Dunno...
Maybe, Maybe So...
Besides, VNDM only moved one tic up. So, that MM is still there.
He's on .0003.
I am not sure if he is "gone", per say - like I said, he sits at .0003 now. I do believe I know who that is and it isn't dilution that we are seeing, but rather a note holder dumping what they have left. They've dumped a lot already, he probably doesn;t have much left(?)
I was sent an email by Telecorp's new IR firm (Vital Media LLC - Jonathan Hall) and am waiting their response to see if it is okay to re-post it here for all of you to read. It isn't 'insider knowledge', but I like to get permission before I re-post/share anything that I have been given. As soon as I hear back, I will share it right away.
Heritage Corp. Services is no longer the IR/Investor Relations Firm for Telecorp. Too bad to as Jeff (Owner) and I had a great relationship and he was someone I really enjoyed talking to and sharing with.
**I do not know why he left and it is none of my business anyway. I respect Jeff, so I will no longer comment on him.
Really hoping this thing moves in June.
**IF EmPath and EFIR completes the deal [which I suspect that they will], then we should see EFIR move - maybe a tic or two up. IMO, it will take a lot to get this to .001 and there may even be a R/S by then, but I truly believe that EFIR will move a bit. Obviously, this is all speculation on my part, but a healthy estimation on my part as well.
Dennis would not have even attempted to get EFIR moving if there wasn't a strong desire. He wouldn't waste the time or money.
Good things are on the way, guys. Hold on for a bit longer and be patient for a bit longer. I believe all longs here will be rewarded shortly.
Something is going on (Obviously) and it appears that Dennis is setting up for a major move somewhere. IMO, what ever it is that is happening behind the scenes, involves, or will involve BOTH MNVN and EFIR.
Hello, JD.
How are you my old friend??
No worries, man. I've been busy too and have not been in contact with anyone much really....
I'm with you, mate. Indeed....
Email sent back, mate
fahrenheitjules,
Email me sometime, mate...

Come May 22nd, 2015 (*By this Date), we will read in a PR that substantial progress has been made in the EFIR and EmPath Towers deal and if not signed by then, will be by or in June 2015.
According to this News Release/PR [linked below], the deal between EFIR and EmPath Towers is expected to be completed within the next 45 days with the starting date commencing on April 8th, 2015.
What would you like to wager that the EFIR and EmPath deal will be inked??
Then you can wait until June, when the deal with EmPath will be finalized and there no longer will be any question as to whether the deal is legit or not.
I already know that it is....
Because regardless if I post an 'update' I get from Joe, both Joe and I will be called and/or labeled liars.
As my good friend JD often said, I'll let the FACTS do the talking for me.
Well, I've been in touch (quite a bit, actually) with one of the IR firms for Telecorp recently. I have a pretty good idea what is going on and why VNDM are at where they are at. I believe, very much so, that VNDM is a note holder/shareholder for Telecorp who once was Telecorp's IR firm. They are duming what they have left, so they do not really care where the price is.
We do not know how many shares they have left to dump to get out, but it can't be too many any more.
Supposedly over $100,000 US Dollars...
Yeaaahhh.....Riiighht. lolzzz
SELL!!!! SELL!!!!! SELL!!!!!!!
WNTR 'Bout to Fall to .0001!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isn't it do or die here with the three acquisitions that Telecorp made? I mean, isn't there a deadline that was given in several PRs that Telecorp would close deals on all three business deals by the end of April, 2015?
Hello, Steven52. GREAT to see you, mate....
I hold stock in MNVNs sister company 'EFIR'. Hoping things turn for the better there myself.....
Anyone contact Joe or Dennis recently?
I have yet to call Joe this week; I've been so busy lately. And, I'm not sure what much of anything else he can say. So..yeah.......
Unfortunately, the IHub 'Breakout' board is hardly any indication of how well or bad a stock is doing in terms of.....anything. All the breakout board is an indication of is the number of posts made on a particular message board within IHub in a certain amount of time.
LOL!!!!
My question is, however, - how would the SEC get a persons email address? The email looked and appeared to be completely legit to me.
I didn't. Another I speak to did.
Anyone else get an email from the SEC requesting info about your/ones involvement with this stock? How would they get your email addy unless through your broker, right?
Nit,
'Ole' is just one Broke Azz.
Haven't called. Long day yesterday.
If I should ever contact Joe, esp after posting on here that I would be contacting him, I will post here within 24 hrs of talking to him should I have spoken to him. But, as of yet, I have not spoken to him.
My day is clear today, so I will be calling today.
Per the MNVN (EFIR Sister Company) Message Board:
**Thanks goes to 'crude_dude' for posting it on the MNVN Message Board
**This News is not directly related to EFIR, however, it is indirectly related as all of Dennis' (Dennis Alexander - CEO) companies affect one another in one form or another.
crude_dude, I am going to share this over at the EFIR board. Thank you, mate....
