I look forward to the LNG announcements with great interest.
Good question RD.
RD If the value of the tokens rises a good deal faster than the cash dividends some of us may have to start selling tokens to pay the taxes. This will be no problem if we can sell them for 10 dollars or more.
RD My assumption based on the impression I got was that the total cash dividend would stay the same at least this year at 25 cents per quater for all 9 verticals. I just made a quick calculation in my head based on the total value of the tokens I own in the verticals and the cash dividend that has been projected. I got the impression that this total value is about 100 times (when all tokens are valued at 10 dollars) the accumulated cash dividends over 12 months.
Dear Laxmi,
You write that you "have been busy working on Placement Memorandum with $10 as unit price ..." This makes me and I guess others curious as to what sort of units you refer to. I have done a bit of thinking regarding the value of the vertical tokens. Based on the projected cash dividends later this year and assuming a value of one dollaer for all the 9 sorts of tokens the cash transfers would seem to result in a dividend yield of about 10% per year, which is high. But if the value of each token is 10 dollars the dividend yield would be about 1%, which would seem very low compared to what is common in the stock market. Stocks seem to command very different valuations based on earnings per share net assets per share and future prospects among other things. Thus it seems very strange if all the 9 tokens are supposed to have a value of 10 dollars per token once the real business has started for all 9 of them.
uber Tongue-in-cheek?
RD I t hink more than 100 of rich Norwegians have moved to Switzerland after the last general election I think. To pay the wealth tax many of them have to sell shares. The gain realized will be taxed another 37.8 percent. It is a releif to me that the wealth th ax will just be based on 4 or 5 verticals. Cash dividends will provide sufficient cash to pay the tax I think.
RD I hope it will be 4 verticals. There is also a very good aspects of these being tokens. If they are tokens in relation to wealth tax they should be regarded as tokens in relation to income tax as well. That means that when they are sold a tax rate of 22% would apply which is a bit more than 50% of the tax rate for capital gains on stocks.
RD The implication of this would mean that I will have to save all the cash dividends for tax purposes. The cash dividends will be taxed too at a rate of either 37,8% or 22 % and the wealth tax would seem to be 1.1% x $ 10 x some 750,000 tokens.
Dear Laxmi,
I think this sounds like a very good idea. It will make this family of companies more easily recognized as related companies and therefore serve to make them more easily noticed in the community. I assume the word cow in itself provides postive feelings in India. In the rest of the world it will remind us of the importance of india for these companies and the origin of the family that created thise companies.
RD I have checked what seems to be the relevant information in Norway for tokens: "Finn markedsverdi for det du eide av virtuelle eiendeler" Find the market value of virtual assets. I guess that would be the tokens. I assume that would be the price at which they have been traded right before the turn of the year or earlier.
RD "Post# of 8581
$10 x 100,000 shares x 4 verticals x 1.1% wealth tax (Norway) = $44,000 tax. lol." I don't think discounted cashflow to present-day value is a relevant basis for wealth tax in Norway. I am uncertain what is.
RD I don`'t expecxt Laxmi to ADVISE me on valuations regarding my information to tax authorities. He cannot be exåected to be an expert on the regulations that apply imy country. But I think we are entitled to get some numbers such as net assets per share/token or the last prrice shares/tokens have changed hands in 2023 if such informtion is available. I would guess that it is only wealth tax that is relevant for me since there has been no case dividend so far. Or perhaps the tokens/shares in themselves could be construed as some sort of income since the price was so low? If that were to be the case I might be in trouble.
jdc You refer to somet hing else than I refer to. There is therefore no point in discussing the topic I broached.
Step by step Neither am I a day trader. I referred to day traders and not investors like us.
jdc Day traders trade buy and sell on the same day? That is at least what the word assumes. My guess is that the pps will be higher later in the day and that it will be possible to sell at a profit. You seem to assume that day traders suddenly become long-term investors.
Short term at least I think there was a very high chance that the pps would move higher today after the news that there would be more news today. A good opportunity for day traders I would guess.
RD
I also read that Norway abolished the gift tax in 2014? This may affect you as well. Because you are not an employee, so the income tax does probably not apply to you. Unless they redefined the "income tax" to include gifts of course. You never know."
