I won't disagree with you about the potential shortcomings of the CEO.
That being said, he has not screwed the shareholders of CMGO with unending R/S schemes & convertible debt. Things could definitely be much worse.
A stated settlement (many will disagree upon what that means) and improved income and business prospects make this something to be of interest.
Simply my humble opinion.....
It would be interesting to see Mr. Laken's stated response to the presented queries.
I'm inclined to believe that you know how I would reply, if so.
Shall I quote Forrest Gump for you?
All interesting.
A lot of questions have been raised recently based upon the movements here.
The perspectives of some make one wonder over many things.
There will be some digesting to do.
I would be lying if I were to say that I understood the context of what you are stating.
I (apparently erroneously) was of the understanding that the GMER share structure was @ 36mm.
Unless my math is wrong; $2.75 mm divided by 30 does not equal $100 k.
Please do not embellish.
Happiness is determined more by your state of mind than by the state of your circumstances.
The value of a $5 bottle of wine is relative to your zip code, if you catch my drift.....
I'm right there with you. For some insane reason I accumulate and don't sell.
Insanity, I guess.....
Thanks PlayMoney.
My phone app doesn't show post numbers. I will have to get on the desktop version.
Can you clarify how you think Lincoln Aquisitions holdings will affect the PPS?
I'm not sure as to the intent of your post.
Time will tell my friend.....
Crap, Clay is back.....
A 300k share buy in pennies is not a big deal. It does sound really cool though....lol
10,000 shares showing as traded pre-market open. Pre-market trades don't happen in pinks.
I (and some others) noticed that 10,000 trade before open. I caught it on Vangaurd @ about 09:20 after someone mentioned it.
An indication of better things after the BS is done with?
Too true. Most traders don't generally see past tomorrow.
I'm thinking longer term.
I do need to learn to flip though. Much profit laid out there.....
I love your profile pic!
I have no doubt that CMGO will recover.
It is a matter of time.
Traders and flippers following the hype caused the massive percentage drop.
Some profited, many lost. That is the way it goes....
CMGO will PHOENIX. Perhaps just minimally and slowly. It is far from dead though.......
Players will play.
Total drivel. Too much basis for "not".
XA is not making millions this weekend & the next (Cochella is a 2 weekend thing).
Their net will be in the low hundreds of thousands. Still, definitely a good thing.
Pmike, XA is drawing income. That is relevant.
It is known; by those that pay attention to anything financial; that gross and net are obviously different categories on the results sheet.
Throughout all the BS that CMGO has endured, the CEO never altered the share structure or engaged in toxic financing. (An extreme oddity in pinks)
Though I got hammered today, that in itself is enough to inspire me in the future of this enterprise.
Call me a dupe, if you must. That is the way that I see it though.
I'm inclined to believe that there will be positive movement simply because some level of information is being released.
Granted, it will not be the information that everyone is anticipating......
I can't believe that the board is not blowing up with chatter. I guess everyone is still wiping the sleep out of their eyes.....
That's an impractical expectation.
Just sayin......
Very tedious perspective.....

Hype is the grease that lubes the OTC machine.
No debt and a $10,000,000 settlement is a bad thing?
YouTube "Dilly Dilly". Funny Bud Light commercials....lol
Watch and adjust as necessary. The future; as always; is uncertain.
Yeah, what Shazbat said, before I said it.....lol
DON'T DO IT MAN!!!
Market Makers can manipulate the hell out of market sell orders.
Sell at the limit that makes you happy. If you are not sure what makes you happy, think about why you entered the trade and what would be your acceptable exit.
It is far better to kick yourself for not profiting as fully as you possibly could have than to take a loss.
Any profit beats the hell out of any loss!
Do not sell on a market order.
Very simply my opinion.....
It's all good. Interesting times ahead.
I hope that your sells are at peaks and your re-entries are at the low points.
This is going to pop & drop. It is a given. Once the FOMO subsides, it will certainly find a new, lower baseline.
New order cancels the older order, of course.
The Dilly Dilly was a much more recent reference (Bud Light commercials).
That song came out before I was a gleam in my daddie's eye. I didn't see the light of day until 1965.
I agree with MRDALE. Call your broker. Do not trust advice without a good grounding
