PhD, with all due respect, aren’t you, and many others, comparing apples to oranges? The folks speaking on the efficacy of CaverStem 2 years ago were spot on. They likely knew the data from Gershman and all the patients he treated. The paper had a long way to go, and was delayed much longer when they added the 2.0 folks, but praising CaverStem’s efficacy was spot on, as we now see proven in writing. Like even Big said today, there is no disputing the science and efficacy.
Comparing that to the company side of the house that fell victim to many things, putting us where we are at today doesn’t seem fair. I would even argue that many of the doctors are shareholders too and will be riding this RS out just the same as all shareholders.
None of us know what Tim has in store for CELZ. I have heard both good and bad things could be ahead. The shareholders, including any doctors, will all find out at the same time.
There is no date set as we all know. It has been changed once, will it change again.......Who knows?
IMO, so much depends on several factors including what is happening with AmnioStem as mentioned late 2019, and what the reaction is to the clinical trial paper. Investment wise it didn’t move the needle for obvious reasons, but.....the medical profession is another thing.
We already see new office(s) in TX. I suspect that was the office on the fence waiting on the paper from 2019. If my guess is right, we may see TN, OH and many others back on track as well. Unless you’re buying, no long likes the PPS and SS, but things can change here on a dime.
We also don’t know enough about StemSpine. I still think that is the big brother here.
The IP will win in the long run. No scam, no fraud, no lies. Just too slow to the gate IMO.
No link, just common sense. The notes sold to the MM at just under .0002. Investors will buy them at .0003 today. The MM makes a nice flip, don’t ya think? We see the conversion each month when the SS is updated. Basic trading 101.
Good. 15m notes converted to longs :)
Better now than after the RS if they effect it.
The transfer agent has no date. FINRA has no date.
The “vision” is to develop your Clinically Trial Proven, patented and trademarked medical procedures and to license enough doctors to use those procedures and make a profit.
IMO, those plans have been at a very very slow pace for several reasons I have pointed out several times and I won’t go over them again, except to say the one longgggg delay we endured is now over.
It’s my guess that the new offices we saw opened today is just the start of a whole new era now that the paper is out.
CMTH has no plans, IMHO, to make me happy by making the PPS go up today. It’s been years in the making and will move when fully ready to move. Not on my time, not on your time.
Either they have the IP to make this work, or they don’t. If it were an ATM for the owner’s, they would have dumped all the shares into the 2018 run and never signed one doctor.
Tony, now that the clinical trial paper PROVES CaverStem is safe and very effective, things will start happening faster. No scam, no fraud, no lies. Patented, trademarked medical treatments!!!
Now there is no argument there.
My one for the day..... try looking it up in Delaware. It was easy to find, and a quick google search will show they are involved with dozens of other companies. No jumpsuits.
I am just pointing out the facts. Everything CMTH has done is in the filings. Anyone can read the patents and trademarks and the filings. Not one thing has been shown to be a scam or a lie. Just saying
It’s rare for sure. I know sometimes attorneys will take a dead ticker and become current for a reverse merger. Something to keep an eye on for sure.
CMTH is a startup biotech and nothing even close to a scam!
It’s all based on patented, trademarked procedures slowly being implemented by several doctors. Now that the clinical trial paper is out we will see new doctors added. Anyone who can read the patents can see its not a scam. Largely successful yet? Nope.
Several folks have called the SEC and other authorities and nothing has been found. No lies, no fraud, no scam.
Scam = a dishonest scheme; a fraud. A lie = an assertion that is believed to be false, typically used with the purpose of deceiving someone. That is NOT what is happening here.
Thanks again for the info. I have a small position in WPMLF and XMET from those days. I don’t recall what happened to my MLON/PYCT shares.
Great memory! Very interesting times for sure
Interesting time for sure. With the clinical trial paper out showing that CaverStem is safe and effective, and reading that StemSpine is ready to go, many things can happen fast now. It’s do or die time for CELZ, and you know which way I am leaning.
Absolutely incorrect
Nope, I didn’t say that, did I? It’s not all or nothing. There are many reason why the PPS is what it is. All the points you make are only part of the equation. The PPS won’t stay here forever either, will it? If it fails it will drop to no bid like many other pinks. If they move forward, it will run. We will know sooner or later. Like any board, some of us are betting HHSE wins, others want to see it fail for their own reasons. Let’s see who is right in the end.
None of that is correct.
CMTH is a startup biotech and nothing even close to a scam. It’s all based on patented, trademarked procedures slowly being implemented by doctors. Even a newbie on iHub can read the patents and see its not a scam.
Several folks have called the SEC and other authorities and nothing has been found. No lies, no fraud, no scam.
Okee Dokie
The main catalyst will be when the first short decides to cover before the others ;) Stay tuned, I know you will.
Their could be.... CMTH could sell off AmnioStem or any of their patents at anytime and flip the script here any day. The force’s opposing CMTH are very active, so that tells me the patents are as valuable as I have always know. Its when, not if. I’ll wait ;)
At least.
Agreed doc. It was nice seeing all the buying yesterday. Notes going into strong hands everyday.
Everyone knows CMTH is a startup biotech and nothing even close to a scam. It’s all based on patented, trademarked procedures slowly being implemented by doctors. Even a newbie on iHub can read the patents and see its not a scam.
Several folks have called the SEC and other authorities and nothing has been found. Tells me those frustrated with the PPS is all we have here. No lies, no fraud, no scam.
Like many have said, it’s a marathon not a sprint. It’s been many years in the making and may take May take another year, who knows? May drop huge news tomorrow just as likely.
