Do yourself a favor and read the two 8Ks from 2021. They will explain a lot, including who I/C is.

Drop down the History tab and read the latest Common Amendment. Note the date.
$HPIL
YW. Yes, there is hope for this one. It will be merged with someone, IMO.
$BLUU
No, not at this point. We need info from Mr. Kovak on the next move.
$TGRR
There are a number of sources but the SEC is the best.
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001516332&owner=include&count=40&hidefilings=0
$BLUU
It is not clear from that message whether they meant MMG has sold to Mr. Kovak or that he has sold to a merger candidate. Hope the latter but I will need some kind of confirmation.

Driving at night you miss the beauty of the dessert. It is almost a disappointment to come down into Imperial Valley.
Went to Yuma once. They have a huge dune area just west of town with a lot of bike & buggy traffic. You would love it.
$RXMD
Then you know where Calexico and Mexicali are, just east of El Centro. Been to El Centro a couple of times.
$RXMD
There are some homeless in SD as well, so there probably have been instances, I just haven't seen them. Been there twice on Vaca and about twenty times on business. We would fly in to SD then drive to Mexicali where our plant was. Then reverse to get home. (I guess that would be 40 visits to SD, two per trip.)
Next time you are there visit the Gaslight District, hoppin' place in the evening.
$RXMD
I've been to San Diego many times but have not seen that. Went to New York City once, yup, they do it there.
$RXMD
You guys enjoy your bikes. I'm looking to spend my $RXMD profits on a new 2023 Z06 Corvette. Way kool!
$RXMD
YOU didn't think it far enough. Most brokerages have not put that limit in place. There will be plenty of buyers.
$TGRR
Wrong. You can still hold or sell, just can't buy any new shares. And, as has been pointed out, there may be an extension based on the recent 8k. No reason to panic at this point.
$TGRR
Ok, sorry.
$RXMD
Yes. I've been in and out several times and have made some good $$ on that ticker. Waiting for the next pop.
$RXMD
J. Scott Sitra. Don't know how involved he is. If he is part of Management be careful. He is good at setting up companies on the OTC but is inept at getting them to produce revenue. He also typically drowns them in toxic debt.
$RXMD
Be cautious with GRLT. Scott Sitra is involved. He does not have a good track record. I'm in two of his failed shells that are looking at an RM, but it has been years.
$RXMD
Not true. They are still separate companies. $HPIL is buying a subdivision, Crank Virtual, from $CRKM. I own shares in both companies.
Because this is so thinly traded the SP is not stable. There are at least 3 individuals or groups, including me, who are trying to influence the SP. One of those is trying to move it down, two to move it up. A 100 share purchase or sale will send it in any direction you choose.
$CRKM
Mr. Brown owns 32.5M shares of CRKM, NOT HPIL. The HPIL OS when he signed on was 8.9B and change. Do not confuse the two companies, they are separate entities.
$HPIL
$CRKM
Take a look at Section II, paragraph 3.
$BLUU (Not RXMD, sorry)
You and I differ on whether they owe a bunch of paperwork but I agree with you, they could file tomorrow if they chose. They really don't have an excuse for not being SEC current.
$RXMD
Please read this article.
https://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/regsho.htm
Naked short selling by an MM is legal provided they adhere to the requirements of Reg SHO.
$RXMD
It's not illegal as long as they cover today or borrow the shares. Used to be they had three days but that just recently changed.
$BLUU
Their CIK # is 0001402945. That part is already done from before.
$RXMD
The form S-1 is required for an SEC Listed exchange. The OTC (Over The Counter) is NOT a listed exchange, so an S-1 is NOT required. NASDAQ is a listed exchange.
$RXMD
Close, but not quite right. To become SEC reporting again they also need to file ALL of the missing reports between the 15-12G effective date and now. So it is a big task, but not insurmountable. Throw a few lackies at it.
$RXMD
If you've read the $BLUU board you know that MMG is going to share the plan for the three Amigos going forward. My guess is that some of that has leaked. Or some front loading.
$FTWS
The full name can not be said on Ihub due to an injunction stemming from a libel suit. Read one of the newer 8ks. MMGs full name and that of the CEO are in there.
$BLUU
I understand your point and don't know anything factual to differ. What if there is some debt that has not been converted to shares?
$BLUU
I agree with you that a bunch of the debt was paid off, but apparently there is still some left according to MMG.
$BLUU
What I stated is from MMGs Friday Tips newsletter email, so there is no link. And I won't copy and paste because they specifically forbid it in a note at the bottom. Maybe others can verify.
$BLUU
They did not get discharged from BK, they asked for, and got, dismissal as no plan for restructuring could be formulated.
Go to MMGs web site, click on News, and read about "exiting CH11 financing". The choice of words in the title IMO is misleading.
$BLUU
I got my Friday Tips email from MMG about 30 min. ago. Has an update for the three. Says exited CH11 and all three still have toxic debt. They then talk about sale of "goodwill assets". Don't understand that part.
$BLUU
Not quite right. Short interest is a report of true, more-than-a-day shorting. A list of borrowed shares that have not been returned as of the report date. Issued every two weeks.
The daily short volume report shows all shorting, even for minutes. Many times when an MM writes up the order he lists a sale first then the purchase to cover it. All taken care of in the same order but it goes on the report. MMs have until the COB to cover or they have to borrow the shares. Even then, if they cover before the next short interest report is due it won't show up.
The daily short volume report is useless to investors. The report to watch is the short interest report. IMO
"Distinguishing Between Short Volume vs Short Interest
It is easy to misuse various terms related to this particular analytical method. That being said, taking the time to properly understand how these particular ideas are distinguished from one another can help reduce risk and increase the likelihood of profitable gain.
Whereas the term “short volume” measures the number of shares that have been shorted over a given period of time, “short interest” represents the number of shorted shares that have yet to be closed out or covered by investors. Taking this one step further, the short interest ratio is used to assess how long it would take for all shorted shares currently in play to be covered. The larger the ratio becomes, the more outstanding shorted shares have yet to be closed.
This information could become particularly important for investors who may be considering entering a short position. With a large number of outstanding shorted shares that have not been closed, entering a new short position could create unnecessary risk."

$HPIL
That is the daily short volume report. Nearly all of that gets covered within minutes. That is simply the way the MMs work. If you want to know about true shorting look at the bi-weekly short interest report. Per OTCM the short interest as of 6/30/21 was 15,301 shares and no significant failures to deliver. Insignificant.
$HPIL
HAHAHA good one. Now, figure out a way to make one of those and you will be an extremely rich person.
$HPIL
There are a number of ways that the energy can be provided without violating the laws of nature. Several phenomena have been discovered in the lab but no one, to date, has found a way to practically apply any of them.
If LT has cracked the code, and I hope he has, this is literally worth BILLIONS.
$HPIL
I'm guessing here because I don't know, but the 15-15D was a suspension of duty to report. Maybe there isn't a public filing when the suspension is terminated.
Can someone shed some more informed light on this?
$HPIL
I assume you have been to this page:

Near the top of the page click the "+" next to Company Information. The data is all current. I don't know why nothing to that effect was posted.
