Looks like VNDM is back though he is not the only bad guy. CSTI and UBSS are also in my view bad guys. So for some that think the pps is going lower and by the looks of things they maybe right, no one can really predict if it is going lower and how low it will go. A good news release, big buyers, can happen anytime causing the pps to spike. I too am watching closely and ready to buy possibly tomorrow no matter where the pps is. I will be happy to get it at .056. Only reason I am buying is that I want to round out my total shares. HDSN has now joined the party with 100K at .0575. So they are doing a good job of keeping the pps down. Go TECO.
They are all building the ask so it will be hard to get back to .06 and who knows how low we go. We need news but I do not know what news to expect. Go TECO.
Looks like the huge bid shares were taken out and we could go below .06 today. Hope I am wrong. Go TECO.
10K Year 2011 due out March 31 but since it is Saturday it may come out the following Monday. 1st qtr 10Q is due out on May 15 and 2nd qtr 10Q is due out Aug 15th.
You put me on ignore. Don't tell me what to do. You just don't like delays which are no fault of the company. Youi moan and groan every time there is low volume or the pps goes down a penny. The company can't control this and they have been up front with the shareholders although much to your dislike. You must like the company since you say you are buying at these prices. I just don't like your constant complaining about the company. If this pps went to $1 and then back to 80 cents you would find something wrong with the company. I know you are a good guy but sometimes wrong with your view of the company. Like I said, you will make money and now more money since you are buying at these levels in spite of yourself. No need to reply and your move if you want to put me on ignore. Go TECO.
So you are questioning what they said in the PR? Isn't this why you bought the stock in the 1st place. And didn't the pps go from under .01 to .06. Not bad in less than a year. So if you do not believe you know what to do. My saying is if you would not buy the stock at this pps then you should sell and move on. Save yourself a stomach ulcer. And one more thing, no one can predict the market and if you think you can then let us all know. Go TECO.
I was told it would take less than one week to drill a new well in Texas. And a week to finish the well in Belize once the equipment gets there which if shipped on Friday it should be there this week. Oil will be flowing from both Texas and Beleize shortly. You sure do have some imagination. You question everything. Call the company for a change. I do not believe I have ever heard you say that you called the company. You will make money in spite of yourself. Go TECO.
I think the reason the GOB does not say anything about AFSE is because AFSE did not drill and it is not their well. It is like I can say the same thing that AFSE said and the GOB wouldn't care to refute that. Now TECO is the owner of the well and this carries much weight in the investing world and this they can deny. So no matter how many people or companies makes claims of TECO finding oil it means nothing since TECO and only TECO is the driller and owner of the well. Still I believe that AFSE should keep their mouth shut when they don't represent the company and when they do not know when the wire logger was shipped and when it will get to Belize. If shipped last Friday as Reid has said then it should arrive in Belize this week.
It is a good thing that we have a large amount of shares on the bid side because if we did not then the MM would surely have walked this down under .06. They are reluctant to sell a large amount of shares at .06 but surely most willing to sell small amounts and walk the pps down. But some wil get frustrated with the volume and pps and still sell some at .06. Go TECO.
That is showing 3 MM for the total of 1142167 shares bidding at .06. Now UBSS has the largest of just under 1 mil but that be many clients combined for UBSS bidding at .06. Go TECO.
Yes it is there and great. Hopefully this will be an up day for us. Go TECO.

Andrew V. Reid, Chairman and Co-CEO of Treaty Energy Corporation stated, “Treaty Energy has acquired the ‘Wireline Logging Truck’ with all supporting equipment, a system valued at over $200,000 that will be used to wireline log SAN JUAN #2 and all future wells in Belize. The truck assembly is having new cables and new electronics installed, and based on the current time line, the Wireline Logging Truck will be leaving for Belize on Friday, March 16th. Pictures of the new Wireline Logging Truck will be posted to the website
On Thursday, March 15th Mr. Bill Hardin will fly to Belize to make arrangements to have the smaller of the Rigs, with all its supporting components, shipped back to Texas. This Rig, upon its return to Texas, will immediately commence drilling the first two ‘permitted’ wells on the Wooldridge leases.
Mr. Reid stated, “Ten additional drill sites are in the process of being permitted on the Wooldridge leases, with a possibility of 12 more drill sites after completion of drilling the initial 12 wells that Treaty has funded.”
Nice that there was over 900K shares at the bid of .06 last Friday. Now at the open today will those 900K + shares still be there? I hope so but it may just be pulled. Now Rambler says this will be a good day and Bull also says today will be a good day. I hope they are right and we shall soon see. Go TECO.
