In case people missed this.
Nokia Corp. (NOK) said Friday it has signed a $970 million framework agreement with China Mobile Ltd.
The deal covers mobile network equipment, software and services for China Mobile's roll-out of fourth-generation mobile data services in 2014 and 2015.
China Mobile, by far the country's largest carrier, is plowing almost $7 billion this year into building its fourth-generation network as it strives to retain its top position on China's telecom market.
Nokia, which described the contract as a milestone in its partnership with China Mobile, said it started deliveries to the Chinese operator in the first quarter this year.

Yes it is worth it. SING is in now in 40 dispensaries where they keep 100% of the revenue. They are also in an additional 120+ dispensaries that are able to use their mobile marketing platform. Those numbers are going to continue to grow. Oregon, Alaska and Washington DC are voting on recreational use and Florida for Medicinal. Huge growth potential IMO and we're still just at the beginning of the birth of a multi billion dollar industry.
SinglePoint CEO Greg Lambrecht states, “We entered into the GreenStar Payment Solutions joint venture to speed our entry into the cannabis space. We now feel comfortable in our connections and knowledge to move forward in being a leading payment solutions provider to the recreational and medical cannabis industries.”
You promise? That would be great. I'm going to continue to be patient and confident cuz I heard that it is "Going to be a fun ride rest of the year". Sorry it didn't work out for you. They can't all be GW Pharmaceutical. Good luck man. Maybe you'll swing back through when the future is clearer to you. I'll still be here. Bought some more shares today. SING is a Bargain in my opinion. Maybe I'll get to buy some of your shares tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
SING a Long
Thanks for the update.
"Going to be a fun ride rest of the year"
Thank you sir. I love the new mantra!
"Going to be a fun ride rest of the year"
Done both. I haven't sat on the bid in a while. Been slapping that ask cuz I'm a believer. Accusing two people that you don't know of working together is also idiotic drivel. Paranoia will destroy ya.
Your right that was stunt who said good cop bad cop. You just accused Crisco and I of working together. Hilarious stuff man. Enjoyed that. Message boards got you pretty jaded huh? Sorry about that. The problem with your pumped PR theory is nobody at the company is selling. I agree that SING has floundered in the past. After that last run I sold my shares cuz I was annoyed at some of the stuff you've mentioned. But seeing that no one at SING was selling I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and take a second look at the company. Why is it wrong for a company to try different ways to raise revenues? SING was searching for an identity and trying to become profitable. They had a solid foundation with their mobile tech to build from. Now I think they have finally found their niche. I think the days of PR's they go no where are over. That is why I've been a buyer at these prices and will not sell my shares for at least a year or more. I appreciate your skepticism but you guys are busy criticizing them for where they've been and not realizing where they are going. And if you are buying at the same time as being critical than you are bashing. Meanwhile I'm buying today and still defending the company. I'm not trying to lower the price. You and stunt are already doing a great job at that. Thanks for all your hard work. I love grabbing those .013's! If your still here when SING takes off we can all meet up and celebrate. Have a good laugh. GLTA
I'm laughing even harder! This is some funny a** sh*t. Good cop bad cop!!! Whose the bad cop gus? The two of you are bashing and buying and then accusing two people that have never met of working together. I guess if you really look at it you and the stunted one are the bad cops bashing and buying and I guess that makes Crisco and Cog the good cop cheer leaders who are also buying. Crisco and Cog I like the sound of that. Btw I grab 40,000 shares at 0.0139 today. Psyched! My avg is now
0.0153 for the record. GLTY guys. Thanks for the laugh!
You're really going to base whether you buy or not on a guy who has a myopic view of what SING does? He's so hung up on the number of cashless ATM's he can't see the big picture. Here's a reminder of what SING does.
"SinglePoint provides mobile marketing and mobile payments via SMS (text) message. Create and direct targeted marketing campaigns through the interactive media of text message. Accept payments and donations from customers anywhere, anytime directly from their mobile device".