I'll attempt to call Joe Vasquez (Investor Relations for EFIR) tomorrow to get my weekly, bi-weekly update, but I'm not sure what he'll be able to share with me. I'm more than positive that if there were news, it would be released in the form of a PR. What I do know, and what I shared last week, is that there is more news on the way for EFIR as it pertains to EmPath Towers.
Fellow traders/investors - At this point, one can but only be, or remain, optimistic because let us be honest here, there is only one way EFIR can go, and that is up.
Joe has said that a R/S would eventually take place, and we all knew that would happen at some point anyway, but I will take Joe's word for it that the R/S will occur, but it will at a time when things are looking more positive for the company. Right now, a R/S would simply destroy EFIR, or what is left of it.
Like I said, I will attempt to call Joe Vasquez tomorrow. I will share on here what he is able to share with me regarding EFIR. Besides, personally, I like Joe. We get along very well and have great discussions and many of them (our conversations) have nothing to do with EFIR or any of Dennis' companies. While I like to maintain a professional approach, I've always enjoyed having a laugh or two as well.
My opinion of EFIR is that it will run at some point this spring or summer. Run meaning it will move a few ticks 'north', and hopefully in to the .001 range before a R/S.
I would also like to see EFIR be bought out by another, much larger - more notable company. Why?? Because it would be beneficial to all of us, including Dennis. And who would buy such a company like EFIR?? Heh, many of you would be surprised at the companies out there (foreign) looking for a (American) shell so that they could be traded on a US sanctioned stock exchange, even the OTC. I've seen it done many-a-times.
^^^
I know if Joe read that, he'd probably disagree with me, lol, but you never know. I'm just hoping for better days ahead for us here at EFIR - as well as for those over at MNVN.
.
To the FBI??
I'm sorry, mate, but they could care less about Telecorp. UNLESS Paul is pulling a "Wolf on Wall Street", they could care less. And it takes A LOT to prove that, IF he were.
Yeah, I've seen that, lol.
jcg, believe me, I am not at all impressed with Telecorp in terms of how it has been operated, at least the marketing end - which is what Paul specializes in. IMO, Paul is taking a company with a lot of potential and running it straight in to the ground.
R/S's aren't illegal, HOWEVER, writing and then releasing a PR stating that there will NOT be one and then do one (R/S) is. Why?? Because it would/will be argued that he released a PR stating no R/S to simply pull/suck in investors for the sake of doing another R/S. This is putting out false information. This is illegal. That and a few other things an attorney could find.
If Paul does R/S, I would suspect that there would be very big legal implications involved and it wouldn't be at all good for him or his company.
Again, this is PURELY HYPOTHETICAL at this point in regards to a 'buyout', however, *IF* TLNUF were to be bought out, the pps/price per share would depend on WHO, or which company, was buying Telecorp.
For example, if Oracle (a HUGE, very well-known software company) were to buy out Telecorp, you could probably expect for your life to change financially (for the better) over-night. Why? Because Oracle trades at $45+ per share and every company they own generates huge revenue, which would translate to a nice stock price for shareholders, which ever company that may be.
I mention the word(s) 'buyout' in the same sentence with Telecorp because it is stated in Telecorps website that a 'merge' or sellout to another company would be something Telecorp would consider. It is all a part of their business plan. This is why I believe Paul is attempting to acquire as many companies as he can. He (Paul) is looking to make Telecorp into a revenue generating company so that it would look attractive enough to other companies which then would give Paul & Company the opportunity to SELL the company to a much larger computer software company.
If you go to Oracle's website and click on their acquisitions, you will see a list of companies that Oracle acquired through-out the years. Oracle does exactly what Telecorp does and MANY companies that do what Telecorp does eventually get bought out by larger companies. So, I think, that is what Telecorp is aiming to do. Again - ALL IMO/IN MY OPINION.
Although I am extremely disappointed in the way this stock has performed, I do not believe a R/S will happen.
And although what I'm about to say sounds extremely and/or overly optimistic, I believe it is a big possibility in the future that Telecorp may have a buy back program.
Like I said several times in the past, I believe that the ultimate goal for Paul is to sell his company [Telecorp/TLNUF] to the highest bidder, a much more notable and publicly traded company like Oracle (for example). This is Completely IN MY OPINION.
Telecorp realizes that Investors now know that TLNUF is probably a scam.
Those tens of millions the other day were a 'dump' on to the bid at .0002, not buys. Now VNDM has moved down to .0002!?!?!?!! Someone (insider, most likely IR) knew this was coming, so they dumped before MM VNDM moved to .0002 on the ask.
