With the same amount of effort taken to dispel the "not made in America" rumor, AAPT could also dispel the following rumors:
1. AAPT Management is incompetent
2. AAPT is a bunch of deadbeats that do not pay vendors or employees,
3. Pawtizer has failed
4. AAPT is being evicted from the Kansas factory
5. The IRS is filing liens on AAPT assets and
6. The number of employees has dropped from 16 to 7 abd only 4 are full time.
7. 3Q sales were lower than $20K
8. German investors that bought shares at $0.007 are very unhappy
9. AAPT management took bonuses in 2013 to fund the grid note before halting future bonuses.
LOL. The experts would certainly laugh at the gall of AAPT asking for more money with that track record of defaults, non-payment and IRS debts. Very good point, but the ratings would soar because everyone in the audience would be laughing as well and it could become the #1 comedy in America.
An 8K is required to publically offer shares on a show like shark tank. Wait a second, an 8K is required whenever a share offering is to be conducted. HHHMMM.
Lisa should be on SharkTank pitching the $1 million give away promotion and hear what the experts think of that. Then she can tell them how many shares are outstanding and what % of the Company can be purchased at that price. I can see the ratings soar on that episode.
I wonder how much expense they incurred generating $1 million in sales. AAPT incurred $3 million in costs to produce $35K in sales last year. To get a million in sales, AAPT would spend $30 million.
WOW. National Dog Show televised on NBC this Thanksgiving Thursday. AAPT should advertise there. What a great opportunity to get exposure for their products.
Here are some advertising slogans that AAPT is permitted to use:
Pawtizer: Not available at a store near you.
NutraBars: They sell themselves because we have no idea how to sell them.
Chewies: Coming to 7/11 and Circle K "soon" which means an undefined, unknown date in the distant future, if ever.
If you got a better slogan? Post it!
The machine will be confiscated by one of the numerous judgment creditors, since that machine is the only tangible AAPT asset.
The two clowns must also know by now that the transfers to/from Starr Queens has pierced their own corporate veil. Future judgments will include Starr Queens and the two clowns personally. I know for a fact that new lawsuits are naming Starr Queens and B&L personally in addition to AAPT and the subsidiary companies. West Bend is also suing AAPT Sales & Distribution.
The people that say millions of bars have been made should produce the sales records or a 3rd party confirmation. Anyone can see that millions of bars were never in inventory or the sales numbers.
Nice job starting the 4Q estimating at under $50K. I am on record that the Albertsons test order was only $12K. I will hold off on my estimate for the quarter for a few weeks.
16 months and $99,800,000 to go
FACT: 3Q SALES WERE HORRIBLE: If sales were good, AAPT would press release the approximate sales number, mention it on Facebook or put it in those silly desk letters. Any entry level bookkeeper could tally up the sales within a week of the end of the quarter. AAPT could put this approximate sales figure out without a 10Q or a CPA Director of Finance working there at the time. After all the people who claim "only sales matter," you would think that AAPT would provide at least an approximation of the number.
Yes, but if the Company can't operate for any fundamental reason, the PPS will not go up. I am also trained in technical analysis, and the chart is showing that this "no 10Q" relief rally is running out of steam, and running out of steam at a key technical level. The last known PP share sales occurred at $0.007. The owners of those PP shares are probably thrilled to get $0.006 for them and get off the AAPT Poseidon with only a small loss. There might be one last hurrah if Albertson pictures circulate, but after that the lack of real info backing up any rumors will make the PPS unsupportable.
They expect sales to grow consistently without advertising or promotion, they expect all dog owners to switch 100% of their dog food purchases to AAPT products without considering the impact on the dogs digestive system, they expect the IRS and state taxation agencies to continue their lax enforcement indefinitely, they expect the relatively small world of dog food raw material vendors to not be aware of AAPT's reputation for non-payment, they expect AAPT to continue operating without payment of wages to employees, they expect landlords to ignore their eviction rights in the properties AAPT rents, they expect AAPT products to be profitable, and they expect the two clowns to put investor interest ahead of their own agenda. In my opinion, these individuals expect way too much.
$2,500,000 in investor cash, $4,500,000 in losses, 700,000,000 new shares causing dilution and $750,000 in management compensation for this stupidity, and that is only 2013. Another 1 to 2 years brings the total cycle to 10 years as a public company. Everyone wants the cycle to be over.
Next year you will wait for 2015 to see sales growth and say that 2014 was a transition year.

