Re: Tight Bollinger bands and the usefulness of this analysis.
Take a look at the stock chart and notice that for the past 13 days it's been trading around .065 to 0.07. Now take a look at the first spike and notice that it trended sideways around .05 to .06 for 32 days. From the past 13 days till March 28th will give us a total of 32 days. Bollinger bands will surly be tight just like it was leading up to the last spike. I was mentioning to every one here how the Bollinger bands were sure getting tight and next thing you know we had a spike.
Now consider this, if bfar sends out a SEC Filling and couple that with tight Bollinger bands and what you will get is a huge ripping spike.
Your thoughts,

Regarding Mr. Yanuha Han and and his 14,875,000 shares. This share amount would drive a man mad if his company was trading for pennies on the dollar. Now as far as taking this company private, there are very strict rules and regulations that encompasses a listing in the Hong Kong or Shanghi exchange and one of them must be met with a large amount of cash on hand and revenues and bfar does not qualify to meet that criteria. I don't know the numbers off hand, but I bluntly recall them not being so kind. With that said, it would make more sense to me for bfar to get reinstated on the OTCBB followed with an AMEX listing first. That would take the share price into the dollar range as you had mentioned in your post.
BTW, jada went from 1 cent to 4 cents now. WoW, that's a 4 bagger. Now if bfar just went from 7 to 28 cent's it would equal the share price increase that Jada made in such a short term time. And bfar is a far better company in terms of increasing revenue and net profit.
Your or anyones thought's would be appreciated.

Mr. Yanhua Han is the Chairman of the Board or COB. Mr. Xiyand Hu is the CEO. Now, of the two of them, whom resides in the higher authority? No doubt it is Mr. Han. CEO's can be replaced by the COB, because he holds all authority as to who he can fire and hire.
You were wrong if you thought all along that Mr. Hu makes the main and ultimate decisions. Mr. Hu is only a puppet CEO for Mr. Han or BFAR.
The company is in fact run by Mr Yanhua Han. So your direct and dearest request should go to Mr. Han. Find Mr. Han, and you'll find your answers.

[March/April/May] Could be the months we have been waiting for.
For now, better luck next month?
Guys I really believe that this stock will get going within the time spam of March to May. Why? Because if BRAR want's to be consistent than they will update investors with possibly another preliminary unaudited report on the 4th quarter. That could be followed with news on the upcoming Annual report for 2011 and I am betting my shoes that it will be in a SEC filing. Will the 55% insiders be pushing for this, including poor Mr. Yanhua Han? My bet is that they are!
This is my guess.
Yours please.

Anyone know who Mr. Yanhua Han is?
I was wandering also if Mr.Hu has been buying shares at these low prices. If he has than he has everything to gain by filing. If he hasn't than he is surely getting pressure from the 55% insider shareholders, including Mr. Yanhua Han who owns 14,875,000 shares. Perhaps Mr. Yanhua could offer his shares in exchange for getting a SEC filing completed. That would be a large incentive.

fcp, the only email address listed on that site is of Missy Zhang. No reference made to Mr. Hu.
Recta!
Does anyone know Mr. Hu's e-mail address?
TIA
Recta!
fcp,
this is the email that I have been a using.
http://www.biopharmasiainc.com/contact.asp
fcp, have you yourself emailed Mr. Hu?? All your time and energy may be a wasting posting here. Have you thought of that? I'm sure you have over and over.
With that said, I have emailed the company with messages about when they will file with the SEC. So far no return email has been a sent.
If you haven't already, please email Mr.Hu.
Also, give us his email so we can do the same.
Recta!
fcp, one thing I can tell you for a fact is that an entity or entities are accumulating the stock. Why do I say this?
Well, just set a (30 day) parameter for both accumulation/distribution and money flow index respectively. You will see what I mean by some entity or entities that are accumulating.

I hope this helps alleviate your uncertainties.

Fcp, You can catch more honey bees with honey than you can with by chasing after them.
In other words, perhaps if you kindly email the company to submit audited financials on a consistent basis you will get what you want. Tell them how "they" would benefit by the use of tactical stimulation.
Recta!
How do you know that they read "this" board? Almost always they read the Yahoo Financial boards!
Recta!
Fcg,
Please be patient. All of us including yourself are waiting on the news. This will explode hard to the upside in a matter of days once we get the real news of at least one filling of a 10-Q. That's all it will take since the last filling was in May about the land leases. That's the last "SEC filling." Now as far as a quarter filling, well, that's something different.
Fcg, I can tell by your post that you are an emotional guy, just as you had stated earlier that you bought in the 8's and 10's. Let me tell you, the best times to buy these pink sheet low volume stocks is when there is little activity. You buy and wait for the big pop and then sell some or all, depending on what the news is.
From what I can tell by the last spike is that there was quite a bit of buying and very few selling on the way down. Just look at a 1hr chart and you will clearly see that a shot of buying occurred making the stock shoot up only to be followed with lackluster volume on the way down. You have to then figure out why the money makers are keeping this down. My guess is to collect as many shares as possible on the bottom knowing that the big buyer stopped buying and is now waiting for a drop to buy up again. No he didn't offload at the top.
So what does this all tell you.

