He just forwards them along to investor relations. They have a third party firm handling IR.
Hahah... well, at least you're transparent. More than you can say about the management at some of these penny & sub-pennies.
Just spotted this at the bottom of the email...
"EarningForecast is a Degroupa Tennere Morales Media Corp., located at 43 Los Arcos, Belen, Heredia, 43-4006, Costa Rica. You may contact us by sending an email to: info@titanstocks.com"
Awesome!! Even though it's unrealized till its settled, a gain is a gain in my book.
I just got an email from EarningForecast promoting GOFF? It was the same email APS just sent out after hours. Who the heck is EarningForecast?? One of APS's outlets?
I dont believe so. I'm not sure you can patent what they're doing unkess its entirely different from what their comps do. They could possibly patent the method they use. Not sure
Yep. Profitability and free cash flow are king. I will likely be putting in a big buy order tomorrow when my funds settle in E-Trade.
Average that buy price down. I truely think this will be a very successful play over the next 2- 3 years. The most difficult part is being patient. We won't see trading & liquidity pick up until we see profitability and catch the eye of institutional investors. I don't think the latter will happen until they uplist.
I saw that this morning. Awesome!! If you can keep picking up shares in the 5's then go for it!
I don't think management will let the PPS go too much lower. Remember, these guys own 17% of the company with oustanding warrents/options to take their ownership up to 36% at a weighted average exercisable price of $0.13. However, the weighted average remaining contractual term to exercise these options is 6.6 years. My gut tells me they would much rather excercise those options sooner then later. At the very least, they'll try and pump this to >.13 so they can exercise those options, which they've done in the past.
Good job! When I buy in it'll be a big block. I'm hoping to get in anywhere between 5 & 6. Probably won't see Q1 results until mid May. I'll let you know when I do get back in.
SC 13d filed an hour ago...
I do plan on buying a large position this year but, I haven't decided on the timing. Might wait to see how Q1-2013 financials look before getting in.
FY2012 revenues were right at $18 mill. Add $12.5 which Dugas mentioned they'll add this year just based on the annoucements made in February and, we're looking at approx $30 mill.
Now, hypothetically, say they make 10% profit margin by year end. This should value the PPS at approx $0.30 by year end. Here's the math.... $3 mill NI/ 151 mill O/S = $0.02 EPS. The industry average P/E ratio looks to be around 16x.
16 x $0.02 = $0.32 PPS. I don't honestly think they'll get 10% in profit margin. Even half of that would be ok at the current PPS.
Yea, over 300 acres and +10,000 employees.
Traditional methods (DCF, P/Ex, Market Multiples, ect). What I'm saying is, why even bother being analytical with pennies and sub-pennies when the market doesn't bid/ask based on these fundamentals? Its less about the financials and more about market psychology that drives a company's PPS like GOFF. Affluent or knowledgable penny investors know this is being promoted by APS and will eventually crash.
I bought in at .24 and got out at .604. So at this point, I don't give a $hit where the PPS goes. Locked in my profits and no longer have any risk here.
?? Last time I checked they weren't a penny?
Why do you try and use traditional valuation methods on penny stocks? How many of these penny and sub-penny actually have any revenues yet trade well above book value? It's all about news and noise.
Well, here's my guess on the location. This office is probably just the principle executive office, obviously not where their main warehouse is located. If you do some research on recent developments in The Woodlands, you'll see that several E&P/ Oil and Gas companies are relocating their headquarters to this area. One of significant note is Exxon, ESPs largest customer. They are currently building their new campus on 358 acres a few miles south of ESPs office. Here's a picture of the campus under construction (F'n huge!)
Also, as you know, Houston is considered the energy capital of the US, so it just makes since for ESP to have a location in this area. Some other companies moving their offices to The Woodlands are Talisman and SWN Energy, along with Anadarko that already has their corporate building here.
I believe ESPs decision to locate their executive offices to The Woodlands is simply to be closer to their customers (primarily Exxon) and to all the Houston based energy companies.
This company has +$18 mill in revenues and a market cap of under $10 mill. Assuming the company earns an EPS of $0.01 by year end, at a P/E of 15x (average P/E of Flotek, Baker Hughes, Halliburton), the PPS should be around $0.15. At current PPS of $0.065, this represents a 130% gain. Problem is, there's not enough liquidity surrounding this stock to push it to that price.