I think it is not clear how the verticals will affect any wealth tax in Norway. I hope Laxmi will provide necessary information about net assets or any more relevant valuation at the end of 2023. One possibility is to value the verticals based on what I paid for them. The gift tax was abolished all right. It related to personal gifts as far as I know. I wonder if you refer to death duties in fact. Those were abolished too. Income tax may apply when I get the first dividend and it is regarded as s share and not a token. As I have suggested before: in the latter case a capital income tax may apply. It is only 22% whereas the ordinary income tax is 37.8%.

RD Thanks a lot! It will be very interesting to see the detailed planning and budgetting in not so many days.
I find at very encouraging that at this stage you seem so upbeat Laxmi. I for one don't care if the remittance is a few days after January 10. I wish you a very happy and successful new year!
RD FGC I googled it and did not find out what those letters mean.
RD Thanks for the information! I don't understand what you refer to by the following statement: "But the important thing is that we are securing dividend payments not only for this quarter but for the next 3 quarters as well, resulting in a total $1 payout per share annually." You refer to three letters that are unknown to me when it comes to meaning.
I notice that the number of shares traded has increased to 84,000 and the pps to 6.7 cents.
The IrishIntelligence I find the background og John Park pretty impressive. The information youve provide would definitely make it very strange if he had been an otc scammer. He gives the impression of being a person with an idealistic motivation.
More than 50,000 shares traded today - mostly at 5 cents.
Good and informative post Longstrongsilver
Trend I have no opinon. There are several possibilities. It could be a few shareholders taking some profits or one shareholder being a more active sellers than the others. I see little point in this sort of speculation.]
Trend To who do you refer in your allegation that owner is dumping hard?
Lottalead I agree. It seems reasonable to assume that it will be shipped over a certain period of time. The 5 containers may refer to the first shipment and not the entire order.
Roemp "Or company dumping the new 300 million shares on to the public". Nonsense! It is for the more 5 billion shareholders to decide if my memory does not fail me.
ysung Dump coming? Almost all companies prefer to have a higher A/S than than the O/S I think. I see no indication at all that those 300 million shares will be sold in the near future. My impression from what I read is that the owners of about n3.5 billion shares will have the last word in this context and that it is not for John Park to decide.
uber The lie is that the dilution machine is coming. The number of authorized shares has been a little more than 5% as far as I can see. Thus there is no possibility of significant dilution caused by the modest increase in authorized shares.
Few sellers seem to be around today. Although trading appears to be fairly slow today compared with recent days the pps reached a high of the day. Daily Range

Theirish.... "According to a poultry economist, up to 60-75% of China’s yearly chicken imports consist exclusively of chicken paws. Most of the imports are from the United States, the largest producer of chicken in the world." This suggests that it would seem to be a good idea to ship chicken paws from Brazil to China. I guess prices are lower in Brazil than in the USA. If that is the case there would seem a competitive advantage forSPZI.
dranes Of course it involves speculation to buy high risk/high reward stocks. The upside is that it is very exciting the downside is that you usually lose money.
learningthetruth I have read it. There are several kinds of profit: gross profit and net profit. It does not state what sort of profit the margin relates to. If a thing seems too good to be true it usually is not true. A case in point is the ticker TIO.
dranes I must agree with you. I go for high risk/high reward OTC stocks.
lovethatgreen "Your 1 percent margin was shown to be false" I just came up with a guess. A guess may not be a good one but it cannot be false. What does the 18% margin refer to? Gross profit? If it is not a net margin we don't know what the net margin is. The information about margins is not precise enough to know what the net margin is.
Lottalead I prefer to not live in a simplistic world based on wishful thinking.
Snonnieville "JP Energy Global commands 18% for its profit margin, while minimizing risk since there is no currency risk – all transactions are in US dollars. Many transactions have multiple buyers. JP Energy Global does not act as a broker, the margin on which can be as little as 1%.
— Spooz (@SpoozInc) December 26, 2023" A profit margin can be a gross profit margin or a net profit margin. For instance: it's a long way from Brazil to China. Does the Chinese buyer pay for the transportation? Who pays insurance expenses?
One thing is the profit margin in relation to a particular deal. Companies have general costs of various kinds wiich must be included before the net profit margin can be found. Then there is the tax expense. The P/E ratio is calculated after deduction for the tax charge. Thus we don't have the required information to establish a sensible stock price based on a certain p/e ratio.
I regard the size of the first deal very promising. We can expect more deals in the near future. If we receive information about the size and numbers regarding anticipated NET profits we will have a much better bases for establishing a reasonable stock price. In my view we have no basis for doing that on the basis of the numbers that are available so far.