54% to 55% are insiders and only 2.25 million share were sold by Giant Fortune. They would be plain stupid to sell now.
Recta!
Hi fcg!
I read this board on a daily basis and have been trading in and out of this stock. I firmly believe that this a viable company that was caught in the cross fire when the Davis Accounting Group turned to have their licensure evoked which caused the major drop in the share price. The good news is that there is a 55% stake in insider ownership and only 2.25 million shares have been sold off by Giant Fortune below the "dollar range". The other insiders are stuck since they didn't sell back when this was in the dollar range as these shares were given in exchange to buy off the subsidiary companies.
With that said, I am certain that they being the insiders will wait till this get's back to the dollar range in order to sell.
Recta1
Got me lot's of shares in the 5's and out in the 9's.
Great doing business here!!
Rect
This stock is basically a buy and hold stock for the long term.
If the company goes private they have to buy us out and they are profitable so the offer will have to be much higher than it is right now, however they have inside shares of about 56% given that Giant Fortune sold 2 million shares. With that situation it will be more logical to get the stock moving again back into the dollar range. Albeit. audited financials is a must.
Rec
Bollinger Bands sure are tight. A breakout could happen pending audited Financials.
Rec
Yes, it's gonna be a great ride. Till then I'll sit tight.
Rec
Expect audited financials this year.
It would only make sense since there is a mass of insider shares.
In the mean time I would accumulate.
Rec
What we need is an update to the investors as to when we can expect audited financials. My guess is in May because that's when most companies put out annual reports and stock is very much due.
Rec
Expect audited fillings this May.
Rec
Wish company gives a TIMEFRAME as to when the SEC's will be filed!
Rec
That will not effect the share price, only SEC's Filings Will.
Rec
AUDITED SEC'S FILINGS = ARE NEEDED!!!!!!
THE EXPECTATION OF A MEGATON EXPLOSION ALL HANGS ON COMPANIES WILLINGNESS TO FILE AUDITED SEC'S. TILL THEN THIS STOCK HANGS ON THE BALANCE.
How do you know a short squeeze is coming and why is this company so quiet?
Please do reply
Rec
RE: SEC FILLING'S
Expect no real rally till then.
Rec
Re: SEC Filings
If all the SEC's are filed in April or May of 2012 what will that do to the stock price prior to the fillings if BFAR chooses to be silent before this occurs.
Rec
RE: SEC Fillings
Will this be sent to the otcbb after and what will it take to get this stock traded on the AMEX
Rec
What happens if SEC's don't come out?
Will BFAR let this happen?
Could be a long wait what I'm getting at and with these types of companies listed overseas, anything goes, even the doghouse, if you know what I mean...Wink
No gettin current with em SEC's = no fundamental support = stock up/stock down, and quick.
Rec
This stock wont move till BFAR get's CURRENT with SEC filings.
That's what my broker told me.
Any move up will be washed down with the absence of current SEC's. The only thing that will get this trending up with substantial support is for BFAR to get current on their SEC's. Till then it's all watered down hot air.
Thoughts?
Rec
Guys it could be months before BFAR files SEC's
Till then I will hold my shares and play BPOP and BAC.
Rec
Re: Annual and Quarterly SEC Filings
Any guesses as to when this will occur?
Rec
Could BFAR be another HLS in the remaking??
If we go past $1.00!!!!
Both are viable companies!!!!

My thoughts are that this will trade in the current range give or take some pennies until all the SEC's are in and then we go up and away.

Yahoo does not suck
Had a lot of good conversations when I heavily traded HLSH.pk now HLS or Healthsouth back in 2003-2005. Made $$$$$$$$$$$$$ there. Haven't been that luck since!! Perhaps this stock will be a remaking of what happened then.
Why are people not posting on Yahoo Finance??

Only in anticipation for a SEC filing
The preliminary report is not the same as an actual SEC filing. No where near as close.
Re: SEC Filing
Has anyone contacted the auditor or company in the anticipation of SEC fillings?
