Not always consistent, but we have had PR's on Tuesdays and Thursdays pretty often. We've also had them early at 6 am often. But that is not always.
No word yet, nickelandime.
MMEG only started tweeting a couple of months ago. They never used to do that. So now things have gotten a bit hazy in terms of who is tweeting what. So we can only wait and see what happens. If Tom said last week "news Tuesday" (today) then he was in communication with MMEG. However, MMEG could just have tweeted that themselves. So there is some confusion by everyone here.
Right. So he can block whoever he wants to on that twitter.
I think it was tweets he blocked, not phone calls. At least that is what a couple of people posted.
I agree with that.
Yes, I agree. When financing news hits, the flock will return...just a matter of time.
MMEX
He is IR for MMEG. Check the bottom of the PR's. He writes the PR's but I don't think he does much more than that.
Exactly. Compared to earlier this year, the board is very quiet. Many OTC traders are hit and run. But at some point MMEX will be back in favor I believe. I think it will take some great news to get there and more progress. In the meantime, patience will be needed and pay off. I have loads of patience.
Agreed. There are often announcements made at groundbreakings. Very excited about anything that is revealed and also the press coverage.

Great post darkhorse! Everyone should read. Go MMEG!
Good morning! MMEG
No, of course not. I was making a different point. Don't blow out of proportion what I said. Obviously the German court is now involved. The point is that everything is looking good for 2018 and that everything is being dealt with. The bankruptcy was unexpected, and, when that restructuring is done, the whole thing will be over as you know. I'm hoping we hear about that by early 2018 if not sooner, I suspect the whole thing will be finished and coincide with the relaunch of Poolworks.
MMEG
I'll be joining you! See you all at 6 am!
MMEG
What I think is that everyone is going to have to be patient if you want the big rewards. Poolworks is the big prize. Yes, we know what is happening there with the bankruptcy in Germany but this is something that actually will keep Momentous focused on getting things rolling. Why? Because they are motivated not to lose their pride and joy, their baby, Poolworks. They really hit the jackpot when they acquired Poolworks.
Thus, I think the Blackfox acquisition being a company that already generates 2.5 mil a year is going to be grown as per the recent PR. This will help to generate bigger revenues for Momentous and keep them on track with their other ventures, and namely keep the revenues coming in so they can deal with the issues in Germany. I think they are going to focus just as much on growing Blackfox as building out Poolworks in order to get it ready for the social media networks's early 2018 debut.
Let's remember their plan is to feed everything to Poolworks--TV, Film, Music, Advertising, Games, OTT streaming, and...the TWO big things that I haven't mentioned in quite awhile which is WW Mobile Sports Info Technology and Social News and Advertising Management.
To understand what I am talking about, take a look at the "How We Will Look Tomorrow" in the intro above and on the MMEG website. That little diagram has the two things I just mentioned on the right side of the diagram in purple. The other parts of the diagram we already have with Neurofuse still to close. So there are more pieces of the puzzle coming.
Remember the plan is to put everything onto the Poolworks social media networks. So much more is coming. The key is giving them the time they need to get it all done.
I keep saying, if they get everything cranking in 2018, things are going to look really good. The key is patience if one is so inclined to wait that long. For those who can't, that is an individual choice, as all of trading and investing is.
I'm holding for the long term and waiting for everything to pan out in 2018 and then start reaping the bigger rewards in 2019. By then, I hope the Bobby Dale show will also be airing. I like watching it all unfold.
Fox
I noticed that as well.
MMEG
In reference to what I just posted, I do hope everyone keeps the big picture in mind. If any one of MMEG's ventures takes off, we'll be doing great. If two take off, even better. If three...well, I think we'll be overjoyed.
I'm personally counting on Poolworks, Blackfox, and the Bobby Dale show in 2018. Even though those are not the only things they are working on, my opinion is they are the big winners. If Neurofuse closes, that will be another one.
Go MMEG!
Same here. That is something I very much look forward to. Among many other things. :)
MMEG
Unless they announce otherwise, the acquisition should still close at some point. Currently we are not privy to the details.
MMEG
Good Morning Fekets and MMEG.
Still bullish.

I am curious who the other subsidiary is that they do not name in the S1. I checked a couple of the past S1's and they say the same thing.
Through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Pecos Refining & Transport, LLC (“Pecos Refining”), we intend initially to build and commence operation of a 10,000 barrel-per-day (“bpd”) crude oil distillation unit (the “Distillation Unit”) that will produce a non-transportation grade diesel primarily for sale in the local market for drilling mud and frac fluids, along with naphtha and heavy fuel oil to be sold to other refiners. Through a separate subsidiary (together with Pecos Refining, the “Subsidiaries ”), we intend to build and commence operation of a crude oil refinery (the “Large Refinery”) with up to 100,000 bpd capacity at the same location in West Texas.
I am wondering if there could be a partnership possible or they could be intending to form a separate corporation for the larger refinery. If "Pecos Refining" THROUGH A "separate subsidiary" is building the large refinery, then who is the separate subsidiary? They don't specify who it is. Just curious.

Thank you Bob and everyone for your kind words. There have been many who have been here a very long time, and there are many new faces, but one thing is true and that is that there are so many intelligent and talented people on this board who all contribute with their unique insights, skills, wit, love, and fun (yes we do need some love and fun at times). It makes the board a great place to talk about, analyze, praise, and vent frustrations about MMEG, and generally be supportive of one another on our MMEG journey.
I know many are very unhappy right now about recent events. I hope things improve in those areas soon so that those who want out can get out. Those who are staying for the long haul know it could very well be a long wait. I have patience and will wait as I have always planned to. I strongly believe the company keeps making progress even if some aspects look a little bleak to many. We can only hope Kurt and the rest of the management team come through for the shareholders on an ongoing basis and get us to where they (and we) ultimately want to be.
I appreciate all of you. Remember, everyone posting their insights, DD, opinions, etc., do so on their own time. No one has to put time in on this board, but they choose to do so and contribute in their own unique way. A huge amount of DD has been accumulated because of the combined efforts of everyone on this board. At times we all must remember a little patience can go a long way.
Still long and strong as always.
XOXO

Of course we're still good. Just been traveling all day and was only able to check messages sporadically as I had time so wasn't able to be on the board much today.
Many are frustrated and getting impatient. You just might have to hold longer than you wanted.

He handles public relations. He owns a public relations firm.
He is most likely doing public relations for multiple companies.
Maybe you should ask him the questions you have. I don't have any further information. If you want to know, shoot him an email asking him what his role is if you want to hear it from the horse's mouth. That is the best way to get the answer you want.
He is Investor Relations for MMEG. You will see his name at the bottom of every PR. Just check any PR. Here is a link to his company. He is the CEO of Ten Associates LLC. I do not know much about him other than that, honestly.
