Some people have some gaps to fill..........I don't know about the digger though.
Cliff...........question for you. You state you are a big trader, currency, options, blue chips, etc. Since you don't own any e.Digital anymore, why are your here? Wouldn't it make more sense or cents for you to be on those types of boards, instead of the POS as you now like to call it?
It just amazes me as to someone with your financial savvy to spend so much time here.
Oh, my Yahoo just showed it down four cents.......from the 34.5 cent close.............go out and buy some more would you?
The price dropped four cents? What's up with that?
Now it is NOt Really.........need to get to 43210 instead of 43201...........so, what's the topic today? Hospitals, or Nursing Homes, Breweries, Theaters?
almost a grub
Actually the phone and make-up lines were tongue in cheek......if you know what I mean......Nothing more, nothing less.....
Would have liked too, but had to go to work...nice grub whomever got it......
edit: another full house....who'da thunk?
You know..........I was PMing someone just a while ago, talking about the cruise ship thread. I was typing down bus stations and greyhound buses which would be better than a cruise ship, when my fingers typed out Cracker Barrel restaurants.............now that would be a perfect fit for cross country travelers........stop a a CB, pick out your favorite movie and drop it off at the next CB. It would be great for the kids..........keeps them from asking "are we there yet"..............and if you are a single driver, keeps you off of your cell phone, or doing your make-up.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Full House Grub
After reading through the majority of the posts regarding the IFE on cruise ships..........all I can say is who cares! Realisticly thinking, no, I don't think they well be big on the ships........but to keep posting on the merits or non merits of a 7 inch screen is really quite entertaining. Evidentially a slow day with not much to beat up, I guess.
The thing is;
Money is coming in, the doors are open..........things are looking a hell of a lot better than they have.
But there are still those that will find something wrong or bad about anything...........that's just human nature.
I will continue to hold and buy occasionally. I appreaciate all the information that has been so graciously afforded us. Some I take with a grain of salt, others I take with less than that.
Bottom line is: This is a very volatile stock and you may lose all or you may gain mucho much............I'm opting for the latter.
Have a great weekend and drive safely
Hey Fred, good post............thank you.
You remember Carnak? He was all knowning.............
If these conditions existed in a NASDAQ stock, it would be downgraded by analysts. Continuous revenue streams and margins are extremely important to most investors.
Spin it Cassy........No, they aren't a Nasdaq stock, but things are looking better every quarter. Just what did you expect, that they would be in the black this quarter?
Give it a rest with the S-3 as well, you have beaten that horse dead so many times that all that's left is the hooves.
BTW, isn't the clock ticking?
We probably won't hit a million shares traded today, but not bad volume none-the-less. It would be nice to see it end the week up 4-5 cents, but who nose.
some of the old headsets being phased out at WDW
and what the new headsets will look like
and what happens if it is too tight on your head
Cliff, why are you so bitter? How do you know that the CC was only listened to by shareholders? Is your golf game in a slump?
I felt the CC was very well run and quite informative. They answered a majority of the questions asked and didn't really muck it up like the last one. Time will tell where this company is going, but it doesn't appear that they will be closing the doors anytime soon.
It is nice to see the volume picking up in an upward style instead of the downward spiral we've been accustomed to.
Wake me when we hit a buck!!!!
Well, it seems that everyone enjoyed the Webcast.....with a few exceptions. Be interesting to see what the price does today. I see the financials haven't been released by the SEC yet, power outage must be the culprit.
Just think of the poor repair guy fixing them
Hey, is anyone going to the chatroom for the CC?
Did he review the O1000?
Annie, it will be interesting to see what and if any of those questions get answered. They all seem very well thought out, hopefully RP & FF can get time to practice speaking clearly so we may hear their answers.
Great job Todd!! Alot of time and thought went into that.
Wi-Fi's Quiet Revolution
By Rex Moore (TMF Orangeblood)
August 8, 2003
Many who are looking for "The Next Big Thing" in technology think they've found it in Wi-Fi. They may very well be right, but as The Wall Street Journal rightly points out today, don't expect it to spur any great revival of the tech sector.
Short for "wireless fidelity," Wi-Fi offers users untethered broadband access to the Internet in a wide variety of places. This is the technology that allows you to surf the Web on your laptop computer in McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) and Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX), for instance. SBC Communications (NYSE: SBC) announced this week it's expanding Wi-Fi's reach to 6,000 hotels, airports, and convention centers over the next three years. Verizon (NYSE: VZ), BellSouth (NYSE: BLS), and others are expected to follow suit.
It's not a stretch to imagine that someday relatively soon, most Internet access will take place via some form of Wi-Fi. So why isn't it creating a sonic boom? The Journal says the tech sector has moved from the "perpetual sense of revolution that permeated the Internet bubble," to "the elite titans co-opt[ing] breakthroughs accomplished by others."
In short, Wi-Fi won't be sparking the type of revival that allowed Microsoft (NYSE: MSFT) and Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) to rise from small startups to tech behemoths during the PC revolution of the 1970s, aided by disinterest from leading firms such as IBM (NYSE: IBM).
Instead, established giants such as Intel (NYSE: INTC), Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), and Microsoft have met the challenge head on. Cisco recently bought out Wi-Fi component maker Linksys Group, for example. Meanwhile Intel's heavy promotion of its Centrino processor likely played a factor in Intersil's (Nasdaq: ISIL) decision to exit the Wi-Fi chip business it dominated.
Wi-Fi equipment maker Netgear (Nasdaq: NTGR), spun off by Nortel Networks (NYSE: NT) in 2000, pulled off a successful IPO last week. But it may prove to be one of the few small fish able to survive with the sharks.
Do you agree with the Journal's assertion that very few small companies will reap big Wi-Fi rewards? If not, which stocks have the best chance to benefit? Drop by our Wireless World discussion board and have your say
I hope our PR person didn't catch hell for having the wrong year!!! Hate to see her cry, that would be terrible.
What did you want.........chirpass? Since you are Canadian.... and I'm not.
For you: make sure you sit and spin.....it will help with the soap
Hey that's pretty cool..........
Cliff, looks like the price is going up. Why's that?
This may be a little off topic, but better than some of the drivel being posted........hype or not.

