Marathon Pick List as of 2/19/07: RLTR, LBWR, TRGD and NVMG
Brikk, thanks for stopping by. DPDW looks pretty solid, VERY impressive client list and looks to be pretty sweet share structure. When are the AFs expected? Will check it out some more. Thanks.

Briboy, is a pretty solid number and with no side effects (wow). Sorry to hear about your motor neuropathy, I really hope that XKEM can be the difference maker. XKEM is trying to create drugs in areas that currently have no treatments and it's always a difficult proposition, but solid science always wins in the end. BTW, are any of the 1.4B float restricted?
I used to be invested in ETIM as well and got tired of the constant dilution and actually sold for a loss a couple of weeks prior to the explosion last week :(.
-k
rheddle, I love the play too and completely agree with your analysis. Looking forward to the bags :).
-k
brikk, I like your comparison to ACGI. With that perspective a R/M with a company with even $1M in revs will give us multi bag gains. The bottom line seems to be that we're very undervalued at the moment and positive news of any kind will cause an immense run.
-k
Briboy, I like your realistic view of the XKEM play :). Unfortunately Africa is one of the proving grounds for most biotech companies, due to the lack of restrictions etc. I think the FDA will be another challenge, however if the drug shows good efficacy in use for current patients, the heavy lifting would mostly be done. I wonder what the results are with Sickle cell patients currently on the drug? GLTY.

*Sprint* play for Tuesday: METP
Shell play with news supposedly on the way. Kip Eardley the CEO of the shell was looking to R/M with a company with revenues of $10M-$30M/year. This is based on discussions by Ed Frankie with him late last year:

The most recent DD was provided by brikk on Friday:

If you can get in at .055 or less, you might be able to bank a double IMO. Lots of buzz this weekend so might gap up, be careful with entries.
Full Disclosure: I own shares in METP at an average of .05.
LOL. Nothing like telling attorneys the way it should be.
-k
HA! Actually, I didn't know the meaning and that is why I googled and posted it for my own edification. Talking to lawyers...I bet you suffered from dry mouth at the end of the day ;). I've got a few attorneys in the family and they just don't shut up.

Briboy on XKEM:
At first glance, the product Nicosan seems to have a lot of promise. Does it have FDA approval in the US as of yet? If so what phase is it in clinical trials? Seems to have a high AS and OS count at 3.5B and 1.4B respectively at the end of Oct 06. Do you have any more up to date figures? Looks like some heavy dilution from the run early last year. XKEM seems to be a PR machine, however a good column from the Economist as well.

Tina M, welcome to the board. Res ipsa loquitur is a rule of evidence which has the effect of requiring the defendant to prove that he was not negligent in certain circumstances. Google is great isn't it? Do you have any stocks you wish to share with the board? BTW, I love your siggy :). SL sure puts out the great quotes.
Is this a good stock? LOL.
test
Now that is a nice looking chart.
Lowman, volatility is good IMO, it shakes the weak hands out. We need that to build a nice solid base for the future. Hope your having a good long weekend.
-k
Briboy thanks for stopping by. I've had similar experiences to yours and have bought too late and sold to soon on many a occasion. The stuck/bag holder phenomenon is very common in pinky land unfortunately. The goal here is to provide some solid picks that you can feel comfortable holding and adding to over time. Thanks for bringing XKEM here, will follow up with some analysis later in the am.
-k
Welcome to the board. The goal of this board is to help investors and traders alike find stocks that can appreciate considerably from their entry points. The opening marathon picks for this board are 1) LBWR and 2) RLTR. Both these companies have promising technologies, nice share structures and solid management. These companies wont make you rich over night, but have a greater than average chance of upward price momentum in the weeks and months to come.

LOL, yes.
METP could potentially breakout next week. One of the board moderators Brikk got confirmation from the Kip (owner of the shell) that financials for the R/M company will be posted early next week. With 12M OS and ~7M float, the stock will do quite nicely when the news is announced. Also, the company that they plan to R/M with is in the $10M-$30M in revenue/year per conversations late last year. GLTY.

Now there is a niche - a 24X7 exchange.
-k
DSD, IMO the short covering will start in earnest when their positions are 100% under water, so I would guess we are looking at around .02. That's when the real gains will be had, we need a breakout over resistance at .015 and then there will be some crazy movement here.

METP is the closest to completing a R/M IMO. Check out the DD provided by brikk:

This is an email from Kip who is consumating the R/M. Kip was talking about R/M'ing with a company with revenues in the $10M-$30M range late last year. Could potentially lead to a share price in the $1-3 IMO.
-k
The buzz is getting deafening. Just need Kip to light the fuse now.
Have fun Rheddle, have some premium steak and an expensive bottle of red ;).
-k
If it works out and METP is a big hit, many traders will be flocking to PLSO next. So it could be a nice time to accumulate right here when it's cheap. I've pared down my position in PLSO to add to NVMG, but might scale back in over the next couple of weeks.
Very nice post Rheddle. A must read for new investors and we will have many next week.

Our market cap based on the ~12M OS as of Friday's close at .055 would put us at ~670K. Now if we get R/M'd with a company in the 10-30M range, we are looking at:
With no R/S:
15X-45X gains from .055 = (.82 - $2.47)
With a liberal 5/1 R/S:
(.16-.49)
With a crazy liberal 10/1 R/S:
(.08-.24)
Either way, we have awesome upside from here. My vote would be no R/S ;).
-k
EZ, thanks. So a good place to set a limit order would be in the .008-.009 range. I like the thought of adding more in that range.
-k
LOL.
EOM as a worst case maybe? It looks like news this week, once they have time to review and approve the financials, we should be good to go. My guess is news by Thursday or so...BWTFDIK.
-k
Fringe, you are sooo right. Confidence is your worst enemy. You are never as good as your best trade and never as bad as your worst. The key is to keep at the game....or maybe that's just stupidity.
-k
DSD, you are spot on. Blindly following others, leads to slaughter most of the time. It is important to have a base understanding of charts to spot good entry/exit points and make oneself confident in their positions. I'm a newbie to charts and I learn something new everyday. I like what I see in NVMG :).
-k
MWM, I agree. I know that Kip had mentioned to Ed that there might be a R/S (investor friendly) prior to the R/M, but with the low OS on this baby I think they might decide not to and just let her ride. That would be incredibly sweet.
-k
We gotta get lucky sometime Fringe :). I'm in PLSO and METP and hope one of the two hit, although my expectations are low (just due to the nature of the shell game). The buzz is definitely with METP that's for sure.
-k
HA! Thanks Starnes.
Keith,
Fringe and Dart are terrific chartists. Fringe posts his chart's on NVMG daily and I wanted to provide some outside perspective as well.
-k
Beauty chart Brikk. Small float very tightly held, news would blow this mutha.
-k
We have two of the best chartists on IHub Ken Goodrich and Lowtrade with positive comments on NVMG. They are two chartists that try to keep emotion at check and it is reflected in their work:
Ken has a B+ rating on it (pre-Gold Rush):

I like the teens, would love to purchase a few more on Tuesday. For purely selfish reasons I hope we don't get news till mid-day.