Actually, I think the P/E would be more in the range of 20x to 25x since this is considered a "growth stock". Revenue and earnings will increase at a much faster rate then the more mature companies I've listed.
Bid and ask spread are distorted outside of trading hours. Dont think too much about it.
Getting back in with a small position on Monday
Well, now I'm a little upset I sold today. This info will distribute over the weekend. People looking to rush in on Monday coupled with the shorts that need to cover will make this PPS pop! I do think it will hit a dollar. So any entry right now, under 70 if you can get it, is good.
They have not put up their logo on the outside of the building. I did try and go in the commercial building their office is located in. However, there is a security guard at the front counter that will not let you in unless the company has scheduled a meeting with the front desk.
Go to this page to see the layout of the offices located inside the commercial building. You will see ESP's office space. Per the 10-k, they're paying approx $11,000 in rent per month, which sounds about right for this location.
http://www.marketstreet-thewoodlands.com/Map/Offices/Building6
Now, if you look closely, in the top left corner of this picture it says, "American Charter Title". Locate them on the map relative to ESPs office and you'll notice ESP is in the top far right of the office building. I went here for drinks 2 weeks ago but their logo was not hung on the outside of the building.
In at .248, out at .604. Might do some intra-day trading with a smaller position if I feel there's a good opportunity. I should have bought back in at the closing bell.
Hi Everyone,
The bulls are crushing the bears again this morning with GOFF. The stock is already up 6.10% and is showing no sign of slowing down. It has become clear to us that Wall Street is getting wind of GOFF and there will be little time left before our pick cross $1.
We are 100% confident that GOFF could cross 70 cents today and open over 80 cents as early as next week. With the weekend starting, a lot more investors and traders will read on GOFF and jump on this gold company early next week!
Mark our word, we believe GOFF will cross $1 early next week. Here's why:
- Momentum investors and short sellers are in a battle to grab as many shares as possible as the stock continues its uptrend.
- With multiple analysts valuing the company at $2 to $4 per share, value investors are rushing to buy GOFF while it is still cheap.
- Analysts and reports believe that short sellers could be covering vast amount of shares in the next few weeks. This could fuel the current rally even more.
- Institutional buyers are still bidding for a large amount of shares, just this morning we are seeing a buyer for potentially 3M. shares in the high 50s. This buyer keeps on bidding higher indicating that they could end up chasing the stock to over 70 cent very soons
All signs are pointing North for another huge rally for GOFF next week!
With such a strong momentum and a huge short squeeze underway, GOFF is about to skyrocket above $1 and starts its ascent to $2 and more.
Don't miss this rally to profit!
Stay tune for our special report on GOFF this weekend. You will want to read this.
Have a good Friday!
Your AwesomePennyStocks Editor.
Hey, sorry about that. It's bob.geiges@espchem.com David's is david.dugas@espchem.com
I'll give you my shares at .62 & .63 ;)
Are you out?
No I didn't. Ill forward you the CFOs email when I get back to the office
They have a very healthy gross margin at 45%. I think it's been the legal fees and money they're spending on international expansion that's been eating away at their GP. They were spending upwards of $500k on legal fees alone per quarter. I'm pretty confident we'll see profitability this year. Expecting revenues of around $30 mill.
haha... nice!
later...
Yep. I think this is our 3rd day down. Look at the SWVI and NSRS charts. See how many days down there were. Shaking out weak hands today
APS and all VM outlets (Preferred Penny Stocks, Penny Stock Heroes) still have GOFF on their banners. Consolidation then, we see those 20%, 30%, 50% day runs.
WTF are you talking about?? Banner is still up... www.awesomepennystocks.com
NSR$ ran up to $1.72 from 0.51. If that's any indication for GOFF, it has alot more to go before any major dump happens. Check out the NSR$ chart from December 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.

I'm going to shoot an email to the CFO this week to see if I can get more info on their plans to address the PPS and capital structure. I'll post any response.
Unfortunately I didn't. I started seeing their trucks on the roads here in Houston only about a year ago so I got online and researched them. Come to find out they do exactly what ESPI does but they also have significant international operations. FTK has also done several acquisitions over their history. I think ESPI is headed in that direction if they can follow the same path.