Patriot Scientific Awarded Key Patent For Fundamental Microprocessor Technology
Thursday August 7, 2:52 pm ET
Company's Patent Rights Substantially Strengthened
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC - News), developer of key microprocessor technologies and scalable Java solutions for mobile products, today announced that it has received an additional patent for fundamental microprocessor technology currently in widespread use. United States Patent #6,598,148 B1 has been granted for PTSC's variable speed clock acceleration technology for RISC and CISC processors. The patented technology not only bolsters PTSC's licensable microprocessor IP portfolio, but further strengthens the company's patent rights.
Future patent grants are expected that will further expand PTSC's rights within these fundamental technologies.
Jim Turley, editor of "Silicon-Insider" and previous editor of "Microprocessor Report" and a member of the company's Scientific Advisory Board, said, "After analyzing PTSC's patent, I'm certainly impressed with its range of coverage, basically representing the dominant means of accelerating internal microprocessor clock speeds."
Jeff Wallin, president and CEO of PTSC stated, "This is an important patent grant as it further validates our early innovation of key processing technologies that are ensconced in our IP portfolio. It not only gives our customers an extra measure of certainty in terms of our products and the technology but it substantially strengthens the validity and scope of our patent enforcement efforts."
Because of the breadth of the company's patent portfolio coupled with the size of the market benefiting from the company's protected technologies, the company is pursuing an intellectual property compliance program targeted at hundreds of companies using microprocessors with internal capabilities greater than 120 MHz. This is estimated to be in excess of a $200 billion market. Beatie and Osborn LLP, one of America's most prestigious law firms, represents the company's licensing and enforcement objectives.

I rode one of these planes already ... this has nothing to do with EDIG. Stop PUMPing the company.
Don't you mean, "you rode in one of these planes"? Otherwise you may not have seen the device, since the windows are very small...........and I'm sure it was very windy on the outside.
Casssy, if you want it verified................you know what to do. Do it yourself.
Point well taken, but with no news out of any kind, isn't the same thing being hashed, smashed and rehashed? I'm just as frustrated as the next, and I feel that management should be replaced. I've said that quite a while ago, but it doesn't do me any good harping about it all of the time.
As for your last question...........I doubt it, she's blind
It appears that the topic today is the sorry state of affairs with management at the home office. Wasn't this topic covered before? Kinda like my moniker at the bottom of this post.
Smile, sniker, yada,yada,yada
Wouldn't that be nice if something like that happened to "little ole' e.Digital"
Wouldn't it be nice to post something from "e.digital" sometime? The silence is deafening for way too long a time.
Can't someone make up some fantastic rumor, like:
"e.digital has formed an partnership with Caterpillar to supply a new Powered by e.Digital backhoe?
We have to do something to get out of this hole.

SBC sues to halt music industry subpoenas
Thursday July 31, 6:40 pm ET
By Andy Sullivan
WASHINGTON, July 31 (Reuters) - SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE:SBC - News). said on Thursday it had filed suit to stop a flood of recording-industry court orders that seek to track down Internet users who might be illegally copying music.
SBC subsidiary Pacific Bell Internet Services sued the Recording Industry Association of America (News - Websites) in federal court in San Francisco, saying the music industry trade group has been overzealous in its pursuit of suspected song-swappers.
The RIAA has issued more than 1,000 subpoenas to SBC and other Internet providers over the past few weeks, seeking to find the names of those who use "peer to peer" services like Kazaa and Morpheus to copy music, movies and other files from each others' hard drives for free.
The trade group says a digital-copyright law requires Internet provider to comply, and a federal court in Washington agreed this spring.
But an SBC spokesman said that ruling has opened the floodgates to hundreds of questionable subpoenas from anybody who claims that their copyrighted material is being illegally distributed.
Pac Bell has received 207 requests from the music industry to turn over the names of some of its customers, one request from a pornography company for the identities of 59 customers, and more than 16,000 warnings from an independent copyright investigator, the company said in its suit.
"The action we are taking is intended to protect the privacy rights of our customers," SBC spokesman Larry Meyer said.
"It's about the fact that anyone can without any effort obtain one of these DMCA subpoenas," said Meyer, referring to the 1998 Digital Music Copyright Act.
The RIAA said it had already settled such questions in a court battle with Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ - News) earlier this year. Verizon is currently appealing that decision.
"Pac Bell is simply recycling many of the same arguments already raised and twice rebutted by a federal court," an RIAA official said. "It's unfortunate that they have chosen to litigate this, unlike every other ISP (Internet service provider) which has complied with their obligations under the law."
Meyer said the Verizon decision only contemplated whether the subpoenas should be issued or not and did not address how they should be handled. For example, the RIAA has filed all its subpoenas in Washington even though Pac Bell is based in California, he said.
Also named in the suit were San Francisco pornography firm Titan Media and copyright investigator MediaForce.
RIAA members include AOL Time Warner Inc.'s (NYSE:AOL - News) Warner Music; Sony Corp.'s (Tokyo:6758.T - News) Sony Music; Vivendi Universal's (Paris:EAUG.PA - News; NYSE:V - News) Universal Music Group; Bertelsmann AG's (BERT.UL) BMG; and EMI Group Plc (London:EMI.L - News).