I believe the equipment will be in Belize this week. Didn't the update say it was going to be shipped last Friday? And that Hardin was to be in Belize last Thursday to supervise the shipment of the smaller rig to Texas. AFSE is wrong and this causes me concern that they can put out anything they want. They should not say anything IMHO. Go TECO.
Do what you want. Now you will buy when it goes lower. Not a bad plan. Just stop complaining when it goes down. You and I know it will go back up. Go TECO.
This is the problem. You keep coming up with all these different ideas which is not happening and you think you can beat the market. Relax and enjoy the ride. You said a while back you will not try to sell at a high that you think and buy at a low. You could get burnt. We all know this will go higher in about 2 weeks.
Go TECO.
Shoulda, woulda, coulda. Next time sell and move on and spare us. We are all in the same boat but believe in the company and that in a few weeks this will all be history. Hindsight is great and having a strong will and belief can not be bought. Teco is great and stop worrying. Go TECO.
Sorry you do not believe that we have hit oil. That is a huge loss for you. In about 2 weeks everything will be out in the open. Go TECO.
I will no longer make this an issue. If anyone thinks that posting old info has some merit then so be it. We now need buyers or we will soon drift under .06. Go TECO.
Sorry you consider some of our posts worthless. We feel the same about your old worthless posts. Still I know you are long and mean well but we can't help posting our position about old posts. As you can see it is just not me. And you must show me where I posted something wrong when replying to posters. Go TECO.
Aren't you glad you did not buy AFSE? Went under $1 today. April 1st could be a fool's day for those that are not in TECO. Go TECO.
You will get that PR in late March or early April when the first well is finished and producing oil and also the same for Texas with the same time frame. We are close. Go TECO.
I believe this is old news and so I will say no more. You are long and welcome to the board. Go TECO.
Good advice. I know he means well and that is good. Hope this news helps the pps. Go TECO.
You need to read the board. You posted old news.

MORE NEWS In case we need additional conformation of oil in Belize, AFSE releases conformation of Belize oil strike as well!
AllEnergy Corporation (OTCQB: AFSE) (OTCBB: AFSE) (www.allenergyco.com), a growth-oriented international energy company, announced today that it struck oil on its first well on the Princess Concession in Belize. The first well is expected to be completed and put into production following review by the Belize Regulatory Officials. It is estimated to contain up to 6 million barrels of recoverable oil. The reservoir was determined in size by Satellite Image and Chem-Tool. Pay zone depth was determined from actual drilling and mud logging. Porosity and saturation were gauged visually by outside consultants using statistical modeling with low side parameters, predicting a reservoir of 6 million barrels. This figure could grow depending on the trending of the reservoir.
Dean Sukowatey, President and CEO of AllEnergy Corporation, stated, "We are extremely pleased with our interests in this concession. AllEnergy purchased a non-dilutive four percent interest in a Belize corporation that owns half of the concession. The amount of potential here is tremendous. We look forward to developing the Belize concession."
All you say won't hurt but what was it that caught investors attention and caused the pps to go to 13 cents with very high volume. It was just a PR saying we hit oil on our first well. I will take a good PR over waiting for a filing to get the public's attention. What do you think got us to 13 cents and to even let us stay here at .07. PR's brought the pps from 1 cent to where we are today. Remember the PR announcing Mr Gwyn joining TECO? We went to 9 cents. Pr's announcing good news is number 1 and will eventually show up in the filings. Go TECO.
That news came out days ago and just re-published. Go TECO.
Why are you posting old news? We already know this from past PR's. Maybe some need reminding. I do not. Go TECO.
10 Mil should be the norm. And what expert says that? I said earlier we have a battle just to have an increase in the pps today. Nobody knows what the norm is and that is why they take an average. They are now playing games to keep the pps down for the day. Go TECO.
You don't think 10 mil per day for 2 days is not much volume. I think it is huge volume and yes that will take us over .08. Go TECO.
These dog and pony shows seldom provide positive results. And what hedge fund manager or any one with deep pockets will buy a 7 cent stock? Still I guess it is OK to try. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Now it looks like we will have a battle just to close up today. Go TECO.
I did not say it has anything to do with TECO. Nice to think it will close over .08 but I doubt it. Go TECO.
Sorry to say AFSE is down big today. I do not know why. Hope it comes back for you. TECO doing fine so far. I hope we can close over .07. Go TECO.
Not really thin. Market makers jump in very quickly to change the bids and asks. They will fight us every step up. Go TECO.
Do not question why we have partnered with Princess on our new land concessions. Remember that Princess was instrumental in getting us as a partner for our initial venture in Belize. I hear that Reid and the owner of Princess are very good friends and their relationship goes back many years. We would not be where we are today without Princess. And Princess is very influential in Belize and we need them and they will be very helpful in the future. One good turn deserves another. No need to be greedy and ruin good relationships. As we all know Reid knows what he is doing and what is best for TECO. Go TECO.
