You can call Torvec whatever you want, but this is a real company, which is gonna manufacture real products and sell to real customers.
You can twist it, scam it, spit it, negative slant it, torture it, bash it, brand it, or kick it for all I care.....but its gonna happen, whether you like it or not!

Form 8-K for TORVEC INC
18-Nov-2009
Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 18, 2009 Torvec and Easter Mining & Industrial Supply, Inc., 110 Phico Street, Chapmanville, West Virginia 25508 signed an agreement under which Torvec will design, engineer and build two (2) design specific prototype constant velocity joints and connecting shaft and will "load" such unit for testing upon a testing apparatus located at Rochester Institute of Technology's Center for Integrated Manufacturing Studies. The goal of this testing will be to demonstrate the functionality of the constant velocity joint.
Leitrim, I am a faithful Torvec long, but I decline the invitation to "flame away" at your post. It is your entitled opinion.
Your post however is proof HISTORY HAS HELD that EVERYTIME Torvec has a Press Release reporting to their shareholders on their efforts to commercialize one of their inventions, it is greeted with the "same old bashing same old negativity"
Life is good.
Dino
The parties contemplate that successful testing will lead to the commercialization of Torvec's constant velocity joint in the worldwide mining industry.
I am sitting on this train Yunier eom...
Blue, Identity theft on a message board, is that possible? Was that really you posting? I actually looked twice for the author of that post. "Where's Blue and what have you done with him" LOL
KNOTBAD Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your visit to Torvec.
Dino
Well articulated walk off home run of a post today Sammy, expressing how YOU feel.
<< yes,I am disappointed with the results over the last few years (major understatement #1), and yes, i am highly suspect of current managements track record of results (major understatement #2) and yes, i feel somewhat foolish for having invested at the levels i did (major understatement #3) that being said i fail to understand the motivation of a few here who relentlessly bash anything positive said by the company or other posters on this board >>
There are others who feel the same. No need to defend any spin of your post.
Dino
Sammy I share the thoughts and frustration in your well stated post.

SULAX let's hope we have better success/luck in dealing/negotiating with GM than we had with Nissan.
Dino
sulax the glowing result is NEW, it was not a rerun of a race held two years ago. THE RACE WAS RUN LIVE DAYS AGO.
Building on the success of the IsoTorque’s first place results in the 2009 SCCA National Champion Pontiac Solstice, Torvec has expanded its relationship with race car driver and former Director of GM Performance, John Heinricy, to assist Torvec in developing procedures for collecting and preparing performance data specifically for use by OEMs (car manufacturers).
John is considered one of the premier racers in the country holding 11 national championships (3rd most), and several Nurburgring track records. John worked for GM for over 25 years and held such key positions as assistant chief engineer for Corvette and was Director of GM Performance for 7 years until his retirement at the end of 2008.
Click For IsoTorque Corvette Video
John and Andrew Gleasman determined that the best car to collect the necessary performance data would be GM’s C6 Corvette, and Joe Aquilante of Phoenix Performance was generous enough to allow us to use their race tuned Corvette. This Corvette is fully instrumented – meaning it is able to record GPS position, speed, acceleration and G-forces for each run. Using the same IsoTorque gears used in our 300 HP Nissan 350Z, Torvec built a differential for the 475+ HP Corvette, and scheduled track time at New Jersey Motorsports Park for the end of October.
Click For Event Video
John and Andrew also were invited to attend the Bob Lutz Cadillac CTS-V Challenge held October 29, 2009 at Monticello Motorsports Club. John was there in a more official capacity, having helped develop the CTS-V and setting the Nurburgring track record for a sedan. For two days Andrew had the pleasure of working with several GM platform and development engineers in preparation for the main event on the 29 th. The main event was very exciting, with many high performance cars in attendance, major media outlets, including Speed TV and their chase helicopter, and of course the ever spirited Bob Lutz (Vice Chairman of GM) in attendance.
After the Challenge, John and Andrew returned to southern New Jersey and NJMP to conduct an “A – B” evaluation of the Corvette. In this “A – B” comparison, the Corvette equipped with a stock limited slip differential was driven around 2.25 mile Thunderbolt racetrack as quickly as possible for the best lap time and then this test was repeated with the IsoTorque® being installed in the same car, same driver (John) on the same day and without any other modifications to the car. Torvec’s goal was to have the IsoTorque reduce the lap times by ¾ - 1 second as compared to the limited slip which was achieved. This reduction is very significant and is unheard of in racing when making only one change to a fully race prepared car and if this where a pure production street car the time reduction would be even greater. This reduction in lap time is the equivalent having an additional 40+ HP in the car. The digital telemetry that was collected will help supply additional information to GM and other companies on the benefits of the IsoTorque.
Based upon the previous day’s success, Phoenix Performance entered the IsoTorque equipped #32 Corvette into the National Auto Sports Association (NASA) race the following day. We are happy to report the #32 Corvette, driven by Andrew Aquilante in a field of 50 cars which included different classes, won first place overall. It won despite being pitted “against cars that should be much faster”(Porsches, Ferraris) according to John Heinricy. This victory comes in no small part from Andrew Aquilante’s excellent driving, a superbly built car, and the advantages the IsoTorque provides.
We believe these successful performances have enhanced our standing with General Motors and other car manufacturers. We have demonstrated that the IsoTorque differential contributes significantly to the improved automotive handling and performance, efficiency and safety. We have demonstrated the IsoTorque’s durability. And, we have demonstrated that the IsoTorque successfully performs in the rugged world of high performance automotive racing. However, the IsoTorque’s benefits are not limited to the world of high performance, but all automobiles will benefit greatly from what the IsoTorque has to offer in a world market where over 100 million differentials are produced annually.
Dino
Landman your post is true, some people may not be able to hold on much longer. Life does go on, and so far Torvec has been quite the disappointment as an investment.
Thank you for a reply to my post.
Dino
I am not Torvec's Investor Relations representative.
Your reply to my post is intended to refute my opinion. That is fine with me. My opinion still stands that a driver factor claim is NOT VALID because of the A-B evaluation. SAME CAR!! SAME DRIVER!! SAME DAY TESTED So the results are still GLOWING to me.
Torvec has an Investors Relations to answer your questions you have addressed to me. Call them.
Dino
MY POSTS, you said it. MY OPINION of Torvec's latest news release.
<< No investor in their right mind can say that they really care about winning another race. >> IS YOUR OPINION
Recently, EVERYTIME I POST ABOUT TORVEC here, I am being used as a public whipping boy for any disgruntled investor for his buy-sell-hold decisions on Torvec. I am entitled to MY OPINION.

