He’s original from Canada and he’s a big hockey fan...we chatted about the Golden Knights and I invited him to a game...
I think everyone is overthinking it...he’s probably excited that hockey is starting up soon and he’s a MapleLeaf fan
Bravo! Well said...
Whats funny is you guys bring up one of the many problems blockchain and cryptocurrencies will solve someday soon I hope...Data443’s technology will help assist in the ability for lower fees and instant transfers, safe and secure world wide. Existing data protection software companies like Varonis will need to re-write their software to comply with new laws and technology without infringing on existing patents...
Bill Gates in ‘98, when asked what he worried about, he didn’t say the obvious, which is "My competitors, Netscape, or Oracle or Apple." He said "I worry about someone in a garage inventing something that I haven’t thought of."
WC...I don’t know the answer to that yet. I haven’t had time at work to properly research that yet. However, from what I’ve seen there is not much competition in this area for Wordpress GDPR Compliance plugins. Codelite is a first class company in the Wordpress Plugin development industry and the exposure Data443 gets from this association is incredible. Especially to many government and corporate contracts.
Dr...I’m sorry but I need to intervene...Wordpress was original created as a blogging platform but has evolved to much more. Many companies of all sizes use Wordpress including mine. Well known large companies such as Sony, Disney, Facebook Newsroom, The New York Times, Target etc...all have Wordpress websites. Wordpress is the most used website format in the world. I have also built many Wordpress sites from the ground up with multi functions including design panels and full shopping carts.
Bro...I’m referring to his past post predictions when he would guarantee a share price based on his many years of chart experience...which I believe he has...but some of us are also professionals in our field and know that it takes more then one thing to build a successful business...it takes teamwork, experience, timing and luck...a football team can have the best quarterback in the world but take away his offensive linemen and tell me how good the team is going to be this year...
Great stuff HH...I think you’re using very conservative numbers...thank you for explaining it so clearly
Nice work MC...thank you
Thank you HH for all your due diligence, hard work and for sharing proof that backs up what you say. I look forward to someday getting together and having a beer. Cheers! Long & Strong Team Data443 Investors Club
It's insane when you hear about these IT companies selling in the billions especially a company like Duo Securities who no one has heard of and is 7 years older then our Data443. Those two companies combine employ close to 30,000 people. Plus, the point TimeTravelerdos makes about Apple being worth more than $1 trillion after almost going bankrupt. Here's a company that sits around and says hey let's remove functions from our product. We'll skip a number and market it as the iPhone X. Charge our customers a ridiculously high price to beta test our newest ideas...oh, while we are at it let's throw in that talking emoji function to make it look like they are getting something special...Every time Apple introduces something new it's like a science experiment and whoever could afford it are their lab rats.
How funny C...we were writing about the same thing at the same time...Great minds think a like!
H2...I think you missed my point completely. Everyone refers to Microsoft, Apple and Google when referencing IT businesses. How about the endless amount of software companies that most of us have never heard of? Just to strengthen my point and make it a little closer to our LDSR comparison...I'll continue to use Michigan to prove my point. Check out a little software company called DUO Securities. To save you a Google search the company is a security software company founded by two guys in 2009. They created a two step verification security software. Depending on when you read this post the deal could already be completed. They are in the process of selling to Cisco for 2.35 billion dollars. My point is that's two separate IT software companies just from Michigan in the last 7 days selling for close to 6 billion dollars. Further more, I'm willing to bet no one in here has ever heard of either one of those companies. So when referencing my posts, please try not to mistake facts as lipstick. Thank you.
HH...always enjoy what you have to say...can't PM...However, my email is Tjargi at AOL...thank you in advance
BD....Outstanding research...Now we need our finance experts to translate this for guys like me. Thank you pal
Just to add a little fact to your extremely limited IT reference of Microsoft & Apple...why not include the Troy Michigan based IT company Syntel that just sold for 3.57 billion last week? I'm sure you're aware of that IT software company which started with one guy, his wife and a initial investment of $2,000. Now trading publicly above $40.00 a share.
Manipulators...I mean Market Makers are still at lunch
Wow, that sounds unique...wonder how much a 900 tonne elephant is worth?
Why wouldn’t SVB just say ok...we are going to fly commercial this trip instead of private and pay off the $125,000 note?
Nicely done my friend...thank you
Great post C...Amazing, all the answers are right in front of us...thank you for bringing that forward...
Brattle...what happened? The last week of July you completely changed your opinion. I'm just curious why?...
HH...what's happening here is awesome. In all my years of watching IT companies go from nothing to multi-billion dollar companies overnight. I have always just read about it afterward. Never before have I been this close and personal to a company with so much potential like Data443. Last year all the IT publications were talking about was how data security and blockchain technology will be the next biggest thing setting the pathway to use of cryptocurrency and many other things that could not be secured on our existing infrastructure. IT analysts and professionals have been predicting the next 5 years will be revolutionary and we will see the largest growth of new IT companies in history. They predict this will produce the worlds first trillionaires. Data443 is positioning themselves perfectly and conservatively for what's to come. Feels great to be a part of it.