It's not just about point of sale. They are first and foremost a mobile marketing company who is positioning themselves to be the go to method of advertising for every dispensary in America! And he's right, they may not be technically in 140 Dispensary's for cashless ATM's but they are in a 140 dispensaries that could use their mobile marketing platform. And that number is growing every week. And will continue to grow for the foreseeable future. If you want to understand SING read everything Crisco writes. That guy clearly gets it. Or don't and sit back and watch what happens with this company. My prediction is we not only up list to the OTC but in 2 years we will be on one of the big boards. Just my opinion. GLTA.
You don't know me and my motivations so don't pretend like you do. I'm not a pumper I'm just positive in general and believe SING is finally onto something good. We'll see whose right in the long run. Yes most pennies are crap but occasional there are gems to be found. When I find what I think is a gem I invest and wait. Not every person on these boards are traders trying to pump the stock up. Some people actually believe in the company their investing their hard earned money in and want to protect their investment from negative people who can't see the big picture. Check my post history and see. I ask questions and defend a stock when necessary. And here I was thinking yesterday I had you pegged wrong. Thanks for making it clear to me.
That dude bought 28 shares twice! Big spender. Talk about being bullish!
You know my stance. I only care that the company is moving in the right direction. Doing good things to position themselves for the future. Build it and the investors will come. If you're investing then enjoy these cheap prices. Great time to accumulate as much as people can afford in my opinion. Going to be happy you did by the end of this year and overjoyed a year from now. Just my opinion. GLTA
Thanks for posting this. I was going to make this point last night on the message board that SING is not just a point of sale company. They offer services. They're not a one trick pony when it comes to garnering revenues. Excellent job keeping people informed. Thanks again.
Sounds like a good guess to me. Thanks for responding.
My only question is. If Greg didn't misspeak and SING really did buy Greenhouse why wasn't that clear in the PR or on Moneytv? Should we be expecting a new PR soon (tomorrow) or update on a new moneytv segment. That purchase is huge for the company. Seems strange that they wouldn't realize the last PR only said they bought Greenstar. It said nothing about Greenhouse. What am I missing here?
Awesome update! Thanks guys for passing along the info.
Buffet. Warren not Jimmy.
Anybody here planning on watching the webcast?
Best way to make money is to invest in a company that is growing. Regardless of stock price or the markets immediate reaction to news. Under the radar. When the MJ investors come in later this fall they're not going to care what the stock price was when SING announced they are now in 120 dispensaries. They will only care about the number of dispensaries. Nothing ridiculous about it.
If you were a true long you wouldn't care the markets reaction to SING announcing a quadrupling of their accounts. You'd say, way to SING for quadrupling your accounts. which can only bode well for their future and all of ours. I actually do believe you when you say you are long and you're probably just frustrated with the markets lack of reaction but relax man. This was awesome news! Accounts are up and we're in the final stages of up listing. SING's timing for up list should coincide with the votes for recreational in Oregon and Alaska and the medicinal in Florida. MJ sector is about to start another run IMO. Patience and a little more positivity will go a long way. Hang in there. Good things coming in my opinion.
The games being played here are obvious but SING is not a scam! That's what it sounds like you are saying. Is it? If so, prove it. If not than please clarify your post so people don't get that impression.
He claimed they sold their butts off. Oregon and Washington. Also remember they we're advertising on Leafly. Who knows how many sales came from that. Very little leg work. Very large exposure.
It just gives those of us in the know more time to take advantage of these prices. IMO. Pretty awesome to be flying under the radar when we get news like this. For the longs at least. Has to be frustrating to the traders amongst us. Patience gentleman. Ground floor going up.
installation of 6.5MW of solar systems, provided in part by Solar3D / SUNworks, which is currently in progress.
"In part" by solar 3D. That ends any speculation of sun works is doing all of the 6.5MW I've read here. Wonder who the other company is.
