Well...we know one thing for sure... It's worth .30 per share based on the 11,000,000 they sold a few months back to generate 3.3 million dollars... Good channel .25-.32, IMO
Wow sarge, I was wondering where you went... Long time no hear. I hope you get all the ones you want, however, nobody I know has been able to get any filled.... I went ahead and bought a bunch of twos and hope to add more over the next few days. The name of the game right now is "average down"... The only drawback is that I have to keep enough cash on hand for the big medical hit in January. One chemo trip hits my "deductible", so, there's a grand I can't play with...
I've got my fingers and toes crossed hoping that Sony decides to run the movie on Gandertv. It would be a "win-win" for both sides and it would also let North Korea know that they can't push a major corporation around. Sony has enough cash on hand to send in a mercenary squad if that punk gets too "out of hand". He needs to be careful who he pisses off.
I know Chris increased our server size with Amazon... I wonder if Sony has service with Amazon or if Sony has their own "cloud".? If the latter is true, Gandertv would have "unlimited" bandwidth through Sony... Another win for both sides. I guess we can speculate all we want, I'm just trying to look at everything from a logical perspective...
AXCG....$$$$$$$$ in 2015.... Starting to get very excited!!!
Only 7 more trading sessions in 2014... Think "twos" are going to stay through all seven sessions???
I cannot understand why all these peeps that "got out" are still hanging around...
January 16th, HD goes live using Sony HD cameras... Should see some action then...
Firewalls in place now...no big deal...
Just think of how much Sony would take in with subscriptions... Why give all the gravy to the theaters that kill you with their admittance charge... This "bad experience" they are having due to the hacking could actually be a sign for a change... We know they want a video platform, we have an HD platform at 70%-80% below our competitors....man, I'm telling Ya, regardless of how the North Koreans react, this could be explosive for Gantertv. By now Sony probably has multiple security firewalls based on what they know from the recent cyber-attack. The revenue Sony could create here is astronomical... C'mon Sony, let do this and find out...I'm game...
That is vewy, vewy intelestink.....I tink... Poetic justice... Sony could make more this way... PPV... Would boost GanderTv and open the floodgates for more movie producers to "offer what people really want to see... And are willing to pay for". Makes great sense.. For instance, instead of a family of four spending ~$40 to go to the theatre, you can watch it at home for ~7.99...
Ok....what do you guys think..?? Good idea for Sony to debut a major production on Gandertv?? Do we have enough bandwidth for the demand?? This could be huge if it were to come to fruition...
Only 7 more trading sessions until New Years.... I'm hoping to add some more twos... We have pretty much no chance at the ones ***sigh*** but in my opinion these twos will be money ahead in the next few weeks. Should have powder Monday...got my transfer in too late yesterday afternoon.
Folks, regardless of what transpires here in the future I'd like to say it has been an enjoyable trip this year...this has been the cleanest, most honest board I've participated on... I have learned a lot from the posts and "follow up" DD posted by the folks here and it has helped me avoid some land mines on other positions.
Going forward I hope we all "come out ahead" and even hope the negative posters prosper with AXCG. You never know which new concept is going to be the "new Netflix".
Good luck to us all....
What if Sony decides to release that movie through Gander..? Mow that would be explosive...
Gonna grab a few million more tomorrow...I'm in this too deep not to average on down... When she takes off we are all going to look like rocket scientists....
Hmmmmm... There was two trades of 50,000 @ .0001 today...
$5 ....MM games... The only way you lose here is to sell.... At least that's my philosophy. I might have to grab another 10 mill of these twos tomorrow....
The MM's are starting to stack the threes.... She will probably hit three tomorrow or Monday. The "Tax sell off" is almost over. Average down, folks, while you still have a few days...
C'mon folks....just eight trading days away from 2015.... RELAX... BREATHE... We have come a long way since last year. Deals are being made and we need to think positive and stop all the negativity. When this baby takes off in two weeks all these people posting Gloom and Doom will, all of a sudden, be saying things like "I knew it all along" and "see, I told Ya so"...
Jeeze, we are in our infancy... I'm in this up to my neck and I'm still optimistic that our deal with Sony is going to be bigger than we are "speculating". Let's rejoice in the Christmas spirit and be more positive that our CEO has a handle on this...
8 trading days...get your twos while you can because those ones are trading between MM's...I wish I had unlimited resources because, if I did, I'd snap up all the twos they put out there...
Been hangin since last October....going to hang until next October, and the next....I'm vewy, vewy patient. 2015 is going to be very exciting around here...
Looks like people are losing faith in Ed.... 6.5 million "T" trade...
