Look up the NYSE listing requirements:
Some of which include:
Pretax earnings
$5m in most recent year. Positive for last 3 years
With $12m aggregate
$200m capitalization
Min $4 share
Ahh, you get the picture, interesting reading,
And currently way out of HCTI teach
NYSE uplist is impossible. You trying to get newbie money here to mitigate the RS?
That's sad. Dilution to continue. Losses to continue.
What's that worth after 200 times dilution? They need $40 million
Revenue to break even don't they?
.04 percent exaggeration? Might as well round up to 100%
Very little chance RS doesn't decimate any stock.
Company to have 1.6B shares EVEN after the split. True, AS remains the same.
I guess no one was supposed to notice the ommision from the pre-14c?
Why didnt this happen in 2014?
2.5 million would have offset some of the losses.
Might not have needed as much dilution?
Of course dilution has to continue, there is no meaningful revenue yet.
HCTI would need about $40 million in revenue to break even.
That's not likely to happen this year. Is that speculation or common sense?
DD? Mostly conjecture and wishful thinking. PPG partnering.
PPG buying HCTI. HCTI up listing to NYSE. HCTI having the only non-iso product. As much misinformation as information.
Oh god, this again. HCTI is not the only company with iso free products.
I agree they left authorized shares high so they can continue to plunder.
Even the longtme faiithful don't like being scammed like was done with A/S
Bait and switch.
The sleaziness and ineptness of this company will eventually drive everyone away. They're starting to look bad even for OTC.
I'm out. Whether this company succeeds or fails, it cares nothing for shareholders.
Seems to be a very rigged game, and now I too am questioning where twenty nine million went. Too many related party deals.
So Steve is now saying the authorized shares will remain at 1.6B
After the reverse split. He did not say why the change, or why he did not correct the misinformation he had given shareholders who has called
After the Def14C? The lack of information, and failure to correct misinformation from this company is inexcusable.
Several of us called Steve when the definitive filing came out, and didn't mention the 400M cap on authorized shares.
Steve told me it was remaining at 400M. That better not change.
Its academic, I know, as the company better limit future dilution
If it wants any investors to remain.
Heck, everyone call him and let's put an end to this nonsense.

HCTI now has a At least a chance for revenues with the IF deal.
Won't be large overnight, but I will be pleased if they increased steadily.
Call IR yourself.

Moving up for the close?
Yes, authorized shares will be reduced, as per investor relations.
I figured it was worth checking with them to confirm.
Company should do a better job with communication.

That might be just a tad overly positive, I'd settle for staying out of the trips through the RS.
I bought some at .0009, how can it be All sells?
Not sure what you're trying to convey?
HCTI back in the trips. Buy here or wait for the split?
DOW is having a good day, improved revenue and outlook.
Glad I'm not short.
A billion dollars?
That won't be til at least the end of the year?
List touches on most of pro and cons. I would have given more weight to the upcoming F500 deals. They are subject to getting an acceptable formulation, so who knows when they happen, or if the party is exploring other companies chemistries too? A bit disappointed to see all the other ways to make clean poly. Not worried about the past, but now I have to worry about future competition?
It's sounding like there are multiple competing processes from China, India, US, and elsewhere that have been mentioned here. I guess competition was always a given. Now I guess the question is, how long will it take for these products to make it to the market? Six months, or a year or two?
Thanks for the response, very helpful. In the chart you included it
Showed the 2014 non cash compensation was much higher than 2015.
I'll go through the filing again later but what were your thoughts
As to those payments? Was that excessive or justified by some contribution?
Any thoughts as to what we will see for revenues next filing?
Looking at 2014 and 2015, there was stock based compensation of over
$1,600,000 both years. There was also professional fees of about $900,000 each year. Are these detailed anywhere? I need to get better at reading these filings, as they're interesting. Understanding what these monies were spent on might shed light on companies future prospects.
I tried looking over the last annual report, but there isn't enough detail for me to tell why the company lost over six million. Some of the expenditures went to pay for prior years expenditures, so now I'm also interested in how almost thirty million was lost.
This last filing has a lot of stuff I'm fuzzy on:
Amortization of intangible assets. $1,105,932
Derivative liability in excess of face value. 607,230
Accounts payable and accrued liabilities. 1,436,344
Little detail in how 6,731,297 net loss happened
Not that that's unique for this company, With so few employees,
And with no real research taking place, how was the money spent.
I'm not an accountant, but how is this company losing $130,000
Per week?
I am guessing it would be half what it is without an active board.
I hope you are right, it is still fifty times more shares being authorized but that's better than two hundred times. They should have included that info in this latest filing and not left it open for interpretation.
Has non-iso paint been around for years?
Saw Aquacote on www.nisboats.com
Reportedly a builder had tried Aquacote 15 years
Ago because he liked the idea of a non isocyanate
Polyurethane, but it had issues with coverage, lack of
Colors. He is saying it's been improved.
Anyone familiar?
Nisboats.com/straydog/pdfs/aquacote.pdf
Agree this should improve when this nonsense passes. I'm not even clear on what the problem is. Two very different stories.
So far hasnt affected much, but needs to
Be fixed fast!
Thanks for link!
Can't find anything about Polymate / HCTI being a EMU research partner. Where can I find that?
EMU site is very interesting. Professor Vijay Mannar has several patents and seems very impressive.
Thanks
Why is DOD looking to give out money to develop something that HCT already has?
What is lacking with HCTs process/product ?
What is the DOD looking for that HCTs product won't provide? Emphasis seems to be on abrasion and errosion resistance, is that a weak point on Green Poly so far?
Very good question. DOD has overlooked HCI several times, and now the EPA gives a grant to another company? What could be the reason?
If one partnership doesn't work out, another will. Green is a big push now.
Reading a bit today about use of soy, and other greener approaches. Everyone has or is working on a process which doesn't have isocyanates.
I take it there's several ways to avoid them. This guy has one using a carbonate amine reaction?
Bernard Boutevin earned his Chemical Engineering degree from the School of Chemistry in Montpellier (France) and then received his Ph.D. degree in 1975 from Montpellier University, where he became a CNRS researcher. The topics of his research first concerned telomerization, and later he investigated all of the methods of living radical polymerization (NMP, ATRP, ITP, RITP, and RAFT) in order to prepare original architectured polymers such as block, grafted, gradient, or alternated. Since 2005, he shifted his main theme of research towards green and sustainable polymer chemistry. He and his co-workers now synthesize bio-based materials such as epoxy resins obtained from natural polyphenols (flavonoids, gallic acid and derivatives, and cardanol) and isocyanate-free polyurethanes through the carbonate–amine reaction. He has supervised more than 100 Ph.D. students, published 2 books, more than 500 peer-reviewed articles, and 25 reviews or chapters of books. He is the coinventor of more than 120 patents.
I have to remember what day it is!
