Collier did quite a bit of buying on 2/12, around 250k's worth
Vol has completely dried up, definitely in a downward channel right now. Not going anywhere until vol kicks in and OTCX is off the ASK. Not expecting anything much from 4Q ER, so it will probably be mid-year before we see anything happening.
Just no buying right now and the ASK is continuingly being brought down with very little shares. Dropped below the 50 dma finally, but was inevitable with this amount of selling/dilution. Waiting to see when/if any buying kicks in and at what level.
Almost 55 million shares added this past month. Average of 2.5 million shares every trading day, which is the most we have ever had. Would be interested to see which noteholder is doing the majority of cashing in. Amazing we are still holding in the mid .02's with this amount of dilution.
Seems like endless amount of shares on the BID/ASK here between .025 & .027 roughly. Going to take a lot higher buy vol in order to break upwards. Haven't seen that yet as we are going on 3 weeks between the 200 & 50 dma.
Yeah I think he's confusing shares that were awarded/given to Collier and open-market buys, which are obviously purchased with money out of his own pocket.
I'm not advocating that anyone should go long on ENDV, just pointing out the trends and how this one has traded over the last 2 yrs here, and when it looks like it might move up/down. And yes, I originally bought at .08 and watched this thing go below a penny with this exact type of selling/diluting/shorting or whatever you want to call it. So yes it can move a lot lower and fast with this type of selling. We all know Mann has been buying consistently for 2 yrs but I do find it positive that Alan has started to buy at this stage of the game. But I agree that we need something much more substantial to move the dial and get out of this range we have been in for such a long time. First half of this year should be quite telling as they have basically put all their eggs in selling Sofpulse.
A million shares being sold and the price barely moving downward vs almost zero buys is not shorts in my opinion. Watch this stock daily, and you will almost always see 4 or 5 major block sells. So yes, someone is purchasing those shares and this has happened at least a half dozen times or so in the past year. If/when this breaks below the 50 dma, then we can find ourselves back below .02. But as of right now that's where the support is at.
Well when you see what seems like unlimited amount of shares being sold and it remains at a certain level, then there is your support. Who is actually buying up these shares I have no clue, but obviously somebody is.
Stagnant price has to do with obvious support at certain levels. When this hit .016 and didn't drop below, even though the ask was super thin, that was one of those support levels. Right now we have the same thing shaping up @ .025. Massive amount of shares sold but maintaining that level. And of course in the OTC the mm can control the flow of stock up/down. Just like when this stock hit .065, there was massive amount of shares being bought on the ASK, but really didn't move as high as it probably should have, and then the vol eventually dried up and back down she went.
Completely ridiculous. Mann's avg buy vol vs the daily sell volume is almost meaningless. We are talking 80% sells over the past month or so daily, and millions of shares. So no, Mann's buying has very little to do with share price being propped up. It's laughable you think his 1k buys at the beginning, middle, or end of day have anything to do with sp, when almost daily there is about a million shares sold off very quickly, without much price drop.
My point being that over the last month or so, there has been around 80% sells almost daily, and we still sit here at a $11 mil market cap. So it's obvious someone is buying these shares daily around these prices, and hence the reason this is not trip zeroes. MC has remained constant between 8-20 mil for quite awhile now. But I will agree with you that the market is waiting for something substantial, in order to move out of these ranges. This has been a very good swing stock as others have alluded to.
Just massive selling/dilution daily and somehow the price remains relatively stable. Only a matter of time before this swings higher again. It's definitely been a swing traders stock over the past year.
Looks like someone is accumulating shares in this area. Almost 1 mil shares sold and stock still remains @ .0265.
What do you want to know? The letter issued to shareholders pretty much sums up everything, but it looks like everything is riding on being able to sell/market Sofpulse. May not get a good idea of that until 1Q or even 2Q earnings.
The big deal is Collier has never bought on the open market in the 2+ yrs I've been around, and when the CEO starts buying his penny stock on the open market, I consider that a good sign. He had ample opportunity to buy over the last 2 yrs, especially when the stock went to a penny and never bought, so why buy now?
Yep, I noticed that they are all gone. ASCM is the biggest shorter by far in the OTC. Whenever this many shares are sold at a certain price pt and the share price doesn't drop lower, only a matter of time before this pops again.
Endless amount of shares to be bought @ .028, just like we had a short time ago @ .018.
Wow, over 1.5 mil shares sold @ .028 or more. I believe the move to .04 was too fast, but sure looks like a ton of shares being bought/accumulated in the high .02's. Looks like another run might be coming soon.
Yeah very interesting that Collier is also starting to buy right now. Let's see what happens over the next 6 months or so.
