Did you read any of the Samsung emails for god sake?
These South Koreans are not the brightest bulbs given the way they act and the things they say that were discoverable.

Googles most recent filings reeks of desperation.
It looks like it would be an interesting read. It also looks like things haven’t changed a whole lot in close to 100 years
What’s a library?
LOL…
Yeah, give me a $50 share price and I’ll be happy
Well, you’re gonna be disappointed. There’s no way it’s anywhere close to $100 billion.
I don’t know what you’re talking about
They are tax withholdings.
My concern is that he’s a major pumper of the stock. I’m not a fan of pumpers or bashers. They both serve to hurt the share price in the long run. Major unrealistic expectations in that post if you ask me.
I’m not a fan of this guys forecasts at all. Much too optimistic in every category in my opinion.
It ALL comes down to November 10 for the case against Google.
It’s as good as TA IMO.

Hello folks. First off, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed DD to this board. I’ve been doing research these past few weeks and have hit a road block.
So, here’s my quandary: What would a fair percentage royalty be on each DDR3 or DDR4 chip that Netlist can hope to get from Google?
For example: (these numbers are completely arbitrary as I don’t know the price of any chip or royalty range) If a DDR4 chip costs $100 and the royalty percentage set on it is 20% then that would bring Netlist $20 per chip.
Hoping somebody out there has some insight and can give me an idea of a royalty percentage.
Thanks in advance.
Those were her words.
Ha! Nope
No problem
OK…
Here’s my quick synopsis of the meeting and major points discussed and questions asked.
Gail and a secretary were there.
I asked where Hong was. He had a deposition with Samsung. She stated at the end of the meeting that he had thought about canceling the deposition so he could make it to the meeting. We were all glad that he kept the keys moving forward by doing the deposition today.
My impressions of Gail were good. I can pick up bullshit pretty readily and I didn’t send anything in her actions, words or answers that suggested anything of that nature.
The meeting itself was pretty straightforward. I posted the meeting agenda and we voted on the two proposals. Proposal 1 was basically reelecting Hong as our soul Board of Directors member.
We also voted for the appointment of the public accounting firm.
Once the ballots were tallied, both proposals passed and the meeting was officially closed.
Then the floor was open to questions.
Questions were asked at random and that may result in some of This information being up a bit random. I apologize.
Netlist owns 100% of hybrid DIMMS. We are independently developing this technology. Don’t expect any product for 2 1/2 years.
Somebody asked about talks with western digital. Gail said that they are no talks with western digital going on currently.
Somebody asked if we pay for the materials on the SK deal. She said yes we purchase the materials from them at a preferred rate. Our profit margin is approximately 10%.
She projected $30 million a quarter from the SK deal. 120 million a year.
Someone asked about new hires. Five new hires in the past three months with 10 more hires projected before the end of the year.
She stated we are working on distribution partners currently. They recently hired an individual from SK to come on board and assist with recruiting distribution deals.
With regard to the “streaming guy” comment during the conference call. Gail stated that production of Netlist branded SSD for this streaming company will begin early next year.
Somebody asked if the company was considering bringing chips manufacturing in house. Gail stated “we’re thinking about it.”
Several folks asked about NASDAQ. The impression I got is that our CEO is happy with how things are. There is no timeline to uplift for the NASDAQ. I specifically asked that question.
With regard to another question I asked concerning the litigation and claim 16. Gail stated that our lawyers have a strategy to determine exactly how many Google components were using/are using the DDR4 for technology. They are confident that they have a means to obtain this number from google in discovery to help determine damages.
Gail suggested that everybody in the company is highly aware of how important claim 16 is to this entire process and they are very confident that claim 16 will be upheld from the beginning in 2009 without implementation of absolute intervening rights for Google.
How long should I wait before I buy some calls on this POS?
Thank you
Thanks!
I’ll be headed to the shareholder meeting tomorrow. I have several questions I’m going to try to ask. Let me know if you have any specific questions. I don’t know if they’ll be answering questions but I will try to see what I can find out
Thanks!
I like it when she’s aggressive…
“Boom boom… Out go the lights”
I think that came about due to googles request for absolute and equitable intervening rights on the patent. Google never explicitly stated they were infringing. It’s just your typical erroneous conclusion drawing by folks who don’t understand what they are reading.
Bought some on your post. Sold this AM for about $900 profit.
Also bought some LEAPs. See what happens.
Thanks.

Yes… I’m sure you’re the douche bag at the party…
I’m a fan of long, involved story jokes.
Great for parties. Folks are engaged in the story and get blindsided by the punch line.
