I've met Ron and he was a very polite man and seemed to have a very strong business mind. He has invested plenty of his own money into VSUL. I'm not sure what your motive is is bashing this stock but it's unwarranted. Best of luck to you.

Agreed. Robust product plus an industry appetite for this technology will send this ticker to the moon.

Proportion of insider holdings coupled with personal funding from Ron himself keep me optimist on this play. Hope move to NASDAQ isn't a tactic to achieve volume to dump inside shares. Not likely w/ new Diker interest.

This is interesting and could go either way. Either investors will keep their faith in the product, it's value, and more importantly, it's potential.... or start bailing purely from the negative connotations associated with a RS.

Seems like there are a lot of eyes on this company /technology and a move to NASDSAQ may help validate legitimacy and visibility of the product and it's expectations. Will Ron be able to maintain the minimum PPS for NASDSAQ? It's a roll of the dice. I will say that the income statement scares me a little although it doesn't seem to bother Mark Diker and his enterprise or the Chinese automation/control company that VSUL is working with.

Zero-where are you getting your share structure info from? Yahoo finance shows a float of 1.1 mill w/ 30% insider holding.

No idea on this one anymore. I had heard mention of deals with DuPont over a year ago which really sparked my interest in this ticker. Seems like a pipe dream now and the hope is the Chinese will find a use for the technology.