Makes sense. Get some preferred shares, collect a pay check and still do what he's already been doing. Minus the stress and responsibility of running your own company. We shall see. Wish I had the funds to buy more. Great entry point here IMO. Guess we'll get the Greenstar announcement first on Money TV. Maybe Greg will throw in another hint like he did last episode.
Pretty ridiculous that they set the ask below the current stock price. Can they be more obvious.
I think Pfizer will own Elite buy next year. Actavis first, then Elite. Just speculating.
It would make sense. Had to buy Greenstar to get ADCS out of the picture. Now they are free to buy greenhouse if mills wants to part with it. The purchase would be a great move. But if mills won't sell there is so much room for growth don't think it would be a big deal in the long run. IMO They've already made a ton of connections in the industry. And if Mills won't sell to them today he will eventually in the future when SING takes over the industry and greenhouse can no longer compete with their antiquated tech. All just my opinion of course. We shall see.
It better have changed. I thought that wasn't the best move with the JV. If As JGus is speculating SING buys Greenhouse too then it won't matter. Plenty of states coming online soon to grab market share from but I'd be really disappointed if we signed a non compete for CO. Very short sighted. I have a hard time believing Greg would sign a non compete that didn't have a time limitation attached to it. We shall see. I'm sticking around even if they did.
But like you said anyone can go out and buy those vodaphone point of sales machines. So for now it's just a temporary solution that SING can do. In the meantime SING can refine their platform to better cater to the industry and prepare for the inevitability. And now Colorado is open for business. And yes maybe they do buy Greenhouse and instantly grow accounts. All good IMO.
I think the JV was all about making connections in the industry. It's Who you know.
SING has it's own tech. Greenhouse is old tech. It's a bunch of ugly wireless POS (point of sales) machines. Big deal. Cannacard? Does Canna card have rewards on lockdown? It's just a name and a platform that isn't even live yet. A rewards program can come in many forms. What better way to track purchases than electronically through SING. Then offer rewards through the SING mobile platform. Greenstar rewards. I think Greg knows what he's doing. I think He realized he was the one working hard and signing up dispensaries. I believe now that he got his foot in the door and made the necessary connections it was better to go it alone. Greenhouse's payment platform is 20th century tech. SING has a 21st century payment system that can do everything the joint venture did and more. SING made their connections in the industry and now it's time to move on to bigger and better things. Time to grow! All just my opinion and speculations.
24 that we know of that we now get to keep 100% of the profits. Plus we are free to take over Colorado. Oregon and Alaska are next. It's awesome!!!
This could explain why the up listing seemed delayed. SING wanted to finalize this deal before filing the paper work. I think we'll get a lot more eyes when we up list. As awesome as this news is I'm not expecting a huge bump in stock price from it. Just not enough people watching. Could be wrong. If we don't Take advantage people. Accumulate now be happy you did later. Just my opinion. Good luck.
Awesome news everybody!

Now notice there is no mention of cannabis in the company's description of itself. A good reminder that SING is not putting it's eggs all in one basket. But even if they did the potential in the cannabis basket is incredible. Ground floor going up. JMO.
For anyone new to SING.

I think it's safe to say that with SING doing the MoneyTV spots, news is imminent. I'm sure Moneytv made them keep quiet for the first one. Just a Teaser. The host tried to wrap it up and instead of just saying, see you next time, Greg threw that acquisition hint out there. Good things on the horizon in my opinion.
I understand what you were trying to say. It's just with SING doing money tv spots we are going to have new people coming in and checking out the board. As an investor why would you even mention P&D's when you know this company isn't close to being one. Makes no sense or dollars. Why not talk about the good things? Like the low float, the billion dollar industry their apart of, ground floor opportunity, possible first mover status, etc. btw I'm not saying don't criticize them if that's your investing technique just don't bring up something completely irrelevant like P&D's. People have their hard earned money invested here! Thanks.
This is not a pump and dump! This is a company slowly building their business in an industry that is just getting started. Patience people.