OT - What flavor Kool-Aid are they serving at Mt. Read this month?
The question was what is the meaning of your post, and why was it posted to me as reply to my post about the recent IsoTorque results?

Also, the number of shares you or I hold is IRRELEVENT as a reply to MY THOUGHTS on Torvec's IsoTorque, only making the reply personal, instead of about Torvec.
<< I would venture to guess that me and my family have just as much or even more invested in this company as you >>
Any reply to what I have been posting about recently.
SAME CAR SAME DRIVER!!!!!!! JOHN HEINRICY

Adding to my post, read this passage, it dispels the claim that the results are COMPROMISED/SKEWED by the DRIVER FACTOR.
Read the results in the A-B evaluation. SAME CAR SAME DRIVER!!!!!!! JOHN HEINRICY

My posts here are made to defend my investment in Torvec against false and misleading statements made against Torvec. What is the intent and meaning of your post send to my mailbox?
Dino
Torvec also did not mention what each driver ate for breakfast. If one driver ate WHEATIES and another did not, that may have skewed the results. << they failed to mention the experience of the other drivers that were in the race >>. Can a lawsuit be brought against them for this? LOL.....
<< It won despite being pitted “against cars that should be much faster”(Porsches, Ferraris) according to John Heinricy.>>
I am not buying into attempts to minimize what was accomplished that weekend.
Dino
A positive step toward the commercialization of the IsoTorque, the results provided were uplifting and glowing to me. Have you got a link to substantiate your post that Torvec decided not commercialize their IVT????? Posted by: allnumbers Date: Tuesday, November 03, 2009 7:06:19 AM

It is really too bad that Torvec decided not to commercialize their IVT.
Why was that any way?
Did it really not work?
As a shareholder I am with you UPLIFTING info

