For the record World Moto was never involved in a reverse merger. Nothing factual is being posted on this board.
Col the 1st quarter Q came out on 2/21 and it shows no revenue. You know this.

I had HailYes on my iPhone as well and about 6 months ago it disappeared. That's when I noticed it is no longer available for download on the App Store. When I did have it, I moved the map to Bangkok to test it out. It never worked. If you want to see how a real app works then download Go_Jek and move the map to Jakarta. Hail a ride. That's how HailYes is supposed to work.
HailYes isn't some Chinese secret that only works in 2 countries. It's easy to disprove this by downloading Go_Jek and setting up an account.
Since most of us have iPhones it's easy to verify HailYes is not available on the App Store.
Only about 17% of Indians have smart phones but 17% is still 340 million people.
The only argument that could be made is only a minority of people in India own a smart phone capable of hailing a ride.
Wow!
I thought the animal taxi comment was out there.
I've been researching hiking treks through the Himalayas. I had no idea hiring a Sherpa had such a wide range of charges depending on length of time and high altitude trekking. That's when I realized this is a completely unregulated industry. Sherpa's need meters. Why? Because no one is talking about it, and it just makes sense. It's probably already happening.

The share price went to .006. Not .06.
You can mount a Meter on a monk and piggyback him 2000 stairs up to a temple on a mountain too. World Moto still isn't making or selling Meters for cars.
Then it's a good thing I posted the link for the patent here on this board.
World Moto is not making Meters for cars. The posts here just continue to get more ridiculous every day.
I get it. I'm a results oriented guy. I like proof. I like facts. All we have on this board fantasy.
I'm still 100% confident about my answer :)
It costs more to make a new product than it does to buy an already existing one. Companies will always go with the most cost effective solution.
Does it make any sense to you that they would do that?
I am. It doesn't make sense that they would do that when there are already so many meters for cars on the market.
Not really sure what your comment was supposed to mean.
One thing I'm 100% confident of is Uber didn't ask a tech company to design them a brand new meter to meet India's regulations.
'Uber provided the new equipment and took care of the fittings'
I take that to mean Uber purchased the Meters. Not the meter company.
It really doesn't make any sense that an electronics company would be tasked with building a new meter for motorcycles or that World Moto would be asked to build one for cars. Uber purchased Meters already on the market for cars. If they choose the same path for motorcycles they will look for products already on the market. But keep in mind it's already a mandate for cars to use Meters. It isn't the law for motorcycles
The motorcycle taxi industry is really heating up in Indonesia with 40 new start ups competeting for business now. One company, UberJek, has found a way to stand out amongst its competition.

Be sure to check out the video
The idea of a buyout sounds truly fascinating but why wouldn't World Moto just sell Meters to Uber and Go-Jek like they originally intended to?
Agreed.
There are people who know more than we do. Something positive is driving the price up. I'd have to research it but I think this is the highest close in a year?
Joe, thanks for the feedback. We need more verification of things.
Hey fuelman
11,757,162 shares TRADED today.
If a transaction is completed at the ask its registered as a buy. If it's completed at the bid its registered as a sell. More transactions completed at the ask usually translates to an increase in the share price.
Jr what you are posting here are your opinions.
I traveled to Thailand and tried using HailYes. It did not work. Cashus tried using it in Indonesia. It did not work. Minkman tried downloading the app and it wouldn't download. When you try to download it, it says you need Google Play and the app is no longer available on Google Play. These aren't opinions. These are actual experiences.
Again, straight from World Moto

Why would anyone be defending a position that this can only be downloaded in China or Indonesia when World Moto stated the above?
Anyone who has traveled to another country knows their apps work anywhere in the world. That's a fact. Cashus tried using HailYes in Indonesia just a few weeks ago and he said it doesn't work. If these things don't make sense to you then what does?

You're probably right.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with cars (auto) or carpooling (ride sharing)
Never said it was a fake site Col. I said you can't download the app. Why is this conversation so hard for you to follow.
That would explain why responding to your posts feels like Groundhog Day every day.
Good luck with your imaginary buyout.

If HailYes had 5 million downloads in Indonesia or China World Moto would have issued a PR about it. It wouldn't take you posting some obscure and unverifiable claim that it can only be downloaded in Indonesia.
I posted this on Jan 16th.

India has states and territories. This article talks about a proposal in Maharashta to require Meters however I don't if it's been passed or implemented yet.

Yes Col it was me who posted that 2nd article. Thanks.
Do you follow the conversation here daily?
I have an iPhone so I obviously don't have an Andriod. I put it out there for anyone else to download. Mike went through the steps and it wouldn't download. It gave him an error messsge. Then Col responding by claiming it could only be downloaded in Indonesia which is complete BS. Downloads aren't specific to any one region.
No one can download it from that website.
Do you listen?
World Moto was incorporated in 2008. Do your homework.
HailYes is not available on the App Store. Last year it was and I was once able to download it. It has since disappeared from the App Store and also from my iPhone. I've explained this many many times here.
