exactly, there is no way to eradicate thc producing cannabis, cmon thats the whole point of a failed war on drugs.If they could do that then we wouldn't be where we are today, they would've dun it already. pretty much any state that has MMJ allows patients to grow own cause there usually aren't any dispensary laws in place. in colo its different, they are one of the few that have dispensaries.

Remember we are the only ones that operate out of Cali, so we have our fingers on the pulse of the movement over there. We stand to gain the most from p19. But even without it we stand to gain the most cause WE'RE IN CALI, and they have the biggest medical marijuana market out of all the states with compassion laws, and the medical MJ laws ain't going away.

It's my understanding that terrasphere is applying for a dispensary license(in Rhode Island) thru a contract with a non-profit agency with a large payment upfront and ongoing royalties. All applications were turned in this month and word of wether theirs was accepted or not should be soon. For anyone that doesn't know MJ growing has become very advanced over the last 5-10 years. These guys that are into growing pot are very intelligent and motivated but their advances have never been able to be tracked or reported for obvious reasons. There is huge money in MJ, but there is huge money in the products used to grow MJ too. These systems are perpetual grows that stand up to 25ft tall, and cost in the neighborhood of $70,000ea. A good dispensary will be needing at least 3 or 4 imo. If their sys are as good and efficient as they claim they will be the go to provider for all Med. MJ dispensaries, remember we're just talking about R.I.,Maine is also in the works of a dispensary law. Currently 14 states have compassion laws, and 4 more will in next year prob,but not all have dispensaries. that will change soon as the people are pushing for reliable places to get their prescriptions instead of some shady drug dealer.

props take effect the very next day they are voted on. and that sheriff that says he's still gonna bust people even if the vote passes will be looking for a new job if he does that. he'll also be looking at civil lawsuits. if it passes, which i think it will, somebody should blaze one in front of him. his job is to uphold the law of his perspective county or town,his salary is paid by the people who cast the vote. he's way outa line. someone should pull him aside and tell him to smarten up before he loses his job and possibly his assets. unbelievable

where r u getting this info? figures? I only see numbers referring to 1200 sqft for dispensaries, and some counties allow for 99 plants but they say they won't do that as not to put a thumb in the eyes of the feds as everyone knows that 99 is the magic number. can u tell me where u find this info.