Hi Landman,
It will mean different things to different posters/lurkers or be portrayed in different ways by different posters.
Speaking for myself only, I saw the results as glowing, with the meaning that Torvec is continuing to step positively forward towards commercializing the IsoTorque.
The wait is not pleasant for me also; as has been expressed here by others on this board. I hope to meet you at the annual meeting.
Dino
GLOWING IsoTorque results released in the update. I wonder which OEM will be the FIRST to take advantage of the IsoTorque advantages, and of course WHEN. Huge market.
Dino
Thank you Nzed for the research. From one suffering Torvec shareholder to another; sometimes it is hard for me not to get discouraged, but I truly believe in Torvec's future.
Dino
Can someone here post the function of a Board of Directors of a publicly traded company. I am looking for specifics/textbook, not general one line replys.
Thank you for your dd
Dino
Hi Mayday, as a publicly traded company, it would be required of Torvec to hold at the minimum a certain number of BOD meetings per year.
This is a frustrating wait. Hope to see you at the annual shareholders meeting.
Dino
Still here XB.... waiting patiencely on both fronts.
Dino
Here is a company statement sulax, now once again prove to me your falsehood that Torvec has CHANGED their plan of operation concerning the IVT.
CEO update July 1, 2009. IVT
As mentioned at our annual meeting, Hodges Transportation, Inc. (also known as the “ Nevada Automotive Testing Center”) is evaluating our IVT technology on behalf of the Office of Naval Research for use in military vehicles. As with any governmental project, there are various stages in the review/evaluation process before a formal report can be presented. On Monday, we received a phone call informing us that we have reached the end of the initial evaluation process and that a formal report was going to be submitted shortly. We are pleased with our relationship with Hodges and look forward to working with them in the future as this or related programs develop.
We are working with a domestic automaker on the development of an IVT that would incorporate hydraulic launch for various sized vehicles. This OEM has expressed that they wish to work with Torvec and the EPA on this program and we are have recently purchased a new piece of equipment, at the manufacturer’s request, to help Torvec provide them with data from our IVT to be used in vehicle simulations software.
LOL sulax....to verify your falsehood "he's correct", provide a link or a company release that Torvec has changed their plan of operation concerning the IVT.
TORVEC HAS MADE NO SUCH DECISION TO STOP going forward with the commercialization of the IVT.
"It is really too bad that Torvec decided not to commercialize their IVT" allnumbers
As an investor it is very disturbing to see blatantly false information posted here.
Dino
<< It is really too bad that Torvec decided not to commercialize their IVT >>
That is a bold statement about Torvec, and as an investor please provide me facts to back it up, or admit it is an incorrect accusation against Torvec.
Dino
A link is one way to post factual information. I did not think you would reply with a link.
Your << It is really too bad that Torvec decided not to commercialize their IVT >> STATEMENT is a false allegation against Torvec, which you are unable to substantiate.
If the post was successful in raising doubt about Torvec's IVT COMMERCIALIZATION effort, I refer message board readers to Torvec's CEO update of July 1, 2009.
Here is an exert:

Could you provide a link for your statement, << It is really too bad that Torvec decided not to commercialize their IVT >>
This is new information to me, and I DO NOT BELIEVE IT. When I get time I will have to call the company.
Dino
"Maybe Dino or someone else can answer this for us"
Repeat, personal decision where to put your money, and I have chosen to park it in Torvec. Making it personal with me, accomplishes nothing dread.
Dino
Anyone can disagree on anything, for instance is the color black or is it white. My post was merely a response to yours.
<<...Torvecian and Dino are still cheerleaders but I've spoken with two other long term investors and a non-Dave broker who have given up on the stock and are/or will be selling off positions. Very tempted to join them and just take the loss of a lifetime.>>
It is find that you disagree with my statement "either you believe in TORVEC and you stay put, or you pull out". Sounds like you are not joining the sellers and are staying put, BUT YOU MAY DISAGREE with that statement.
Dino
As long as I was brought up in your post....
This is a decision. Either you believe in TORVEC and you stay put, or you pull out.
Stock message boards are probably the worst thing that were ever invented. People actually make decisions on whether to buy or sell on some anonymous post. Amazing.
Personal decision on where to park your money, and I have chosen to park it here.
Whatever you choose, wish the best.
Dino
Yunier,
I trust your judgement. Patience will be rewarded with Zeng.

My answer is not a popular one. The evidence is partially in the confidentiality agreements.

Dread I'm on board with "With due respect, this is what we've heard for 10 years now"
I am frustrated with that also. I guess the difference with me is that I am of the thought that no time table can be placed to reach the MOST desired results. Not saying I am right, just the businessman in me.
I am not on board with personal remarks about people involved with the company who obviously are prohibited from responding.
I am not trying to make an enemy. Have a good weekend Dread.
Dino
Foolish comments made here.... top of the list "just raffle the stuff off" Very glad that is not an individual shareholders call. Boy is that stupid.....
insiders can live comfortably on Torsen royalties, the company becomes more like a hobby. If anyone can convince me that Torvec is being run as a hobby, PLEASE TRY.
"Get me x$ per share and I'm out of here" NO COMMENT other than there is a sell button.
There was a time LONG AGO when only invest what you can afford to go out and burn in your driveway APPLIED.Of course that was when Torvec was a nobody and no one of major significance WANTED TO converse with Torvec. They are now lining up at the door. I expect to be turned into the SEC for that comment, so I may as well say it again. THEY ARE NOW LINING UP AT THE DOOR.
Life is good, they'll "get er done" faithful supportive Torvec longs.

Ah Mikey, you remember our conversation from months ago. Patience is so important. Got the girlfriend in today at .0268. Hope all is well....
