Yep we all welcome verifiable good news. It would be nice to have something soon.
Please about 7 million shares have dropped the pps. That is .014% of the total public shares. That is hardly a majority of shareholders.
It's one or two people moving the price down. It's not that big of deal. Once news is announced it will shoot right back up. Many of us don't worry about the day to day fluctuations. The key is having shares.
Yep any of them! They will all want the tech so they will have to get in line.
I am fine waiting. I know it's real so for me I don't worry. This is a buyout play. Always has been. So when the time comes the buyout will happen and all shareholders will be rewarded. If that takes 1,2,3,4,5,10 years I don't care. Long term investment for me.
They can show lots. Development agreements with billon dollar companies. Joint tech developed with billion dollar companies and patent applications with billion dollar companies.
That is all real.
Please. This has been going for 4 years. If it was fake or a pump or fraudulent it would have been discovered by now. This is a real company with real tech.
Nothing wrong with that. EPGL is the real deal.
Doesn't take smarts and plenty of people are smarter than me. Just takes time to read the PR's and tweets. It's all there.
Yes I agree!
Post is good, but inaccurate. Hayes got everything he wanted out of Coopervision. He was able to have his cake and eat it too! This was a win for EPGL.
They tried! That is was why EPGL threatens to sue them. They wanted everything, but couldn't pay for it. So they settled. Not that hard to understand.
You will thank that friend in the months ahead. EPGL is for real.
Old news. This was discussed over and over in 2012. Hayes is friends with him. EPGL leases office space.
Yep!!! Topspin patents should be rolling in any time this year. That is what we have been waiting for.
I think it is the other way around. Almost there. EPGL is almost where they can be mocked no more. I look forward to that day.
Haha. Exactly. Seems like we revisit this every few months. :)
No they don't. Read the liquidation documents. Nothing has to be done with EPGL's shares.
It's been being liquidated from the beginning this is not new.
Really? PWC has already counted the AJW as a loss. They have no timetable with EPGL. It could take 10 years and they won't care. Playing the PWC card doesn't work on this. Haha. Weak.
It's only obvious if EPGL and their patent attorney didn't respond within 3 months. I don't really think this is an issue yet. Part of the process.
I can't find that either. It doesn't seem to express that opinion.
This will be a great day. I look forward to these types of developments.
Exactly!!! That is what is so funny about all this. Companies build their companies by creating demand and awareness for their products. Even when their products aren't great or don't fully materialize.
Hundreds of virtually all 2D patents of course. Just to be clear.
I didn't say there was. Just stating the facts.
Haha. Uh....these companies overforecast all the time. Miss estimates and pump products That turn out to be duds. Please.
Haha. Makes plenty of sense and provides endless amounts of clarity. Just makes my point even more exact.
This is the hilarious part to me...
2-D flexibility works just fine for virtually every application.
Yep! Because they stated it would no longer continue.
It doesn't have to. Unless they said it has stopped it is continuing.
Where does it say they have stopped funding?
Exactly!
They ended it because had to pay for it and they couldn't not because they didn't want it. They tried to get the exclusivity in March. EPGL wasn't letting it go for what they offered.
Seriously.
It says no where that they lost Coopervision as a development partner. That is a fabrication.
Read the PR.
I have proof in a PR that says they didn't end their relationship with EPGL.
Please provide proof that this happened. Please show Cooper verified that this was the case.
Uh.....it is not a lottery ticket. There is no skill in buying a lottery ticket. This a newly formed highly technical development that they are trying to protect. It is the de facto standard process for protecting IP AND TECHNOLOGY around the world. To try to pass his off as a lottery ticket is insane.