For sure G$. Back no name calling etc. desperate measures in desperate times I guess.
Very, very few. We are good here, and that info explains much of the posts ;)
January 13, 2020.
We will see.
Agreed. Very little shorting recently. Shorty took the big bite long ago, but we all know that ;)
The attorney letter was filed. Maybe we see it become current very soon :)

PhD, let’s be clear, I am NOT trying to convince ANYONE to invest one penny. Never have, never will, it’s not my thing. We are all just debating the pros and cons of this company. I tire of those who say the company is a scam where there is ample evidence that it is not.
Scams don’t have doctors treating with patented, trademarked procedures. Is the company viable is the only question? We will see, I think it is.
Based on all the delays and missteps there have been, and the horrible effects their choice of financing has been, we are at the rock bottom. Depending on how the note holders dump or hold IF the RS goes into effect will make a huge difference. Wolf is right about that. We all know a RS is usually a death sentence in the OTC, however CMTH is not your normal OTC for the reasons I mentioned above.
I still hold my faith because of the IP. I think the big boy on the block is StemSpine ......and it’s ready. I think many doctors have been waiting on the clinical trial and it’s out too.
Everything will change soon if it’s gonna change. The ball is in CMTH’s court finally.
I’m afraid it could be. There is no obvious fraudulent intentions of the officer(s). There are just missteps, delays and changes in the course. Many folks have alerted the authorities and regulators and nothing has been found. Why is that? Because there is nothing illegal happening. Many companies fail, many companies succeed and many fail at first but end up succeeding. Like Wahoo said, many folks, myself included, look at the last success of Medistem.
Medistem started in 2008 and was sold about five years later. CMTH has been around for several years. They are working on the end game IMO, not a traders desires. What has led us to this point has many reasons.
If all the 9 doctors that signed in 2018 came on line in the fall when we were moving, things would have been fine. Having 3 drop out was not good, but the long delay of switching to CaverStem 2.0 was the big problem IMO. That delayed the remaining doctors from getting up and running until spring 2019. By then the damage was done. The price dropped to .01 and caused more notes to be issued.
Waiting to add the first 100 CaverStem 2.0 patients to the clinical paper was brilliant, but damaging. It caused many of the next round of doctors to hold off and not sign up. Everything flatlined in 2019 waiting on the extended paper. To keep the doors open there were occasional notes for roughly $300,000 to keep the company running.
This is the one thing I agree with Hornet on. It is toxic financing. They cannot get a traditional loan. The notes spiral out of control when they convert lower and lower. I am sure you know that for each tic the PPS dropped, the more shares were needed for each note and on and on. Shorty isn’t stupid, he jumps in like a shark to chum and here we sit. The company didn’t dump shares, the notes did.
No obvious fraudulent intentions of the officer(s), it was the delays and and lack of revs. There is no scam, no fraud, no scheme. It’s a work in progress on their time scale, not ours.
The clinical trial is out now, and it’s clear CaverStem is safe and very effective. There is evidence all around the world that it works. Dig a little and you will find it.
What’s different now? With the clinical trial is out, doctors will be signing up now, FemCelz is ready and StemSpine is ready. In fact, I bet we will all be amazed on what we discover about StemSpine.
The situation is very positive right now. The only question is..... is it too late to save the patient?
I don’t think so and I still have my shares to prove it. I am no fan of a RS, especially in the OTC, but with or without it, CELZ can thrive.
We will know in the next few months.
All great points Tony. The other point here is that many of the doctors won’t sign on without seeing the efficacy report. They need it for their insurance and to be able to show it to their patients. Longs know the paper was delayed to add the 100 CaverStem 2.0 patients, and I think we are going to see that it will be worth the wait. Over 90% of patient have had a positive impact from CaverStem, and just like the first 40 patients, many of them were problematic patients that did not respond to little blue pills. Nothing is 100%, everyone knows it. It will be miraculous for the every day ED sufferers.
Many don’t like the technical jargon in the paper, or they way it’s written without simple numbers that traders can understand, but the doctors and those who want to see it, see that it simply proves it is safe and that it works.
And that has been clear all along. Anyone who has had blood drawn or gets a flu shot knows you can get a small bruise or be sore. And it’s obviously safe, even to a novice. At the simplest level, it your OWN stem cells. There can’t be a reaction, jeez.
CaverStem will see new doctors signing up at a quicker pace, patients will learn about it at a quicker pace, FemCelz is ready, and the big kid on the block StemSpine is ready too. RS, no RS, or modified again, things will change here soon. Mark it!
What’s nice Gint is that many folks feared the trial was not real, fake, a lie, or a failure. Awesome to see it out and awesome to see ALL of the CaverStem 2.0 patients showed positive reactions. No side effects, safe and sound as we all have been saying. It’s always been clear to me, it’s a relatively simple procedure. A needle draw and needle injection and let the body work it’s magic. What an awesome discovery and way to help folks without risky meds.
The only effect I see is bruising by the needle site. That is 100% normal, who hasn’t seen a mark on their arm when their blood is drawn? Completely normal stuff with a needle draw.
When this all sinks in it will be a major milestone. Like I have said many times, CMTH has incredible IP and this is a marathon, not a sprint. CaverStem and FemCelz are just the appetizers..... wait until you see what StemSpine will do. Hold tight my friend, we are finally leaving the station IMHO.
Yup, quote from even Dr Patel..... @CMTH_Inc $celz. The manuscript for the phase 1 safety study of 40 ED patients has been accepted and will be out very soon. The independent medical advisory group also recommended that the manuscript include the 100 ED patients from the real world clinical registry. #celz
