I honestly don’t think it’s the companies fault here. They’ve sent all the filings and an executed letter to the sec. The sec can simply ignore them. They’ve ignored congressmen, lawyers and court hearings. All the while letting fraudsters like FTX run wild. It’s the sec that should be tossed in prison

Yea the shell. Usually a big fat no for me. I never buy shells and 99% of OTC is shells. Not sure why they would buy a shell as the shell still controls the shares long after the deal is done and I bet they still do now.

The more I dig into the share count and share structure they purchased this company with fraudulent equity and it appears they still own the shares and cannot sell or buy them. They still could but the SEC has ruined so many otc companies. Even the good ones. All planned to destroy small businesses. Not sure if these guys can even fix it even if it was unethical. I do recall a tweet when the price was .12c and them gloating about it. Since that day they’ve lost half their market value. That’s some insider sketchy stuff. Never have I seen a public company brag about their stock price. I’ll buy a bottle of the calm before I buy one share.

Reads like a PR to me. They updated an existing patent with recent work investigated including a CRO but the noted one was the provisional application “US Provisional Application No. 63/394,250, AMANITA MUSCARIA VAPORIZER FORMULATIONS AND DEVICES” which was smart on them as tobacco corps showing interest in psyclobin vaping which isn’t new news either.

More of a paid press release but cool.
