It is at .0747 for one reason only--No Fins. It rose before in expectation of fins and dropped back when they weren't published. The company changed it's plan to release all fins at once rather than the original plan of sequentially releasing fins year by year. That caused further delay in fins release to where we are today. The CEO Shareholder Letter from December states that fins will be released during Q1 2019. The President, Mark Schena, has confirmed via email even as recent as today, that fins published will be delinquent 10Ks from previous years, as well as 2018 Q1-Q3. The late filing date for 2018 Qs is Feb 14th. If that date is missed, then the company cannot become current until they publish the 201810K in 2 months.
Once fins are out, it will then reflect the value ARYC should have-which many think is much, much higher. So this is a play on fins release.
Not only will they want to be in on the action, they must be due to benefits derived from this technology, now primarily solely with the allergy testing, but ultimately with a multitude of other tests. Add to that, IMO, the tech companies like Apple and Microsoft, who are launching headlong into the healthcare field. Arrayits possibilities are HUGE!
Very well could happen that CVS is next. Also, BCBS owns Anthem, so guess who could also be on deck!!
Repeat post with one fact added in: Anthem is owned by BCBS
Arrayit has already identified Walgreens and Kaiser as customers. I wonder who these 2 are??
Arrayit clinical sales team reports $1,600 finger stick allergy testing sale to a top healthcare company headquartered in the United States and providing premium healthcare services to tens of millions Americans on revenues exceeding $60 billion annually https://t.co/TRfj3lWfRd
Aetna revenues appx 60.5B And guess who owns Aetna as of Dec 2017? CVS
Arrayit clinical sales team reports finger stick allergy testing services sale to a leading healthcare company headquartered in the United States and providing premium healthcare to tens of millions Americans on revenues exceeding $90 billion per year https://t.co/TRfj3lWfRd
Anthem revenues appx 89B; Anthem is owned by BCBS

You wouldn't be still dumping some of those millions of shares you said you had, would you?
In the meantime, It would be nice to see this move into the teens before fins. The mo mo seems to be there.
Hopefully just a few days.
Yep. Lots of hidden shares
Truly Great news! And Walgreens and Kaiser wouldn't roll this out if they weren't comfortable with the financial condition and direction of Arrayit. Fins soon IMO.
Could be a Fantastic Feb and beyond for VATE, sleek!
Jerry, you're a hoot! Thanks for posting on this board. I love reading your posts-very refreshing. I think we have a tiger by the tail. I hope all your numbers pan out, at least at a minimum.
Thanks, that's quicker than I thought. Would be nice for VATE to announce production/distribution of the CBD infused cold coffee and tea in the next week or two.
Great post! So, in essence, VATE will have full access to this self-owned KGKG distribution company. Sounds like a win-win-win for KGKG, VATE and shareholders of both. What are we, 3 months from this cranking up??
I hope you're correct, and we hear some great news this week. But there's no "got to" to it. Actually, I think it'll be next week before we hear anything since the meetings with distributors were last week. Need time to finalize details and get ducks in a row before making announcements. Just MO.
Thanks. I guess the recent inventory observation would be at the end of the audit for 2018 year end. I presume that would be good news, because RRBB is continuing the audit beyond the delinquent period at the end of Q3 to year end. That would seem to indicate they are putting numbers together for the 10K, which means all other prior periods in 2018 would also need to be complete to get an accurate end of year report. And to complete 2018, previous years need to be done before hand. All this to say, hopefully we see all delinquent fins within 10 days.
Isn't the inventory observation they conducted a year end look for purposes of filing the 10K? I don't see how it applies to fins up through 3rd quarter of 2018, which is the last period we're looking for to get current.
Where did you get your understanding from?
Probably only 1 for a month or 2, then there will be none IMO.
Great pic! Would be great one day if Arrayit was gobbled up by Apple. I can dream, right?
Thanks, StockDetective! Rapid progress is certainly being made by Apple into the personal healthcare arena. Hopefully, Arrayit will be tied into progress they're making. Huge!
Here's a post from another IHub mb from StockDetective in answer to my query about ARYC/Apple. As the others, this is outstanding.
$ARYC breakthrough technology will change the medical field for the better good.
CNBC has learned that a secretive team within Apple’s growing health unit has been in talks with developers, hospitals and other industry groups about bringing clinical data, such as detailed lab results and allergy lists, to the iPhone, according to a half-dozen people familiar with the team. And from there, users could choose to share it with third parties, like hospitals and health developers.

StockDetective, great DD on the board-it's much appreciated. Do you see anything happening for Arrayit with Apple's AC wellness as per this previous tweet? Some big fish are coming on board, this would be one of the biggest.

That range may be a good range simply by putting out fins, it just depends on what the fins say as far as revenue and expenses. If 2018 Q3 is really good, could shoot to dollars really fast.
Bravo! Fantastic DD. Thanks SD!!! ARYC getting ready to rumble.
I agree. Just picked up another 45,000 shares at these bargain prices.
Hide and watch over these next weeks and months. I have a longer attention span than a kindergartner, so I can wait for the results to follow.
WooHoo! You've got that right. Clear the runway, ready for takeoff!! I really sense fins are coming soon with these type of disclosures now.
Try otcmarkets.com and look in the Quarterly Report for 3/31/17. If you can't do that amount of work, you must not really be interested.
Wow! We're at the beginning of the first day of February, and you want something that will probably come out in February. I wonder if you hold yourself to timelines and standards that are that stringent and unrealistic??
That doesn't compute, so maybe something is missing here that goes into the revenue or testing numbers. Maybe TravO can fill in missing links???
Even if the number is low end $300/test at 2000/day (expanding to 5000 tests/day), that's a couple hundred million in revs per year. I'd settle for that :)
Correct on the $1M per week as per the Shareholder Letter; however, in past interaction with Mark at a VIP visit to the company, Mark told TravO the daily capacity is far greater than that. TravO emailed Mark to confirm, and Mark replied with the response below from post 105040:
I don't need to do that, but if you feel you must, good luck with that.
If you use tweets to come to negative conclusions (although Mark has stated that Arrayit only tweets a small portion of their business deals), I use them, PRs and the Letter to Shareholders to come to grand conclusions, spelled Walgreens, Sutter, Kaiser Permanente, 300+ clinics enrolled through the portal, FDA, etc, etc. Nobody asks anyone else to believe these, but they are valid and legal communication tools ARYC employs to communicate with shareholders. Ignore them at your own loss IMO.
February could very well be a blockbuster month for ARYC. Can't wait to see.
February could be the best month ever for VATE!
Jerry, StockDetective makes his money the old fashioned way, he e-a-r-n-s it, with great DD.
