Piecemaker'..Read the company SEC filings. The revenue is from PPO's. If you want to help this company buy PPO's.
The Company has not had material or consistent revenue from operations in each of the last two fiscal years.
PPO's = Dilution...
Adding to the number of shares outstanding reduces the value of holdings of existing shareholders.
Piecemaker'..Do you agree with this?
Fact
1. The company has sold PPO's to non-accredited investors.
Quarterly Report June 30, 2008
Regulation D offering commenced on 5/14/08 with the latest shares sold on 6/23/08 at an average price per share of $.07. A total of nine shareholders purchased in this offering – seven accredited and two non-accredited in the states of Florida, Illinois, California and New Jersey. All certificates contain a legend stating that the shares have not been registered under the Securities Act and that such shares cannot be sold or transferred for a period of 12 months under Rule 144 of the Securities Act.
2. The reason I say buy PPO's is because of this statement by Cyclone also found in Quarterly Report June 30, 2008
The Company has not had material or consistent revenue from operations in each of the last two fiscal years.
3. Everything else you stated is simply SEC Rule 144

Ok I just got of the phone with them and they take the average price for the past 5 days and cut it half for the 144 stocks. So like 8 cents a share or so right now. But you need to hold onto them for at least one year so this looks to be a good option if you plan to go long!
Cheers!
nowcloud..Every PPO adds to the number of shares outstanding.
Investopedia explains Dilution...
Adding to the number of shares outstanding reduces the value of holdings of existing shareholders.
Fact: Authorized shares does represent potential dilution. ONE BILLION
Piecemaker'..You should check you facts before you criticize me.

4. The one billion authorized shares is like a big black cloud hanging over this company. It is called dilution and every investor should be aware of it.
This engine has been around for at least two years now. Cyclone claims it is simple, doesn't need a radiator or transmission or oil. Yet in all this time they have not put it in a small car like a Corolla or Honda to see if it could run on any of the existing fuels or stay together in the real world. Think about it !
Buy some Private Placement shares. $0.075 today

True, but it helps the company because Cyclone gets all the money from the sale of the Private placement shares. If you buy shares on the open market Cyclone gets nothing from the sale.
If you want to help CYPW, buy some Private Placement shares. I calculate you can get them for $0.07 today.
CYPW 954-943-8721 – 954-788-6565 FAX
Authorized Shares: 1,000,000,000 Common
CYCLONE POWER TECHS INC (OTC) (CYPW) .. $0.14 ..Change:-0.01 (-6.67%)
I have noticed that the only time there is any appreciable activity on this site is when the stock is up a penny. Remember if you buy PPO shares the company gets the money. So if you want to help CYPW, buy some Private Placement shares. I calculate you can get them for $0.07 today.

This is a highly speculative and risky place to invest. Investors would be wise to only invest what they are willing to lose.
Piecemaker..If the PPO shares are not half price. It is very possible that some shares could have been sold for less than half price. We will find out in the next quarterly report /filling.
feinanddandy...This is yor statement. LOL What it has done in the last 6 months is irrelevant, unwarranted information.

Why buy the a stock on the open market when you can buy it for half price from the company? (privite placement offering) $0.07

My advice in the last six months about buying this stock has been faultless and flawless. It has been going down for six months.
PROOF:
feinanddandy..Posters don't hide the fact they bought shares from a broker. Why hide the fact they bought shares from the company?
feinanddandy..I disagree with you the PPO's has everyting to do with the daily share price. Why buy the a stock on the open market when you can buy it for half price from the company.
I think the best play for this stock is to buy a PPO for half price and if the stock goes nowhere( stays at todays price) you will double your money in one year. If it goes up you are way ahead. The thing not to do is buy it on the open market.IMHO
goodfree..Great DD!!! WOW 8 cents a share.

It would be nice if we had some idea of the number of posters on this board who have purchased the cheap PPO shares.
'feinanddandy'
The PPO's are even cheaper than the shares sold on the market.
quote arnold:
goodfree..I think I would wait for a few more shows the price keeps going down after each show. The ppo's are even cheaper.
quote feinanddandy:
Your post insinuated there are shares being sold at lower prices than the market, and soon to be even lower after the next trade show CPT attends.
Proof
Interesting closing share/price.

It is impossible to know what the next filing will show! IMHO
The actual price that the PPO shares sold for may appear in the next CYPW filing.
This is what happened to the share/ price during the show.

I think a poster is suggesting you could use a WHE in a riding lawnmower. I wonder if anyone could explain where or how you could get enough waste heat (BTU's) to power a 17hp WHE riding lawnmower. IMHO This is not logical.
IMHO that is not what "now invest" meant. He can speak for himself if he so desires.
I appreciate your effort but I was hoping that "now invest" would have answered my question.
Arnold
feinanddandy..You posted shareholders of record for 2006. Cyclone re-incorporated in Florida in 2007. The predecessor company (prior to the current management assuming control) was incorporated in California in 1974.