Going to hold a little longer and pray I get "something" back... Maybe after we get past the customary December tax sell off she will rebound a little. If January doesn't show some promise I'll have to move on to some thing else..
GLTA!!
Jon, where did you "relocate" to. I'm scheduling some trips this spring and may be in your area...
Go AXCG!!!!! Gotta stay on subject here...????
Gotta scratch up some more chicken feed to try and grab some more of these twos...I don't think they will last much longer. That 0% for eighteen months is starting to look pretty tempting... At least I'd have eighteen months to figure out how to recover if she blows up in my face.. May be worth the gamble set this point...eat more beans and taters...
The launch of SONY HD on January 16th is going to tell us a lot...Gander is the goose and SONY HD cameras are the golden eggs... I bet we are being provided the cameras at zero expense through the agreement with SONY.. Kudos to Chris for saving some bucks there...
The venues wanting to stream HD are upgrading (increasing their bandwidth) to accommodate HD, at their own expense...which would be normal in pretty much any scenario...
Now we have to go for "content", because, as we all know, content is king.... More cities, more venues...more subscriptions...
The quality of our product, going forward, is going to make us or break us...no rush for quality... We will be good in a few more weeks...JMHO...
There is a website somewhere that shows "insider" buys and sells.. I can't remember where I saw it. I thought I "bookmarked" it but, alas, I guess I didn't.
Owners of record have to report when they buy and sell stocks that they hold positions in....
I'm going to do some googling and see if I can find it.
If she doesn't deliver next year we can all meet somewhere and chat over a few beers about how we made the mistake of a lifetime....
However, I think we will meet somewhere over a few beers and chat about how we made the best decision of our lifetime...
HD @ 70-80% less than our competitors...hmmm... How many future HD streamers would like our service?? Hmmmm... Possible AXCG/SONY revenue stream...
SONY HD cameras...some of the best, once again @ a huge discount...hmmmm...
I think this SONY deal is going to gel into a monolith before we see all the features and programs that are "possible".
Did I tell you I missed the Amazon and Netflix boats???
I can paddle my canoe a little longer....
Don't throw the baby out with the wash water, yet. We have to squeeze our cheeks for two more weeks and hope that we get a few guidance PRs and a lot of updated numbers. I really don't think Sony would be going into this deal "half cocked". Regardless of what has transpired "behind closed doors" we need to stay positive [as hard as that is at this point] and allow a little more time for the HD debut (Jan 16) to become a reality. Mary said the long term investors "will not be disappointed". I won't be disappointed until Jan 31st...
Picked up 10 million more today...picked up 4 million on Monday. Hopefully these 41 million shares don't melt in front of me. Got my average down below six, so....a few good days and I'll be happy again.
I thought about dumping and taking the loss for taxes but, I just cannot help but feel in my gut that there are a few big surprises coming. I will maintain that attitude through 2015 and sure do hope there are others out there that will do the same...we've come too damn far to give up now...have faith in Chris and let him do his job...
Point well taken...
You are right but it is rapidly approaching "production" costs and that's when the "rubber meets the road". Our "for profit" system will slow down production to keep keep the PPB above costs... The next few months are going to be a great time to get into some good oil stocks, IMO...
The Bakken shale deposits have increased the number of producing wells from under 3,000 in 2011 to over 8,000 in 2014. The only drawback to cheaper prices per barrel is that eventually they will slow production as PPB approaches production costs...
OPEC just released yesterday that they will not change quotas for at least another quarter and they don't care if it drops to $40 per barrel. Granted what goes down always goes back up, but with fewer people driving and cars that get better gas mileage, oil will continue to go down... BTW, in 2015 the U.S. Will become the world leader in oil production thanks to our massive shale deposits and the low costs associated with "fracking". Enjoy gas under $2.00 in 2015...
Hmmmmmm.... I guess after stockpiling this for the last 14 months another month won't hurt... Jan. 16 Sony HD live...
Hoping Nashville goes on line "before the end of the year", [within the next 2 weeks], curious if I should blow another $2,500 right now or spend it on Christmas...
Gonna slap the threes while I have the chance.... Looks like there's quite a few early birds getting in line this morning. We might see a decent push this week to clear the threes... Would be nice to end the week green...
Should we all hit the ask at the opening or wait for a few hours??? I think the consensus is that they won't let us have any of the twos that are being thrown around...would be a real nice "average down" if they would.
2015 is right around the corner. Mary said the long investors would be happy that they hung on... With all the "hustle and bustle" of the holidays, it really makes sense to hold off on the PR's... I expect the first two weeks of January will be full of great news. Hey, HD is on board (using Sony HD cameras-how brilliant is that?), Nashville "should" be online by EOM, and numerous programs are in the works... Give Chris some credit, everybody, and let's enjoy this opportunity to grab some really cheap shares while we can... I'm loaded for 7 mill tomorrow...
