104 million O/S March 1 2016
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_wild-ass_guess
Sorry... Misfire
The O/S will be 104mil. (SWAG)
If the New Vanis reports the A/S for March 1,
Could you expand on the part about products just out of test marketing? Thanks
He's right, Linedrive. The free cans went to the first Golf Tournament. The second one got the bottles... including labels that read 'Basherberry'.
Minerco is basically landlocked from ANY sort of significant expansion in the near future. As I've stated before, there are only enough A/S shares remaining to dilute to only cover historical operating cost for the remainder of 2016.
There just isn't any other in-house catalyst that can move the PPS to a safe enough range to avoid the inevitable. He's already stated he doesn't expect profits from Yo GG for a year.
Expect notification of the next R/S, A/S increase or both before the EOY. If he uses those shares to fund expansion, expect it sooner. "Trick-or-Treat"
We beat this CB Tea thing to death yesterday. I'll just wait to see a barcode on a can (SKU), until I'm convinced there's been any significant progress.
Mr. Vanis holds of Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
That means he knows a thing or two about driving things into the ground.
BOOM!
*scabs
And yep... I'm currently under 25k. Way way under... Like ZERO
That could change, but I don't see any hurry to dive-in again.
You know damn well I'm not fairly new to MINE. You deleted my post to twodips last night that said April 2014.
You need a screenshot of it?
Now take that nap. Us fellow retirees need to watch out over each other.
We're 5 weeks away from that PR on CB tea being 1 year old.
Now show ME a link since then that shows any type of progress.
Do the mods let you wager on this board? If so, I'll bet you this big steaming pile of dog poop my big boy just laid down that both our post get deleted. I already assigned an SKU to it.
Be glad to hunt it down again for you after my nap. I suggest you take one too. I saw you tweet Trump this morning.
BTW... I'm in total agreement with that tweet
Of the top ten all time product failures, three were beverages. Coors made the list with its venture into the Sparkling Water category.
I'm considering it.
A stock keeping unit (SKU) is a store's or catalog's product and service identification code, often portrayed as a machine-readable bar code that helps the item to be tracked for inventory. A stock keeping unit (SKU) does not need to be assigned to physical products in inventory. Often, SKUs are applied to intangible, but billable products, such as units of repair time or warranties. For this reason, a SKU can be thought of as a code assigned to a supplier's billable entities.
Regardless of interpretation, it's still on the back burner per Vanis
Correction... He *can't smell it.
C'mon, man. You know what an SKU is.
Minerco's success in the beverage business is right under Vanis' nose, but he can smell it.
To add insult to injury, they already own what would be required to make that happen.
1. So, now we're calling products on the back burner legitimate SKUs?
2. SI's caffeinated tea flavors, Lemon, Peach and Half & Half and Raspberry = 1 flavor?
Got it... Carry on
For clarification, my interest in $MINE since April 2014 has been a bit more complex than simply reading. ;)
Why didn't you phrase the question that way in the first place?
Unfortunately, your question requires a response that can be deemed a violation of TOS. If you can get me a waiver, I'd be more than happy to completely divulge my interest in $MINE... all the way back to April 2014.
In addition, my Concrete DD indicates that Minerco if far from being a start-up public company. Do you need a link?
Actually, It shows a sense of humor. I'm blown away.
Could you expand on this a bit? Thanks
SI is available just a few hundred miles from Russia. Those guys got it together and did so without public shareholders.
VitaminFIZZ is about to go head-to-head with Sparkling Ice in the UK as well and that's not an opinion.
I was referring to posts on the board... not the Intro, sorry.
Don't forget to add a link for your "opinion"
If Yo Mama Gobbles is on a shelf for sale right now, It didn't come from Minerco.
Hey Vanis... Yo Mama Gobbles
$1+ in 2016
... after the R/S
$MINE $0.01 in 2016
The 14th item in the "Expense Overview" of the Q always cracks me up.
6. "Concrete PRs"
(Yeah... That's a new one)
Technically, it has cost this company approximately $15.84 to produce 1 bottle Fizz. If you subtract the dollars spent on R&D, Trademarks and other associated fees for products on the back burner, that number is still in the $15 range.
Supporting data is all in the Qs & Ks, folks.
Have a great day
No link required. Simple math
Vanis does have a plan. He plans to give his shareholders a nice big X-mas present in the form of another massive increase in A/S, R/S or both. Expect notification end of September or early October.
????
You guys should really give the CEO some credit for that one. Vanis, somehow, convinced an entire Country that he could power a hydroelectric plant... from a stagnant pond.
He could head-up sales for my companies anytime.
Now that's funny, right there... Get R Done
