Is there any other MMs that would like to add themselves to the ask at 0.05 just to try and suppress this? lol
Desperately trying to short the hell out of this once more. We all know they'll back off and we'll run back up again soon.
The reasons you state are exactly why Big Tobacco would be interested. The opportunity to get a global reach at a bargain price.
The Exec Chairman came from Molsons and it was the CFO who came from Pinnacle wasn't it?
I understand O'Neill's pedigree but the CFO confuses me. I don't see the history that would help here but does someone else knows more?
O'Neill is not popular because of what he did at Molsons but you should never be in business to be popular. He seemed to make the right decisions to save the company and then packaged up the merger.
That one goes up and down in predictable movements so you have the choice to either stay in or play the game. VPOR on the other hand just seems to keep going down.
I'm with you on that one. I think all of us go through a learning cycle of holding stock too long when it's death spiraling like this one. It's a very painful lesson to sit and watch your money disappear tick by tick.
I bought back in yesterday thinking this had hit rock bottom and then sold at a small loss early this morning when it started crashing.
Bottom is not even in sight, the diluters kept moving down today and hitting the bid as it grew.
A new opportunity might arise when this finally hits bottom but I think it is game over personally, I'm not wasting any more effort and money on this one unless I hear good news.
Unfortunately I did leap in at 26s yesterday and had to jump out with a loss today but I'm glad I'm out for now watching this one. The 25s started being hit late in the day yesterday after I jumped in so that one was a surprise to me.
What a mess! I thought it might be a good time to rejoin VPOR yesterday but then when the support broke at 25s, this has gone into a death spiral. Now 22s are breaking, how low is this going to go?
Yup. It's 239m now.
Did someone just fat finger a 911 trade and do 931 instead? :)
If they would have smoked cigarettes and now vape instead, that's ok in my books.
You have got to be kidding me. Now smoking is ok? Luck or otherwise with the "cancer gene", lots of people who smoke get lung cancer. Advocating people to not vape and smoke cigarettes instead is irresponsible.
Usually 20 days. Not sure how long its been there now
Thanks! I'll come back in 6-8 weeks to buy some. For now this keeps being hit too hard
What's the betting that the next RS announcement will come first?
Lmao. Stealing territory...stealing shareholder funds more like.
Wow, I heard some really bad rumors about this one. I see it hasn't crashed yet?
In whose book is 21% a majority? Switch gears and try something else, this is not working
Exactly the point. And because they don't care about common shares in that type of company, RS doesn't mean anything to them. That's why its not logical here at ECIG
That doesn't make sense obviously. If they did own enough common shares to control the vote ( which they don't ) then why would they RS and screw themselves?
I know!!! What a bargain, won't be here much longer
Considering the OS has not changed, I would presume you are correct
Yes, OS unchanged since yesterday
Absolutely no conscience whatsoever. This goes top of my list of worst stocks I have ever seen. No way of making any money and killed many peoples hard earned cash.
I don't usually post negatives but there is nothing good to say about this one. Tanking so quick after yet another RS, smfh!
The run at that point wouldn't be hindered by that last dumpage because everyone would know what was happening. Let them bring it on, the bulls will takeover.
Flippers are OK, that just happens and the stock recovers. It's the short attacks that annoy me. I agree, I said the same a few days ago. 10-15% increases would be good progress.
Look at it this way, if the toxic debt hadn't caused a problem and dragged the price down from $20 to 5c, none of us would be interested and they'd be a NASDAQ stock. It's the dilution that created the opportunity here for a killing on a cheap stock.
All of the negative factors of ECIG are already built into the current price and they will start to go away giving us a huge advantage to get in low and make big bucks.
Confirmed, I just got the same. It is the same number as earlier today so I'm guessing that the diluters only update once a day, maybe in the morning. We could probably find out by mid-day tomorrow what the dilution was today but I'm guessing it won't be a high number, maybe 5 extra mill?
I like the way it stabilized today but I'd like to see it return to at least 0.07/0.08 because it was happily at that level before the shorting attack yesterday.
Sounds like ECIG products are big over there? I'm in Canada now so I wouldn't know.
Me too! Buying up ECIG like hot cakes!
Yup. Living in Canada now though. You?
I'm still not clear on how they update this but this shows a 7 mill increase since EOD yesterday
Latest OS - As of this email, our records indicate 230,976,653 common issued and outstanding shares
Hey Apostle! Good to see you here. Posts are relentless this evening
Wow. I needed cash elsewhere so i left today at my latest entry price. What happened? I see it crashed to 11s?
Correct. Also we obviously have a new CFO here and he will want to bring in new blood to sort out the issues. We all know they've had issues otherwise it wouldn't be sitting at 5c down from $20.
I used to work for a $10 bill public-traded company and my CEO lived in Florida but the company headquarters was in Philadelphia. No, it wasn't a scam.
I for one don't care where he lives as long as he is doing his job.
I honestly don't even know what you are going on about
I wonder about the "dilution" today. We will find out tomorrow but I went back to the T/A and asked how and when their records are updated. The reply was:
Our records are updated throughout the day.
So either the diluters didn't record the dilution today or there was none. I don't know what the rules are on how quickly they need to update the T/A but maybe someone else knows that?
The action this afternoon could have either been a massive short attack and they need to cover or they could have been using previously diluted shares.
I see any of this as a positive for what will happen next. If they are short, they need to cover. If they used dilution shares, they must have used up a huge amount today.
Logic has to prevail here, they either will run out of shares and the OS will be maxed or they already ran out of debt to convert and this will stop.
I think that we will win in the end because the price has to correct at some point.
The 2 PRs were not fluff, reread them.
There is one theory, the shares could have been diluted before today and then dumped out to take advantage of the higher prices. Add to that shorting, manipulation, flipping and panic selling and I guess you get a weird day like today. We'll see tomorrow when we get a further updated OS count.
