boys and girls we are adding another line in the next 90 days per their lastest twitter...WTER keeps increasing volumes and new store entries...just imagine what happens if another customer is announced...
In what bank are you going to put your money to get the kind of gains possible with this stock
It is called growth. You get it at the good prices now and ride with the growth. Expansion = Growth.
Growth in size, growth in customers, growth in revenues for a little over a penny which can be compounded quickly.
One more point to make.
There was an attempt to breakout higher Friday as we were hitting .63.
Breakout could come at anytime actually. It's just a matter of when current holders begin adding to their positions along with any institutional investors getting in early and the entry of new investors or even the Reddit people. When you see a sudden volume burst whether premarket, early morning, ect. When you see the volume on the bid increasing in volume and in price at the resistance point then look for the breakout.
Agreed. Mid to late July. Could have some early entries that begin moving the stock up in anticipation of great news before then. I think any dips will be bought up quickly.
I'll add a little tidbit to the conversation..
When you hit yearly revenues between 40m-60m your looking at 1.50/1.75 pps...
News release of first month revenues for 2022 is going to move the needle exponentially if they are on the money and show they can meet the 100m goal for 2022 year. As we near that release I expect the pps to start moving higher in anticipation.
Watching for Surg to break into the .20's now
in the meantime i'll watch for the .18 mark. have fun
yes Brian has started buying again. bought 100K @.15
probably looking like a good 4th qtr. thumbs up
But in recent weeks, federal prosecutors based in Tampa began questioning their evidence, including whether Cox and two co-defendants actually did submit the adequate documentation for the program. On Sunday, the Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss the charges against Cox, Thomas E. Biddix and Leonard I. Solt, saying previously submitted "audio certifications" for participation in the telephone service program could qualify as sufficient to satisfy requirements.
Cox's attorney filed a brief saying the audio files should be considered adequate, particularly after a key leader of the Lifeline program acknowledged that between 2009 and 2011, audio files were acceptable.
The motion to dismiss notes that "This series of events raised new legal and factual questions about the evidence in this case." Prosecutors were further hindered because there were 1.4 million audio files to review.
That was about the time the other prosecutors -- from the Justice Department in Washington D.C. -- interviewed the former program director of the group that oversaw the federal Lifeline program. He notified them that between 2009 and 2011 the program accepted audio files as a form of certification in the program.
This was in direct contrast to what the government prosecutors had heard before. Since this meant there were roughly 1.4 million audio files the government had not gone through they initially asked the defendant for more time but were denied, forcing them to seek the dismissal. The charges were dropped without prejudice meaning the government can re-file at some point.
The case revolved around the charged men's ties to a company called Associated Telecommunications Management Service. They were accused of overstating the number of customers who qualified for subsidies.
The federal Lifeline program lowers phone bills for the poor by $9.25 a month. Phone companies screen the needy and are reimbursed through the fees of ordinary subscribers.
The prosecution had established, through interviews, that hard-copy records were required by administrators of the Lifeline program and maintained those were the only records that could be used in a defense.
But the defense contended that the audio files — such as telephone recordings — were also acceptable during the years in question, 2009 to 2011.
Further interviews suggested the prosecution could be wrong, which posed a problem because government investigators had not gone through all 1.5 million audio files collected.
Another fact for the board is that insiders were buying the stock @.09 and haven't bought anymore since the move up. Neither have they sold any. Just so you know
In a effort for the sake of truth this is what you should know
TAMPA —While a former Justice Department lawyer was announcing his bid to become Hillsborough County's top state prosecutor Monday, his last big federal case was gasping for air.
Until recently, Andrew H. Warren was lead prosecutor against three phone company owners accused in 2014 of siphoning $32 million from Lifeline, a program that helps poor people afford cellphones.
But on Monday, before jury selection started in Tampa, a federal district judge dismissed 12 counts of a 13-count indictment at the request of another Justice Department lawyer.
That left defendants Leonard I. Solt of Land O'Lakes and Kevin Brian Cox of Arlington, Tenn., no longer facing charges. Only a single mail fraud charge remained against Thomas Biddix of Melbourne, who once faced 18 assorted counts.
What happened? It related to record-keeping regulations for companies that participate in the program. But in short: New evidence contradicted old evidence, as Warren was on his way out.
yeah, i was waiting for it to bottom but I waited too long I'm afraid but i did begin buying today. I won't be surprised to see it at .25 shortly. I we get some good news I would not be surprised to see it break .30. The second move can be larger than the first was.
if any of you guys are on the ask at .175 and want to drop it to .16 i will try to buy it from you
Re-entered today....looks like we are heading for .20 and beyond
I have been keeping up with the insider buying for awhile. After the breakout Friday I checked to see if they sold. NO SELLING ! The stock at .10/.12 was ridiculous.
I won't be surprised to see surg hit .35 in the next move up
Can't tell you how many times I have seen these stocks breakout. The pressure from increasing revenues just builds and builds until you have a breakout. Of course they have to in order to increase pps.
Insiders been buying...did not sell in the run Friday...
Increasing revenues...undervalued with those revenues and it was just a matter of time...you could see it coming...
KA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM its finally happening. How can this not be a 2.00 stock. Breakout
Get this. I also read that this company had like 125 million in revenues for the first half of the year and they said their pipeline is growing.
When I think that usually the third and fourth quarters can be very strong quarters I just get giddy over this stock. The doors could get blown off this low stock price any day. This thing could bounce up 1.00 with institutional buying
Whoa. What have I discovered. 68 million in revenues for the second quarter. Plus .07 profit per share. Man o man this is truly undiscovered territory here. This baby hit 1.04 yesterday. I mean, how is this stock trading at a low of 1.04 and not 5 or 6 dollars a share. Imagine if this stock was a biotech stock. This thing could be 15 to 20 a share if it was a biotech stock. Welcome to the world of an obvious overlooked stock.
Time to start conversation on this one back up. 100% upside potential from here.
It's breakout time with the release of the current earnings release.
It's my opinion based on the revenues and profits reported that any day this stock will be over 1.15 and then with the way the stock trades we will move to the 1.45 area before moving on to 2.00.
One way to look at the company selling these shares at these prices is that the shares can be scooped up quickly at these attractive prices. Lots of cash to carry them through to some of their next targets. Buy out could come at any time or as they near good news from other trials.
I expect VBIV to trade in premarket or at the open @ 1.05 or above then hope to move it over 1.10. Good movement was going on Friday and buying held up to the close.
Institutions have the money to move VBIV far away from here and lose resistance of the penny people as it moves higher. They were buying. They are not ignorant. Good luck this week. VBIV could move to 1.25/1.35 area pretty quickly. Biotechs are hot right now and institutions are picking them up from what I have read lately.