Interesting...
In the third quarter of 2014, TV viewing was down four percent, to four hours and 32 minutes a day, according to Nielsen. Meanwhile, viewing of streaming video increased 62 percent to an average of 10 hours and 42 seconds a month in the quarter, and the time consumers spent on smartphones increased 23 percent to 1 hour and 33 minutes compared to the same period last year.
And advertisers are beginning to shift their behaviour, too, by spending more money online. During the TV industry’s pitch to advertisers for their fall shows, known as “upfronts,” sales to TV networks were flat and down 6 percent for cable networks, according to the Cable television Advertising Bureau.
To defend themselves, broadcast networks have doubled down on programmes that are most enjoyed live. And nowhere is that felt more than in sports. Last year, 34 of the top 35 shows on broadcast and cable were NFL games. NBC paid US$7.7 billion this year for the exclusive rights to broadcast the Olympics through 2032. In October, the NBA struck a nine-year broadcast deal worth US$24 billion with Turner and ESPN.
“If I were to look into a crystal ball, I’d say the networks will be more live with more events,” Ted Sarandos, chief content officer of Netflix, said in a recent interview. “All of this is meant to replicate the success of sports and will put more pressure on scripted programming.”
The networks are also searching for new ways to attract large audiences with daredevil stunts, comedy acts and ever more award shows. The new trend of live theatrical performances has resonated with millions of viewers as they bring the feeling of a Broadway production to TV.
NBC’s 2013 live performance of The Sound of Music was panned by critics but brought in 22 million viewers. NBC put the same creators of Sound of Music on the production of Peter Pan Live!, a glitzier and more expensive show performed from the Grumman Studios in Bethpage, N.Y. Peter will be played by Williams, from HBO’s Girls and Captain Hook by Oscar winner Walken.
Everyone needs to read yesterday's PR (in its entirety) to have a better idea of how "broad" the uses for the Hemopurifier truly are. Even at 50% effectiveness in the various virus's it would be, hopefully, utilized in every hospital, worldwide. I'm so hopeful that this device can help with the reduction in Cancer cells....now THAT would be one heckuva breakthrough...
I wonder how long the court battle will take..? AND, what effect it will have on our share price..?
Going to give the threes a run for the money this morning.... And Monday, and Tuesday...as long as they are there I'll keep averaging down... "No brainer"... At least for me.?
No...this drop is due to the 8K stating there were 11,000,000 shares so.d at 3.3 mill (.30 per share)... Scared a bunch of folks into selling... This is a good stock to be in, IMO, but she won't launch without news... Pretty good if you can average 25% every 7-10 days... I want some more..told my brother last night that it would be a great early play this morning...
Rally....make sense of selling 7,000 @ .0002????? MM's trying to trigger "stop losses".
It's illegal but there are so many in the "pinks" doing it that it is out of control. We have a company here with a real product, real CEO, real office building.... Much of how you go about this investment is going to rely on what you believe in the PR's, emails and your own gut...
I'm in for the long haul....hoping I'm not making a bad decision here...but...I think we will survive, revive and jettison...
There's probably a lot of illegal "naked shorting" going on behind the scenes... Illegal as hell but doing fine in the pinks. With the upswings you can see in the volatile "stinky pinkies" some brokerages risk paying the fines vs. the obscene profits that can be created by selling millions or billions of invisible shares... Investigate "naked shorting". There aren't enough investigators to catch all the market makers that are profiting from this practice...that's my take just from some research I've done...I may be wrong but it is the only thing that makes sense yo me by watching what's been happening, as of late. The MM's know for sure this stock is poised for a major run and they are very good with their "market trickery". They will make millions doing what they are doing here... Once again, just my humble opinion...
I have posted a few times this year about missing out on so many technology stocks in the last four decades because industry analysts claimed they would fail. Number one is Amazon...red for years, but look now... Number two is Netflix...
I read everything I could find about "Eyes On The Go" and the number one factor that has kept me loading is watching how powerful social media has become in a very short period of time. Now enter live social media and it only makes sense that people are going to want to go to that next level...and now HD...
This is going to go nuts in the next ninety days and if you haven't grabbed a few, IMO, you are about to miss the chance of this decade to get in on the ground floor of a growing monolith...just my take... Now I can watch live events, sitting on the sofa, having a drink and not paying $10-$75 for a ticket...
We have entered an area I call "gut level trading".... When nothing makes sense.....crystal ball is broken.... Keep seeing these MMs hitting it at .00029 for some very large blocks... What a game...
