According to Geotech's recommendations 2D inversion data is being prepared with a proposed due date of October 31st.

Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp.Geotech is behind in their projected schedule. They started their computer run on this very complex calculation. The computer run takes 24 hours of calculations so that portion should be done this morning if not sooner. They then have to make depth slices of the data – another computer intensive activity. Then their interpretative geophysicist will start work on the actual interpretation of the geophysics related to geology and geochemical data.

The following response was provided by management.

Ideally, we should be closer to completion than we are. We are not happy with how long the attorney has taken to complete his work. The S-1 is now with the SEC and they have made their comments – questions to be answered, a standard procedure. Our attorney is seeing to it that the process goes as fast as it can. The SEC questions are to be answered today. However they have the right to ask more questions. Whether they do or do not is up to them. Again this is standard procedure. Thus we can only estimate a date range for the SEC EFFECT order. Our attorneys tell us they believe it will be soon.

I think that many who believe that there will be a catalyst before dilution will hold. And I think that some who believe that there will be dilution (selling shares for a scout drilling program on our own), have sold, or, are selling.
Then others will hold regardless, others will bash regardless, and others will flip regardless......

And I am sure that guy who owns the fishing lodge does not want to foot that bill
