through your investment in Phoenix and its Mining Division -- Murphy Sand & Gravel. All of this leads me to the intent of this statement -- THANK YOU PHOENIX INVESTORS FOR DOING YOUR PART TO ASSIST IN THIS DISASTER -- JOB WELL DONE. As you watch the past and upcoming videos you will see truckers that have worked for Bayou State Trucking and materials obtained from Murphy Sand & Gravel and contractors that Phoenix worked with, that are carrying out the day-to-day repairs and cleanup. As Phoenix investors your continued support of Phoenix has put us in a position to do our small part in rebuilding this region."
Paul Alonzo, President

Ditto!
td
Nice upward movement for the years end.
Thanks to all for sharing their DD on this board.
I am looking forward to 2006 and beyond with PBLS.
Have a safe and Happy New Years celebration.
We're staying in and having Prime Rib courtesy of my brother-in-law.
My best to all!
td
If someone here has the newsletter that Asus wrote, would you please email it to me at tdieh03@comcast.net
The email I sent to Asus was returned.
Thanks in advance.
td
Merry Christmas to you and all the PBLS investors.
td
I called Ameritrade and asked the same question. They said in the event of naked short selling that becomes evident when the company moves to another exchange, the SEC and the Company would determine a valuation as to the shares outstanding involved in the naked shorting.
Those holding certificates would not have a problem. I requested my certificate. It will take 4-6 weeks to recieve and being an Apex client there is no cost.
td
I liked the last PR released but more so the timing of it(just before the close of market on Fri.)
Gives investors/potentials something to chew on over the weekend. Nice touch IMO.
Yes, being a fully reporting company is what is anticipated to move the stock up to an appropriate trading level.
td
Dan,
Sorry about the ugly dog retort, I was in crabby mood.
JMO but your friend needs a better watering hole..lol.
td
MWC,
I took him off ignore and that was the first post I ever saw that had a shadow of hope that he actually may know/read something on the company.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt. And yes, in principal I do totally agree with you.
No. Gave up smoking some years ago (smile.)
Was pleasantly surprised as I placed an order this morning at .018 and was busy all day and when I checked this afternoon it had been filled. Nice to see another PR as well.
Have a good weekend.
td
I apologize. I misquoted the original buyback price first offered before Katrina in post 7235. It was .0041 per share and not .041 per share.
Thanks quiet for pointing that out.
td
Thank you for taking the time to post about your visit.
td
So I see the PR came as promised and the expected Progas audited
numbers were not there.
(Boohoo and whaaaa from the shareholders.)
Well, if I had the audited numbers of an acquisiton on my desk which would boost the share price if I released them and was in the process of buying back 100 million of my own stock, would I release the numbers before I was finished with purchasing at lower levels?
Would I want to buy back my own shares at a higher level? I already am paying much more than the .041 offered before Katrina.
Darn! Can I get the share price down somehow?
What if I didn't release the numbers just yet? I could get a real feel for my supposed long-term investors could shake out the "bad blood" and purchase more shares at a better price.
td
Perhaps he will read it and get a clue.
td
This is a few years old though looks like Paul Alonzo doesn't take kindly to being called a liar.

To: ANDY'S CONFUSED PLUMBING. From Paul Alonzo- President, C.E.O. PHOENIX ASSOCIATES LAND SYNDICATE 985-863-2404.
Please give me a call or send me your telephone number and I will call you. I have watched your internet correspondence over the past several months and have successfully tried to not engage in the ridiculous tripe that you have been putting on the internet about Phoenix but I lost my patience with your most recent trashing of Phoenix. I now believe that I must talk to you even if you cannot come out of the closet and you can only communicate over the internet. If you are really a plumber, I am sure you must be a "macho" guy who would not be afraid to talk to me and/meet with me. If you have a complaint about Mr. Butcher please take it out on him. Phoenix is a growing company and in good health. The owners of Phoenix stock will make money regardless of your childish and unfounded accusations. I have been buying and selling businesses for over twenty five years and I am neither a "criminal" nor a "crook or scam promoter". With regard to "Irish gypsies" I am Spanish-German. Don't hide behind "Andy's Plumbing"' give me a telephone number to contact you so that we can discuss the fantastic stock opportunity you are missing by attacking Phoenix because of some undisclosed problem you have with Mr. Butcher. Most often a face to face meeting can resolve issues like the ones you have and of course I will meet you anywhere you choose to participate in this meeting. In the interim please use your insults on another party and leave Phoenix alone. Phoenix is a growing company that is and will produce results for its' stockholders and its' investors. Even though we suffered a set back when our lending source failed in 1999, Phoenix has recovered and is making tremendous progress. Instead of fighting Phoenix you should become an investor and profit through our progress and you should choose another forum to handle your dissatisfaction with Mr. Butcher. You may also want to check your Webster's Dictionary with regards to slander and the resulting disposition of liability. When you use Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate and tarnish our reputation by connecting our company with terms like "crook". "scam promoter", "sucker you in", "scam", "Irish gypsies", "criminals", "lies and garbage", you have crossed the line.
If you are afraid to talk to me or meet with me to discuss the error of your ways perhaps you may choose to consider changing attacks to protect yourself against possible legal charges. The Phoenix Board of Directors would prefer not to participate in your party but if you continue to force this issue, we will engage you. I look forward to meeting you Andy's Plumbing.

Like I said in a prior post, this is an honest man.
td
ne14atrade,
I've had you on ignore until recently as your ID seems to keep getting responses in posts by those I respect.
At this time I am only on the free zone so I am not privy to PM's though I see you've had off line conversations, PM's etc. with longs here.
I must tell you that your non-stop "irrational exhuberance" kind of got on my nerves. Today however, I have appreciated your defense of your postition backing it up with some DD.
I hope you will continue to post as such. This is a good company in its infancy IMO. I read the good, the bad and the ugly on PBLS. I see alot of good, not bad but vague PR's, and haven't seen anything ugly to date here. Other than those with an agenda.
It is difficult to know who is who at times on these board.
Good luck to you.
td
I would like to see that.
Yes, that would demonstrate their intent to be transparent
and I'd expect many on the sidelines would also realize this.
td
CC,
Or you could look at it like the share price is now a bargain.
Feb/March are just around the corner.
Would'nt it be a great move if they planned to announce the ProGas deal closing in conjunction with an announcement of audited financials of PBLS?
Now that would be a nice Christmas present?
(I know, just wishful thinking on my part.)
It's probably just me though I'd rather buy PBLS at 2 cents than 20 cents. Guess I'm cheap. :)
