Not that I’m aware of. But there is a legal form in the packet. There are 3 forms being sent. Once the forms are returned along with 150 bucks E*TRADE told me that the shares will be unlocked. People sent me messages privately saying they got their shares but when asked how they got them they never responded. I reply publicly so everyone who is in the same boat as me may be helped. E*TRADE informed me that the shares would be released upon submission of rule 144 form. I’m just tryin to help people who are In the same spot I’m in. You seem to have no input of value just Bashin. But I am getting the rule 144 and submitting it. I will post the outcome when completed. Note * there will be three forms that need to be filled out and all come with the rule 144 form.

E*TRADE said there are 3 forms to fill out and the total cost would be $150 bucks. They all come with the rule 144 form. Just goes to show you nothing is free in this world. We shall see.

If anyone has PURA shares from the USMJ spinoff. Contact you broker and ask them for a rule 144 form. I am having one sent to me from E*TRADE. There is a cost of 150 bucks to file the form in order to release the shares. Unfortunately the E*TRADE broker I talked to stated that they can not guarantee there will be any value to the shares. I have 50400 locked shares now.

Etrade still tellin me that my shares are worth exactly like it shows on my account and that’s 50400 @ 0.00
I don’t bash any stock on these boards but no one has yet to explain how to get this turd fixed

I have shares in my account but have no value and are as of this post are not able to be traded. Also it does not even say PURA just a bunch of numbers. So if anyone has successfully managed to trade their shares please explain. Thanks any help is appreciated.

If PURA was legit they would of honored my 50400 shares from the USMJ spinoff. I don’t bash stocks but when I contacted E*TRADE They informed me that the shares promised were junk. So be careful.