Mr York will be at the conference today. Go TECO.
My PR did not mention any conference. Sorry. Thanks for the info.
What conference are you talking about and what is the conference about??
* Belize centrist government narrowly re-elected-TV
* Win would move country step closer to bond negotiations
* Tiny Central American country among top 20 debtors
By Krista Hughes
BELIZE CITY, March 8 (Reuters) - Belize appeared to move closer to a potential renegotiation of its $550 million overseas debt on Thursday after local media reported the tiny Central American country's centrist government narrowly won a second term in power.
The United Democratic Party won a majority of 16 seats in the 31-seat parliament to the opposition People's United Party's 14, Channel 5 television reported. One seat was undecided, according to the station's tally. Official results are not due until later on Thursday.
Prime Minister Dean Barrow said before the election his first act, if re-elected, would be to win more favorable terms for Belize's so-called superbond, which makes up half the country's debt and 40 percent of gross domestic product.
The interest rate on the bond stepped up to 8.5 percent this year and will account for 12 percent of estimated annual government revenue. The country of 313,000 people faces a further squeeze when principal repayments come due in 2019.
"The first thing that we do after being re-elected is to announce an appointment of a team to go and renegotiate that superbond to give us better rates - far better rates because we aren't taking it anymore," Barrow said on Feb. 19.
So far the 61-year-old lawyer has given no details of what he might suggest to creditors. Analysts said outright default was unlikely but options might include a request for lower interest rates, delayed principal repayment, cash-flow relief or an extended maturity on the 2029 bond.
"He never said what exactly he wants to do, but everyone is interested in how to make those payments because it will mess up our income," said fishery department worker Remaldo Acosta, 40, lining up to vote on Wednesday in the town of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, off Belize's northern coast.
Ratings agencies Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poors downgraded Belize's foreign-currency sovereign rating well into 'junk' territory in February after Barrow's comments.
S&P analyst Kelli Bissett said the CCC-minus rating and negative outlook reflected the high risk of default, or at least restructuring ahead of a scheduled August interest payment.
"Our best-case scenario reflects the expectation that a restructuring announcement from the government could come some period after the elections, possibly by August," she said last week.
TOP 20 DEBTORS
Belize, about the same size as Massachusetts, is better known for its laid-back atmosphere and pristine coral reef than as an international investment destination.
But the bonds' inclusion in JP Morgan's benchmark EMBI Global Index means they are likely held by more fund managers than the issue's relatively small size suggests. JP Morgan has an 'overweight' recommendation on the bonds.
Belize's total debt accounts for about 80 percent of GDP, or $3,200 per head - lower than the 150 percent debt ratio Argentina had when it defaulted in 2002, but well above the sub-10 percent Ecuador enjoyed in 2008, when it defaulted on $3.2 billion in global bonds.
International Monetary Fund estimates show Belize, whose $1.25 billion economy relies heavily on tourism and agricultural exports like sugar and bananas, was the world's 13th most indebted nation in 2011.
Per capita economic output is half the Central America and Caribbean average and almost half the 313,000 population - a mix of Creoles, Spanish-speaking Mestizos, Maya Indians, African-descended Garifuna and German-speaking Mennonites - lives in poverty.
As well as the economy, offshore oil drilling and security were also key election issues, after the homicide rate rose 70 percent between 2005-10 to 41.7 murders per 100,000, on a par with neighboring Guatemala, according to the United Nations.
"I wouldn't like drilling off our beautiful island," said primary school teacher Maria Guerrero, 49, a native of San Pedro. "I want to keep it so my grandson can enjoy it too."
The ruling party, which enjoyed a 19-seat majority in its first term in office, has promised to hold a referendum on offshore drilling and to cut the murder rate back to 25 per 100,000.
No way. Only $5k worth. peanuts
Shame that posters with good intentions and large positions do not always post facts. Fact is TECO will not begin drilling the 2nd well till the 1st well is finished and flowing saleable oil. Which is fine with me. By mid-April the 1st well should be completed and possibly sooner. Materials to complete the 1st well has not yet been shipped to Belize. If any news is to come soon it will have to be that TECO and BNE have become partners. BNE equipment and drilling expertise will certainly benefit both parties. There will be no TEXAS news because the permits to drill the wells have not yet been Ok'd. 2011 10K is due Mar 30 and 1st qtr 10Q is due May 15. Neither filing will show huge improvement in my opinion but 2nd qtr should be a break out qtr for revs. All in all TECO is in very fine shape and sharholder will see huge gains in the pps in the very near future. I do not know if we will see any news after the election but hopeful that we see something. Go TECO.