Yep who knows really. Mann has been buying for over 2 yrs now, so it doesn't ever look like he will stop!...lol
What I would watch is the 50 dma, which is @ .027. If we hold that level, we could bounce higher. ASCM showing up late Monday before the market close was definitely a bad sign. 4 mil shares traded today in the first hour but was still down after briefly rising initially. ASCM took control after that. But yeah like Craig said there are a bunch of bad MM around still. Hard to move higher when they are around. I'm more curious to see if Alan continues to buy shares on the open market.
ASCM is on the bid/ask. Need them to disappear. They short stocks that have had major run ups.
Yep. ASCM showed up late in the day actually and they are usually trying to short stocks after big runs.
How've you been Brojazz? Are you still in? Yes, great vol along with upward movement.
You said on Jan 2 that this would drop to support level of .016 and that you would look to get in below .015. So now you quietly bought @ .017, which just happens to be the bottom. Not trying to call you out but you lose credibility when you say one thing, and then reappear when the stock goes up and say you all of a sudden bought at the bottom.
One thing I will agree with you on is that this has been a flippers stock only to this pt. Could it be a longer term hold, maybe. It hasn't shown that in the past but you never know if things start changing as outlined in latest update.
And people don't think this stock trades on technicals. Look at the lineup of mm @ .028, which happens to be the 50 dma. But the mm on the BID are also moving up aggressively, so I believe it to be just a matter of time before it breaks.
Exactly Brandon, say what u want but if you have followed ENDV for awhile, especially L2, you could see this coming, especially over the last few days. Super thin BIDS by 4 or 5 mm in the .017 but never dropping below was a HUGE indicator of the level of support in that area. The massive amount of selling/dilution over the last 2 months and it still didn't fall below. And yes I agree a very well written shareholder update which obviously sounds very promising.
Not sure but a 30k T Trade @ .0173?....lol
Could be but I've seen plenty of head fakes both ways. Whenever there is 5 mm with low BIDS/ASKS, I figure it's to lure people one way or another, because there is usually a ton of shares behind those BIDS/ASKS, they are just not showing their cards. Over the past month, 3/4 of the daily vol is the noteholder converting and yet we remain at this level is quite remarkable actually.
Either Mann is the worst/dumbest investor of all-time, or will turn out to be a genius. Before his 2 yr + buying spree, he already had around $18 mil shares basically given to him. Makes no sense why he would reach in his own pocket and spend now around 750k or so, knowing this thing would be constantly diluted the entire time, unless he felt a huge payoff in the long run.
Looks like everything hinges on Sofpulse sales, which I know how you feel about that ever happening anytime soon, but the next 6 months I believe will be make or break for them. Not sure if they can strike a deal or not like Ivivi did.
However, there seems to be enormous support in this range, as it had traded sideways now for weeks, with very little BID support showing, although we know the mm do this on purpose on the BID/ASK to make thing appear a certain way. All the negative news has been factored in, with the huge increase in AS and now this $10 mil equity line from Azure. 50 dma is dropping like a rock and will soon reach the .02 mark soon. I'm waiting for any real vol, which we haven't had here in months, to signal any sort of reversal.
Mann bought less than $2 worth of stock on Jan 7 & 9........lol
Seems to be yes Craig, but also a massive amount of shares on the ASK below .02. Will see how this one breaks from here soon I believe. Some decent buys @ .018 but followed up of course with lots of sells below that. OS is getting up there at 436+ mil, which will make the next pop harder and smaller than the one before I'm afraid.
Looks like massive dilution occurred from Dec 20 to Jan 5. In approximately 11 trading days, OS went up by 17.3 million shares. Around 1.5 million per day. This is the reason we are at these levels. Glass half full though there does appear to be a lot of mm in the upper .01's now, and even with this massive amount of dilution, hasn't dropped much in the past few weeks.
Haven't seen the RSI stay this low for this long for a long time. Everytime over the past 2 yrs this has bounced higher when it touched 30 or below.
ETRF & OTCX working in tandem on the ASK by stacking it to bring this down. Easy to do when there is nobody buying.
Yeah I agree. Lots of factors at play here, bigger than usual dilution over the last month, end of year tax harvesting, overall brutal market, and mm taking advantage of all this to force this lower. There has been absolutely no real buying whatsoever over the past month or so. When/if that changes will be evident as we wait.
There is no error in their latest PR. Sofpulse is already registered and WOUNDPULSE is given allowance.
ASCM still on the ASK with 10k so still trying to short this down. Need higher BIDS to big of gap right now. Positive news but obviously no hard sales numbers so no way of knowing until 1Q-2Q 2019 ER.
Lol....I agree. How many shares were @ .02? Seemed like it was endless. How long did we go without these T Trades? I remember almost 2 yrs ago when this went from .08 to a penny, it was nonstop T Trades and dilution daily.