HH...I asked a hypothetical question regarding this dilution everyone is crying about...since some people in here never like to focus on how much potential this company has or what we actually know to be true. I asked what is the worst case scenario based on the existing share structure? I believe this company is going to grow large and quickly so what I'm trying to understand is how to gauge the effects of dilution when we don't know what revenues are yet? I'm a little confused, I guess that's why I try and stick with the IT part of all this.
Since I’m pretty new at a lot of this can someone please explain...from what I understand dilution is when shares are moved to increase the O/S? So just for example and to help me understand it better. Let’s say all the shares are diluted and 8.8 billion shares are the new O/S. However, when the audited financials come out the value of the company jumps up to 8.8 billion dollars. Will that reflect a share price of $1.00 per share?
Thanks Bro...this can go up or this could go down...On this craps roll I’m betting with the shooter...either way it’s not going to change my life much except I’ll have more to give to charities...so far it’s been a heck of a lot of fun!
You make a valid point...Not many people will touch this stock unless things are cleared up through audited financials...In till then everything is hear say. Including all assumptions made in here. It’s like what came first the Chicken or the egg? The things we can help hedge our bet on is the up listing criteria.
It’s not really BS but nothing is official in till we see it on the record. I agree with that bro...Can someone please sticky the criteria to up list?
OK Dr...let's say this time you are finally correct...who cares if that's what they are doing? According to you the law firm, the IR firm and the advisors have no problem jeopardizing decades of business practice and reputations in exchange for being paid in stock shares. That is just a reminder to me how valuable these shares must be...thank you for your input.
Great stuff SV...thank you...This makes perfect sense for Data443. They have now almost completely surrounded the data security market. Todays business platform is cloud computing, websites and mobility. Jason is putting things together perfectly... Like Michael Angelo with a paintbrush. I've been wondering when they were going to introduce the mobility side. Check out Apples App store, type in AROLOC…"over 400,000 users around the world" Also in the Google Play Store...WoW...Perfect fit...I'm really excited about watching this company evolve...
I’m not disappointed...I’m actually excited....I get disappointed when I spray a cockroach with Raid and it keeps coming at me.
I’m laughing so hard the vice grip I have on my shares just got even tighter...the funniest part about it is they can show 100% proof and I still wouldn’t part with a single share. I think one thing we can all agree on here is the potential of this IT company can be in the billions very quickly.
I think I also read that somewhere in the book ‘Investing For Dummies’ what does your text book say about holding support above the required level to up list after the company sends a pr telling the investors exactly what they plan to do?
Thanks HH...I know you mentioned in the past that you own a business and you’ve been a stock investor for a long time...just curious what kind of business are you in if you don’t mind me asking? I appreciate your contribution to this board.
Do they need to meet all the criteria before submitting the application....including the audit, advisory board etc...?
HH...what people are forgetting when they get all caught up in the share structure and say...”Oh, well this will never be another Microsoft” They need to keep in mind that Data443 is cornering the market. What I mean when I say that is they are creating a product that works on multiple devices and platforms. For example... The medium size company I manage has lets say 300 employees. Well, I manage over 900 computers. Keep in mind some employees carry a phone, tablet & laptop plus they have a desktop at the office. These days all our phones are computers as well. So they would need 4 ClassiDocs monthly licenses. When I buy OS systems or office from Microsoft I only purchase it once per device. For now anyway, till they get me to go to office 365. Plus, Microsoft has huge overhead. Makes the share structure look a lot smaller then the potential growth possibilities in the business and consumer market to me.
Thank you for your concern. However, I’ve also seen tech companies that have made so much money that they have to split their shares and pay dividends to avoid fines. So I can tell you as fact that big company IT professionals who use VRNS are not happy. What’s happening is the product is not working and when they try to hire them to fix it, Varonis is so backed up with work. These large companies can’t even pay them to get the product to work. Plus, most don’t even realize that VRNS may not even be able to fix it. This is forcing companies to look elsewhere. However, because of the complexity of some software systems this is not easy to do. This is time consuming and very costly. Some need to hire outside professional consulting firms who specialize in this. I’m hearing this more and more all the time.
I agree HH...Data443 is cornering all of the GDPR data markets. Partner vendors, websites, direct sales, financial institutions, healthcare, Citrix and licensing agreements....this stock is a sleeping giant about to waken...a tech company that people will say...how the heck did I not see that coming...I’m looking forward to everyday...all the best pal, Tom
I think all we know at this point is that Jason want's to up list LDSR. We all agree that one of the qualifications is for this is to remain above .01 for a consecutive period of time. It looks to me like that's exactly what he's doing. As for the rest...well, when you come to my house for pasta...I cook my sauce for at least 3 hours maybe longer. It has to be perfect. I don't care how hungry you get or how good the aroma is...You need to wait in till it's just right and ready...Ciao
Yes WC, I’m trying to get an idea of how PLR may proceed with Data443. I feel the same as a few others in here when it comes to an RS. I think we are more likely to see that later on down the road if needed to up list the company to the NASDAQ.
I think these next couple weeks are going to be interesting and looking forward to good things for all to come.