I am the only person that shows proof. Please provide your list of 9 Walmarts then I will provide mine.
Tainted or not, that inventory is from the original shipment, which means in 9 months, the inventory has not turned, so reorders have not happened.
Which Walmart store? Mine doesn't carry them, and I checked 8 others that did not.
No 10Q. Broken machines. Supplier Lawsuits. Unpaid employees. Limited retail presence. Expiring product. Yes, things are great at AAPT.
The moldy NutraBars are being put on shelves to your Walmart store? What are the freshness dates?
Great point. Recommending professionals to AAPT is a great personal risk, because everyone knows they take the vendor services and fail to pay. It is really amazing that they are allowed to do this. If someone gets out of a taxi cab without paying, they take you to jail for theft of services. If you have an employee or contractor work for weeks/months and not get paid, the police do not come. It is amazing that this behavior is celebrated.
More cost-effective than the 2 clown manager's we already have. I am certain of that. A high school kid with a desire to make a few bucks could sell more than B&L.

Any supporting info? Order size? Consumer reactions? Anything?
I think Chewies cannot be differentiated from other treats. Without massive advertising support, sales will not impress.
Pawtizer was claimed to be a hit also, but it missed big! Only $30K of sales. 2 one and done retail customers. Unpaid suppliers.
Everyone is welcome. Follow the TOS. Present opinions or data pertaining to the Company/Stock. Do not talk to or about other posters. No duplicate postings. Simple.
After 11 straight years of management incompetence, that cartoon is funny.
Welcome back. Please explain your Scam reasoning
Why no changes/update on AAPT FaceBook-Pages for weeks. The Walmart sampling program was supposed to start in Q4. Not much time left. I am still not sure how it will work, since dogs are not allowed at walmart. I also believe that AAPT is required to pay the 3rd party marketing company and that will kill the gross margin, which is already negative.
Are FaceBook pages still being maintained? NutraBars, Pawtizer, All American Pet Company all seem to have gone dormant. # of likes way down. Would you please update us on what is happening with these pages?
Volume is drying up. The bid is widening to the downside. We seem to have stalled/failed at the resistance point of $0.006. Few are posting. It seems like this sick AAPT puppy is ready run down the hill.
No paid employees = No 10Q, No Operations, No Shipping, and No marketing, except that ineffective stuff that Joel does.
AAPT does not have an alternative prime contractor. One PRIME CONTRACTOR = sole source. AAPT has no where to go if it were to reorder. If AAPT has another contractor, please identify this entity. I never said the contractor makes tissues. I will say that when word spreads in the industry that AAPT does not pay its vendors, nobody will do business with AAPT unless payment is made in full and upfront.
One = Only (sole). $350,000 debt came from Washington, Wisconsin Court documents. Publically available for $1.25 per page. Only 2 pages so most people can afford it. I have never done anything to be misleading, but those that want to be mislead should listen to AAPT management. They can also read the 2Q 10Q and see that this debt and the 7th employee labor claim were not disclosed. Both claims occurred in May. That is misleading.
By the way, when I announced the West Bend debt many people said it wasn't true, and they sure have egg on their faces now :) Look at the prior posts when my announcement of this lawsuit was challenged.
Please share your "truth". Everything I have heard and researched is they are out of money, out of employees, swamped with lawsuits and vendor holds, the sales are not significant and the margins are negative. Would you also please tell us how you and came to know your "truth" and how the coordinated effort to ignore the messages were organized. Thanks.
A shock if 3Q financials are done. Great FIRST EVER post by the way.
Looking good? What are you looking at? I am guessing it is not the SEC website.
Charts show the run is over and it is time to get out of this issue.

Have a $1,000,000 prize give-away contest for the people that adopt dogs. Collect all the names that enter the contest and try to ship them buy 40 lb bags of dog food that will be shipped to them via UPS. Do not give the prize money away and blame someone else for the damage to your Company's reputation.
Zero of 10 Walmarts have Nutrabars in my area. I have not seen any at the stores since they just came out.
Barry should drop the Petco Lawsuit and get on his knees and beg them to take the NutraBars. Cut the price to cost on the initial order if necessary. After Bars are in the Petco stores, they can do "in front of the store demos" and give samples to the millions of Pet owners that go there. Think about successful marketers like Monster or Red Bull. There trucks and displays are at demographically appropriate events, they give out shirts and samples. Nutrabars could do similar things if Barry and Lisa would actually earn their unconscionable salaries and they stopped listening to that moron Joel babble something about velocity marketing.
Lastly, throw away the moldy inventory and not have that issue ever come up again.
I know they wont do any of this because the "bars will sell themselves" as stated by Lisa and Joel is OK working for no money and a warm place to sleep that is not a sidewalk.
